Cleanliness was perfect.. its a smoking facility and I didn't see no cigarette butts laying around made it a plus. I really would revisit this place again. Everything was to my satisfaction

My only comment is a mildew smell in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

com to book one thing that I would suggest is that you have money on your debit or credit card when you get there even though I paid the fee in full and split it up when I got to the hotel, I had to put down in addition to $100 deposit that they advised I had to pay the resort fees so my total  was $235 for the five days and they released $100 deposit after I checked outs

We had such a nice experience here, from the front desk staff to the bartender. It was so quiet, even between rooms. It was beautiful with a great view of the strip. We were extremely happy with our stay!

We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. We reported any issues to the front desk. Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue

These are easy fixes that would allow the 5 star rating they deserve and will continue coming back as the room size alone makes this hotel truly exceptional. Oh! Leave early as valet had a large line

Room and suite were very large. Walkable to Sphere and the Venetian. Good option if you are looking for a smoke free hotel and something away from the Strip

Really enjoyed finding Platinum Hotel. Great staff, extremely clean and well kept. Quiet and yet close to the ***** and attractions (we went to Sphere). Easy walk. Thank you.

Negatives include: hot tub was broken the entire stay and we never got a full housecleaning (despite asking twice)

We were allowed to check in earlier, which was very convenient. There was no smoke smell in the room and everything was clean

Only problem food and drink to expensive, evrythings is OK.

Perfect location on Freemont Street Got free car park that's very convenient and just 1 min walk from reception. The room got confortable bed and verycgood shower. For that price not complaint.

EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ALL REALMS. IT WAS COZY, WARM & CLEAN. LET'S NOT FORGET THE FACT THAT IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON FREMONT STREET W/ DENNY'S RESTAURANT AROUND THE CORNER.

The hotel was nice, just I was disappointed no Wi-Fi to use. Said it had Wi-Fi in each room. Then noisy outside on Fremont Street until 2am. Not sure I'll stay at Four Queens hotel again. 00 to be returned to my Bank card

Hi There I enjoyed my stay here a lot. I can say, it was one of my best memories. His hotel is located at the entrance of Fremont Street which is quite nice. You have all time access to Fremont Street

We had a lovely dinning experience at"The Brass Fork" in Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino. The turkey dinner was amazing and highly recommended! The prime rib was also fabulous

Great place to stay and have a girl's night since I was going through town. Wonderful dinner at the mexican restaurant, and we took buttered popcorn up to the room to rent a movie and talk late into the night!

But don't miss out on their amazing cheese cake! Highly recommend both meals and if you don't have room for desert, I recommend a slice of cheesecake "to go", you can thank me later! Just amazing

Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in. However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful

The hotel is also suitable for families. However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions

Isn’t that wild? In an age of 24 minute wait times (looking at you MGM) and hellish automated menus and call centers in SE Asia, these folks answer their phone. Sometimes it’s the little things

The shuttle bus is easy to get around, the pool, hotel, and rooms are clean, breakfast isn't European but it's okay, and you can help yourself to the buffet for a flat rate of $15 plus tax

It's across a main road from the central avenue, and you should be able to walk there, passing through a few hotels. We drove there first, but it was difficult to park, so we called an Uber, which cost $10-15 each way

The room is fully equipped with microwave and coffee machine. The location is also very good, next to Chinatown and very close to the Las Vegas Strip. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes by car.

Breakfast is OK, parking is charged

I didn’t realize it was slightly farther from the strip than what I’d anticipated when I looked at it on the map. I thought it was within walking distance but that was my mistake not paying better attention

Ideally, it would be nice to have more reliable to and from Transportation to the strip, but it has fairly limited to and from times to the strip not only drops off and picks up at the Ariya

I didn't have time to go in, but there were two pools And each room had a washer, dryer, and juicer, which I really appreciated

For a long stay the setup is great. I'd say rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear. Patio looking over pool plus large family room with TV that allows casting. No food or bar onsite is a negative

Didn’t get the chance to chill by the pool and the patio in room since it was cold. Will come back whenever I’m in Vegas

Recently stay there for 3 nights, entire rooms and bathrooms are clean and it was very spacious. 2 bedrooms with tv, 2 bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer, feel like an apartment style hotel

The location was close by to the strip and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. Get a daily text from staff members to check up on me if I need anything which is nice

Had a flight delayed and ended up staying here and it was absolutely perfect. Restaurant and room were exactly what I needed. Airport shuttle was easy to arrange and timely

This is a great hotel for families. Although it's a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it's safe at night.

