I was highly disappointed that in my group of 10 families staying there, all the other families received clean, renovated rooms and I received an old, dirty room. We all used third-party to reserve our rooms. I was the only one that the hotel said Trip.com must have downgraded on room type even though I had the same room type booking as everyone else and paid the same amount.

Like many hotels, an onsite resort fee provides nothing. No in room coffee or any other amenities to speak of.

Our visit was for our daughters cheer competition. Loved how convenient it was in one location. Access to my room between call times and the room is so roomy and kids love the room service!

What a disappointment. This was our third year staying here for a cheer competition and it never gets any better. We are charged nearly $50 a night for amenities that don't exist and they call it a resort fee. There's no pool and spa there are no spa treatment services and many of the staff members are flat out rude. If you are not going to have half of the amenities you are charging a resort fee for then decrease your resort fees during the off-season. We were here for 3 days and not once had our room cleaned. I wish I could say that this was a one-off but it's been this way the last 3 years we've been required to stay here for cheer and I think at this point I'd rather stay on the strip and commute in and deal with the traffic and stay here.

The shower/tub drains were clogged and the tub filled up while trying to take a shower. It took almost 30 mins for the water to go down.
The following morning before checkout time, one housekeeping staff barged in the room without knocking as they normal are supposed to, while I was dressing. He immediately apologized and closed the door. Then immediately after (not even 10 seconds in between) another housekeeping staff barged in again and closed the door, while they all stood in the hallway laughing.
I really used to like this hotel but there staff has become extremely rude and incompetent.

Dirty and aged, do not recommend if you can find anything else better. Also did not accommodate a breastfeeding mom to store milk and wants to charge for it....

Orlean is a good hotel for the money and in close proximity to China town where there are tons of great tasting restaurants

the room is amazing, it takes a while to walk from parking lot to the room.
It's safe to have security before go to the room, but it only has one way to pass the security and to the room

My wife and I had had insect bites from the bed bugs in our room. Very unpleasant stay due to having to scratch ourselves the whole night. We talked to the front desk manager about this and she didn't care at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.
