You can hear the footsteps from the tenants above the room. The room is dark despite all the lights on. Staff are nice and accommodating.

You can hear absolutely everything in the room: neighbors' conversations and laughter, creaking doors, the TV, footsteps upstairs. The bathroom is tired—the water doesn't drain completely, the shower curtain keeps falling off, it's dark, and there's no exhaust fan. The price for a room like this is at least double.

The employees are great! However, the rooms need to be updated. Loose tiles in bathroom, spots on carpet, old appliances.

They need sound-proofing - it's loud as you try to sleep. You hear every sound there is as you try to sleep. We have stayed in many hotels - as you try to sleep there's a lot of noise. Not our favorite. They should try harder. We thought Best Western Plus would be much better. We were disappointed.
