Just about everything was great but dock amenities as fitness center in 18/19 was closed during my stay, pools did not seem to be open either. The villa and everything else was wonderful.
Took me 30 min to figure out how to get the main TV back to English from the chinese language it was set for.   The best feature of this facility is that it is walking distance to the Sphere which was why we were there
Nobody cleaned my room for five days. The hotel is right opposite the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, so the location is pretty good.
Room was adequate but definitely showed wear. The bathroom tub/shower was oversized and huge, but for a late 60’s couple like us, represented a challenge taking a shower and getting in/out while wet
It’s a full 6 min walk from lobby and amenities to our room. So think twice if you need to get something. Bedroom had tiny little bugs all around that we had to kill, but they did I not come back
But if we had to do over again, we would pay a bit more and stay at the Venitian hotel. Just as close, nicer accommodation with many more amenities close at hand

If you don’t want to be on the loud very populated strip. Not the best part of town by the looks of the neighborhoods around it. We were definitely the youngest people in the casino by far
Makes property feel fresh and without the smoke smell, property and rooms are clean and the service has been good! We have been here with kids and they like to see the water show in the garden area
This place was absolutely spectacular for our travels during a basketball tournament. Clean, friendly staff and easy accessibility to everything.
My favorite place is to go into the mystic falls area. Love all the plants and sounds as if you're in a central park type location. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet but they do look really neat
They're up the street from us, which is so much more convenient then and driving all the way to the strip. The casino is extremely clean. The staff seems friendly! One of my favorite to visit and take the family to
The location is convenient, not far from the busiest main road, and it's about a 10-15 minute drive if you're self-driving. The hotel itself is old and has a strong smell of smoke, but luckily the rooms are still decent

I would recommend The Palace to family and friends. My only issue was the bed was damaged in some way making a huge dip in the mattress.
Consistent room service, quite convenient going around town. Typically lack of amenities but i guess it’s just overall in US, no slippers no toothbrush, no water provided
Amazing location. Kind & helpful staff. Free shadowed parkplace. Casino at ground floor. What to expect more?
Overall a good experience and good deal for our stay, room not super clean, bed is a bit too soft
Good location, nice large room, dated decor but reasonable. Recommend.
When I said no, he told me to go back outside and wait. So, I went back out and continued waiting. A few minutes later, he came out and, once again in an unfriendly manner, told me to come in so he could check me in

When I took my fist bath, there’re hairs on the shampoo before I use it. Pool is closed during my three days trip
The hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t
Customer service here for the most part is top notch. There are a few staff and security people that are less then pleasant but for the most part the casino appears to be 100 present customer focused
My partner and I enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location! Will definitely be staying here again!
Great location. We've been staying quite a few times. Love that we can book a smoking room.
I stayed there twice in a two week period

The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and everything felt fresh and quiet, which is a big plus in Las Vegas 😌 Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the overall vibe is relaxed but still stylish
I can throw a rock from the monorail. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are very clean and the views aren't too bad the hotel is located behind the Wynn it would be a trek to walk up to the strip but not impossible
I used the sandwich method and was given a room with a view of the sphere. I was also given 6 coupons, including 2 beers, 2 whiskeys, and 2 desserts (actually sweet baked cookies, which tasted pretty good)
The location is great - very close to the Sphere, and the parking is convenient and easy, which made getting around stress-free 🚗✨ Would definitely consider staying here again 👍
The room was large and had traces of age. The location is very close to the airport, only 10 minutes by car, but it is a certain distance from the main street
The price is actually similar to the Venetian Bellagio on the main street. It is recommended to stay on the main street for more convenience

An oasis in Henderson that feels like a luxury resort without Strip prices. The pool area is stunning with a sandy beach and lush landscaping. Hank's Fine Steaks is excellent. Locals love this place for good reason
Highly recommend is you are tired of the crowded strip experience and want peace and quiet and not feel like cattle call upon check in and out. The bell desk personally walked me to where I needed to go
Inside you will find a resort style outdoor swimming pool, full casino, various restaurants, and a top-notch and well maintained Regal Theaters
Had an awesome stay at this hotel. Aisha at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. Wow! Great view is the strip without the drama of the strip
I thought this would be far away but honestly 10ish minutes from airport and close to the strip. The pool area is beautiful and the service everywhere was awesome. All of it was a great experience
We had the Cajun BBQ shrimp with rice, which was good. There were a lot of shrimp and they were a nice size. They could have seasoned just a tad bit more for my taste. I had a spicy pineapple margarita and that was good