Location was off the strip but still close with a shuttle. Near the outlet mall which was nice. It's deceiving because there is a nicer pool but it is only used for private events

The grounds and pool area were nice and well kept. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. This hotel does not allow smoking but some people were smoking skunk ****. You could smell it in the hallways

Well maintained hotel with knowledgeable, friendly staff. The location is close enough to the strip, and even provides a shuttle to Harrah's to get to the strip quickly

It should not be allowed or tolerated! Don't understand why it is not dealt with. Biggest complaint is the smell of SKUNK!! Time to clean it up. This hotel has a lot of potential to be better

The kitchenette is bare bones. Working fridge and micro and storage cabinets, but that's all. One cup with little filters pre filled with coffee. All that's provided in product is shampoo, conditioner and soap

The desk staff are fairly indifferent and the whole property is fairly shabby. Not in a disgusting way but def like an old motel 6. Breakfast is the typical cereal and hard-boiled flavorless eggs

This was a serviceable hotel in most aspects. Beds and sheets were clean, room was comfortable. Certain aspects of the hotel were run down, the bathroom had a few odd stains in the bathtub

Aircon can be improve as heater won't on unless the room temperature goes down to the level that set by hotel, and not set by us, we wake up middle of night due to the cold and have to use hand warmer and wear warm cloths to sleep

We were on the first floor, and although the decor was a little dull, the room itself was of a good size. It had a large king size bed ( as sisters we were happy to share the bed)

All staff we met were friendly , helpful and had a sense of humour. We ( my sister and I)got the basic room for a 2 night stay on a trip to see the Eagles at the Sphere

It's perfect for business travelers. The location is great, and it's easy to get around. The room is spacious, and even with a large suitcase, I didn't feel cramped.

Location was perfect for restaurants to suite all budgets, a Walgreens to get supplies and most importantly for us a 10-15 walk to the Sphere

We will stay here again and hopefully this can improve

Then one had a fridge and microwave, both head large televisions and we're very clea. I didn't mind that the carpet had stains on it. The bed was comfortable, and that's all I cared about

Most comfortable and enviting places I have stayed. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Always smiling and ready to help. It's definitely my go-to hotel when I'm in town.

Great location for dining options if you do not want to eat in. Clean and frontdesk could have been a bit more welcoming as guests walked in or out of the hotel

The hotel was centrally located to all the destinations that i needed to go to. The room included 2 queen size bed. AC was blowing ice cold which was great

They are like the eyes to the hotel as they are right in the front and sadly a few times there were no lookups to even acknowledge of us or anyone

Front desk service was great, called down to get some extra towels and sheets and the items were promptly delivered

Stayed here last week and it was great! The staff was on point and gave excellent service. Everyone from the front desk clerks to the cleaning ladies. Clean rooms and hot breakfast as well

I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and they always take care of me. I just used a ton of points to book rooms for 5 nights complimentary for me and some associates

5 star service! Trey at the front desk was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. This is why I keep coming back! Joseph G And the rooms are clean and new and spacious!

