Since I was snowed in with my granddaughter, Mr Hernandez in hotel services, provided us with exceptional service and care. I didn't have a reservation but he was a lifesaver. Also the rooms were luxurious and my granddaughter was so happy to spend time in the fun arcade. The Manhattan deli was great! My favorite place will always be Atlantis!!

The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is one of our favorite hotel and casino destinations in Northern Nevada. We don’t visit as often as we used to, but it’s always such a wonderful experience when we do.

What truly stands out is when employees remember you — even after many months. Meagan is fast, friendly, and provides excellent customer service! She not only remembered my face, but even my drink order.

That kind of personal recognition makes me feel genuinely valued. It means so much to know that after all this time, she still remembered us and our order. Experiences like this are what keep us coming back.

Nice property! Stayed here for a week during a recent conference. Comfortable clean rooms, great service, convenient location & nice food options. Has a walkway that connects to convention center. Smoking on main floor can be overwhelming...maybe a better ventilation system is needed? Great that they offer airport shuttle. Would stay here again if I return to the area.

Would have given 5 star rating but disappointed that five of the six fitness center’s treadmills were broken and internet did not work in the room. The hotel was clean, rooms were large and comfortable, fitness center was very good (except treadmill issue). Would stay again, though. I believe that the hotel will fix these issues soon.