The kids had an amazing time enjoying the beach, pools, waterslide, water polo, and a variety of other amenities. There are also plenty of nearby activities like boating, water sports, and golf
I love this resort it is beautiful restful, friendly service, pools are amazing. The hot tub was unfortunately not working
The beautiful trees and gardens, the swimming pools, the location.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic escape—perfect for families or couples—this is a great choice. Just be ready for a bit of a drive for door and dining runs and if you’re planning to explore beyond the lake
They had a fire alarm go on at about 7am and have everyone evacuate their room & no refund/ voucher. Nothing Annoying and inconvenient
You could easily spend days enjoying the hotel's amenities, and the surroundings are absolutely superb. If cost is no object, it's an absolutely excellent choice for relaxation

Superb! Clean, welcoming, great parking, swimming pool, very safe throughout the hotel and parking, and everything nearby! Food court in the hotel's large 4-star complex with bowling and a cinema—the best! I recommend it 1000%! We'll be back as a family or as a couple!
Comfy chairs and tables set up all through! Pool are great depending her was on duty you get outside drinks in, no Stanley or metal cups allowed at all
Great room and space! Safe environment, just not a casino family activity available. Restaurants onsite, food court. ***** **** **** and big screens had current events and a great place to watch the game vs in your room
The Oyster bar was great! Excellent food. Mini king suite was very standard. Nothing “suite” about it. But it was clean. Complimentary coffee should be a standard in every room!!!!!!!
We just stayed one night due to a flight cancellation and we were floored by the amazing amenities. Awesome game tables and large casino. Restaurant (steak house) was fabulous
Food at restaurants is excellent and people are friendly. I really like the atmosphere and the rooms are clean spacious and not priced enormously out of range

It was nice to have access to the Mandalay Bay pools, but they were overcrowded to the point that it was uncomfortable - The lazy river wasn’t even moving, it was so full of people! So it was very nice to come back to the quiet and relaxing four seasons pool
Very nice classy hotel. Great staff, superb service. Hotel is elegant a bit outdated areas here and there. Great location. Good breakfast restaurant. Ok pool. Good spa.
The lobby is beautiful, the public space is elegant and comfortable, the hotel gave away hats, backpacks, and chocolate graffiti, which is very thoughtful. The children love it. Pasta is my favorite❤️
I loved that this was not directly on the strip. I don't like the business of the strip. Service was 5 star from the front desk to the restaurant. Even the Lavazzo coffee in the room was perfection
The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas is excellent, except for its only drawback: it's a bit far from other major attractions, but it maintains a very quiet environment.
We were surprised by how child-friendly this luxury hotel is... from cookies at check-in to gifts for the kids in the room. The service is top-notch. We'll be back soon.

(The connecting rooms were Awesome for morning coffee and late night snacks) WE Could not have asked for a Better stay! THANK YOU AGAIN … NOMAD Front Desk Staff, Housekeeping , Pool Bartender and Waitresses for making our stay so WONDERFUL!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was so satisfied. It was kind, clean, and so nice. They were super kind to my dog, too. I am very satisfied. Unlike other places, the fact that there was no cigarette smell was truly the best part, even at ***!!!
Loved the feel as soon as we walked into reception. It was moody, elegant and quiet. So nice to return after being outside or in the other hotel lobby’s. Spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, everything we needed
It would have been nice to have food and beverage at the pool, and for the cost, they probably should have an off season service
The room was spotless and so tastefully decorated. I loved it and it will be my go to whenever visiting Las Vegas
I stayed in several hotels in Las Vegas, and this one is also very good. You can ask the locals why the cheap hotels in Las Vegas are so cheap. In short, safety comes first. I hope everyone has fun!

Excellent stay with great amenities, large lovely rooms and very good service.
The hotel isn't very new or large, but the service is excellent.
Good location, clean room. The Pool & Spa close at 5pm so there is not much you can do at that hotel past certain time. Dining menu is average, food ok.
We stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. We interacted with the doormen, drivers, valet, front desk, housekeeping, room service, spa staff and even the people who fill the mini bar
They were all top notch with superior customer service and hospitality skills. I'm just a regular Joe but they all made me feel like a V. It was extremely comfortable and spotless

It's ok, but the air conditioner is too noisy, I have to turn it off to sleep
But you can’t see them from the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub
Generally speaking, the quilt cover and pillow case on the bed are always loose, but the breakfast is still satisfactory, the cleaning is still clean, and the attitude of the waiter is quite good.
The room is clean and tidy, with two bedrooms and one living room, complete facilities, and you can cook your own food, which is good! It is a little far from the main city, but it is quieter
The room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The bed was comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was not bad with good coffee. I would definitely return!
Roll out bed was fine, as far as roll out beds go, and the room itself was very nice. Layout was a little weird as the lobby was a separate building from our rooms