We will stay here again next time that we visit Vegas

Everything very clean and nothing missing, just as I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was the usual: plenty of food, nothing spectacular, but nice to have available

I stay at Holiday Inn Express everywhere I go, if I can, and Vegas is no longer an exception. The location here is great, just a couple of blocks off the strip

We stayed for 5 days and while the housekeepers changed our towels and emptied the trash they never wiped down the counter where we made coffee nor were the beds ever made

This was Christmas weekend we were busy visiting with our family and waited until Tuesday 12/30 to request for maintenance to again come into our room with us not being present

No breakfast was included although it could be purchased. I probably would not stay here again as there are lots of other options near by in the same price range

Upon returning to our room our door deadbolt was being used to leave the door ajar. We entered the room to find no workers and our room unsecured

Bathtub and sink drained very slow from the moment we checked in. Requested them to be serviced 12/26. Tub was repaired, sink was not

Housekeeping was several doors away, they stated it was the maintenance crew that left our door ajar. I did speak with James the manager at the time

The free breakfast and amenities make the price well worth the stay, as well as the ease of access at the business center make for an easy business trip

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Otherwise this was good. Breakfast was amazing.

We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel

Had a couple troubles with tv and a/c but the front desk attendant, Rosie went above and beyond and was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever cam across

The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone. The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away

Water seeped through the window and flowed into that AC, concerned I called front desk. Maintenance placed a towel and never returned. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great

Trinity at the front desk was fantastic. She helped us check in early, which allowed us to make the 2:00 show for The Wizard of Oz. Occasionally, we did notice some airplane noise due to the proximity to the airport

It’s about a 15 minute walk to the sphere from here and you walk right past the paid parking lot. You can avoid all the uber craziness and unless you stayed at the adjoining hotel you can’t beat how close you were

Leaving was even better didn’t have to deal with all that traffic either. The rooms are dated but still nice. They offer free breakfast buffet as well! There is a lot of parking and it’s $15 per night

This is a standard Fairfield Inn; clean, safe and comfortable room. Why I write, is the front counter staff was warm and welcoming everyday. Really nice to start and end the day with a warm greeting

We had a very good experience staying on this hotel. We are a family of a 7-yr old, a 1-yr old and an 82-yr old. We didn't have any issue. The service as well was great No complain at all.

The airport shuttle arrived promptly, however, the driver did not help with our luggage. The return driver was excellent. The planes landing at the airport were directly over this facility which made it hard to rest.

The breakfast was excellent! We didn’t get to check out the pool. Apparently, something happened to the water heater so we had to washed up with cold water. We understand things happen but we were still upset about it

The mattress was so soft it sank to the bed board under the mattress. A friend stayed there as well and that was her only complaint about her room as well. Their coffee shop in a Starbucks and was nice

The establishment was AMAZING. They accommodated us with early check in at no additional cost. Friendly customer service, very clean. Definitely would recommend staying here. I will be back again

There are several restaurants within walking distance, including CodFathers, excellent English-style fish fry

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful thry also gave us a choice on what floor to stay on.

Loved the courtyard, and a great pool. Refurbished "motel" with some nice decor. Prices were reasonable, per se, I always hate the "resort fee" cap, provide a price inclusive

My stay at the hotel was great. It was just a short walk to Fremont Street and catching the deuce bus a street away

Friendly staff and it has nice club on the first level of the hotel if you want to have fun and games inside and outside. You can't hear the noise from the club in the rooms which was nice

You can avoid paying by hanging the paper card you received from the hotel on your rearview mirror. The price is so reasonable that I find any drawbacks worth it

This place is very easy to get to. It is a smaller hotel with less rooms. Even though the pool was on the smaller side I did like it

Excellent hotel not too far from the Strip. Lots of great restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping Mall, and casinos nearby. Close to hospital, and airport. Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms.

The hotel isn't far from Las Vegas Strip, but those hoping for a more luxurious experience might be disappointed. The hotel lobby lacks amenities, and being located on a long stretch of air traffic, it can be quite noisy

There's also a fire station and police station nearby, and the noise from fire trucks and police vehicles is particularly loud, especially late at night

The location was great, walking to the strip is doable but we had no trouble getting a ride at any time of day. The staff were very curteous and always happily greeted us as we walked in

This hotel is a bit dated, but the bed was comfy. It's conveniently located, with restaurants and a convenience store just a five-minute walk away. A good choice for a relaxing stay!

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. My only critique is that the pillows were very weak and provided little support
