Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

Don’t stay here because you will be very disappointed. It hasn’t been updated in a very long time and it shows from the minute you step onto the elevator that has a wood floor. Our room was very small. There was no coffee maker and they provided only 2 cups to drink out of.
It’s very overpriced.
Breakfast was supposed to end @ 9:30. All I wanted was a cup of coffee but it was all broken down by 9:15.

I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
I’m really surprised that Whyndam puts there name on this hotel.
Just keep driving.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting, smelled of smoke. Nothing was clean, sheets were stained and had blood spots. There was very little for breakfast. For the price I do not recommend staying here.

Room was dirty, stained sheets, stained bedskirt, homeless guy out front in a hoodie, breakfast was awful! Three tables and nothing much to choose from. There is a truckstop beside the hotel and you hear trucks all night. We have stayed there several times before, but it has gone down bad! Never again.

There is a sign in the parking lot warning you that they aren't responsible for anything that happens to your car, and based on the cars in the lot your car is not safe here. There is a sign saying there's no cash here because it's such a high risk area. The floors are sticky. I just would avoid it here if you can. We paid for two nights and are definitely not staying here for two nights.

Hotel is run down. Sheets are stained, blankets worn so thin there were holes. Pet friendly room has vinyl floor but was so dirty. Wyndym hotels should be embarrassed to have this as one of thier hotels.

Please review all the reviews of this property before considering Staying Thier My personal experience with this property was awful,, I would say that this hotel has not up to standards of the Wyndham corporation. After speaking with the corporation they will continue to work with this property to make sure that experiences like mine hopefully don’t happen again. while I strongly disagree with the hotels stance of my behavior, it may not be resolved as I made four attempts to reach out to management to talk about issues at the property and they never responded except for an email which they sent me and also posted online. This is the first time in my life where my customer complaint was met with slanderous language back towards me. My lessons learned get out of the gutter and be the better person.I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at Windham properties until I stayed at this property. I hope in the future that they strive to correct their employees behaviors. If you have health issues, similar to me please request to stay on the floor that smoking is not allowed.Finally I I hope this property correct the problem Of not having a member of management available to speak with customers when they have concerns before things spin out of control with one employee.