They give you 2 free water bottles per day. There is also free guest laundry machines and they even offer the detergent. Year round outdoor pool and hot tub. I would easily book this hotel again
A marketplace downstairs with all the odds and ends, as well as a full service deli. Game room, computers & printers for guest use, a bar on your way out to the lovely pool area
Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The hotel is very clean! I actually needed to extend my stay and I didn’t want to go anywhere else so I booked this hotel again. They have a mini Starbucks the first floor
You will need to pay for your morning coffee as there is no complimentary coffee either. This hotel does offer some great stuff tho…This hotel has free parking in the parking garage next to the hotel
Keep in mind they do not offer any complimentary breakfast which for me is the only downside of this hotel but you do have a microwave in your room which is hard to come by these days
Excellent. Only thing is the early checkout time of 10:00 when most others have an 11:00 checkout. First time at HGV and I had a most pleasant revelation

Stayed here when visiting a work expo. It's about a 20 min drive to the convention center. There are many restaurants and shopping around. The room was nice with a bathtub and clean
It wasn't too busy being a winter stay and also further from the strip. Pool was closed for the season
The only negative might be the resort fee, they are not quite at the level of a need or requirement, I would classify as a hotel/casino but not a resort, especially with pools/spas/dining in the room, the resort fee seems unnecessary but maybe after all it's worth it
The M was amazing, clean, the staff was very friendly. The food at the Jayde@16 was delicious and the pool area was amazing.
I had not been to Las Vegas in nearly 20 years. I kept hearing how expensive everything was, but found the M Resort and Casino to be fairly priced
The staff was friendly and the prices of drink and food seemed reasonable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Las Vegas

I was impressed with all the artwork and the many shops they had. The pool was amazing which was great because it wasn't very crowded. Plenty of room to relax and sunbathe. A great resort in all that I experienced
The room is spacious, with new and clean facilities. It's very convenient to get to by car, valet service is free, and the front desk staff are friendly and attentive. It's also conveniently located near the city center.
I would especially like to mention the high-quality toiletries in the room and the magnificent view from the window. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again
Fantastic service and highly recommended for families to come. The lobby for Crockfords is huge and they do provide quick bites in the morning. Great artworks around the hotel.
The room was generally good, quite spacious. The only problem was not to arrive too early; I arrived around 12:00 PM and didn't get my room until after 2:00 PM

However, the pool only had open, partition-free rinse areas with no shower gel or shampoo. Preparing for a 14-hour flight back to Asia, we ultimately didn't jump into the water
) I particularly enjoyed the bathroom's design with its double vanity and dressing table, which is quite uncommon for Asians. It was wonderful to be able to sit down in the bathroom to do my makeup and skincare
Since tickets were available for non-guests for $25 per person, the entrance wasn't in the guest room area. The staff in the guest room area were super friendly and directly escorted us there
Instead, we sat in the front row of lounge chairs, observing the vacationing Caucasians during our last few hours in America. This might have been the best moment of the entire trip
Whether we’re looking for a quick recommendation or just waiting on a drink, the service never disappoints. And speaking of drinks, we’ve yet to struggle finding something delicious to quench our thirst
It feels modern, polished, and intentionally designed for adults who want to enjoy the Vegas vibe without being bowled over by it. The staff in the casino has always been fantastic

Every time I come to Las Vegas, I stay here because it has all the kitchen tools you need, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator for making breakfast and dinner. It is a very convenient apartment-style hotel.
There’s a grocery store across the street, plenty of space, a kitchen, jacuzzi on the balcony, water slides, great location (near a freeway exit), and super friendly and helpful staff
Staff was friendlyroom was clean
Great property. Good staff. Nice location. The rooms are great. Pool is really nice, salt water, no stinky chlorine. The bar staff are very friendly.
Plenty of room in our suite, super quiet, wonderful beds, great facility on grounds with an awesome pool! Friendly, helpful and happy staff create the unique atmosphere here! Out dated bathroom fixtures, old furniture and fresh paint with new flooring are just a few changes that could be made to rejuvenate this once amazing looking place! The large suites could house small washer and dryer units...

The exterior, lobby, and common areas are impressive, with lots of decorative touches and fancy lighting. You can tell this used to be a true five-star resort
I ended up trying to find a housekeeper and ask for some box tissues 3. Half of the pool was closed most of time, because they don’t have lifeguard available
Rooms are way too far away from the lobby. It’s ridiculous how far you have to walk to get to your room with zero luggage assistance at all.
• I liked the sauna, but towels and flip-flops that were left there on my first visit were still there the next day, which made me question how often it’s cleaned
• The shower in the sauna area was out of order, the bathrobes didn’t have matching ties, and the slippers in the women’s area were initially male-sized. • Both the main outdoor pool and the hot tub were closed
It appeared that housekeeping had turned on the shower to clean and then couldn’t turn it off; it was blasting extremely hot water at full force. We had the same issue again: no one could stop it

Apartment is nicely furnished with  good TV channels and views of mountains. There is a large free car park facility. This resort has heated pool and jacuzzi. Towels are provided in bathroom
Only downside was we kept getting a lot of static from their doorknobs (don't know why 😂) and towels could use fabric softener. (Vegas sunburn and hard towels=ouch)
