Great hotel! The restaurant on site has very good food and appetizers! We ate there multiple times. We were returning from a conference late every night and it was nice to have a restaurant & bar right there. Bartender Felicia was super friendly. Our room was clean with a comfy bed. We also really enjoyed the artwork in the hallways which was replicas of old photos, not that modern junk. We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool, which are outside, but under an event tent structure so the air wasn’t too cold.

The staff was all very friendly. What really won me over is the cute little dog bowls they had in our room. It's so nice they they are a pet friendly hotel that understand people traveling with pets. The room was very comfortable and super clean.

That is one of the best best Western hotels that I have stayed in. Love the motif the cleanliness having a restaurant and bar on site and being blocks away to old town would highly recommend.

Bit noisy next to highway and mattress could be upgraded, but it was a quick overnight stay.

The hotel is in a good location. Just off I40 and close to Old Town. Lots of options within walki g distance. Clean, nice staff. No breakfast available. Free coffee in Lobby. Too close to HWy. So, so, neighborhood. Dated. Windows are sealed and HVAC annoying and noisy. OK for a night to go out in Old Town.

Food was terrible, after and hour wait we got cold food, crunchy rice and the tender loin was not so tender. Like who messes up a PB&J sandwich? Seriously. It was my grandson’s last meal in town with family for the holidays and he was disappointed; we are not coming back to this place.

Good food. My steak was just about as perfect as I could expect. Staff was very friendly and super helpful!

Our waiter was great. Jordan was attentive and tried to fix things, but the food was not good at all. The chips were stale, onions were in the food after we requested none, my kids fries were soggy, and my green Chile mashed potatoes were sour. Definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.

Ordered 3 drinks one was only filled half way didnt notice because they were in a tray. I complained they just gave me a lame excuse of the machine being broken. Swore ide never go back but did today got a white mocha through the drive through tastes like half the ingredients were missing just flat out tastless bland gross never going back!!!!

I went through the drive up window and my drink was what I asked for and perfect. Every time I have walked in to this Starbucks store my drink was messed up and I have stopped going there because of this. If you want good service at this store use the drive up window otherwise good luck. I gave up.

Had to have a drink remade because of barista error. Got new drink, went to my car and saw that I had a Grande in a venti size. Had to go back in and ask for it to be topped off. If I pay over $5 for a drink, I expect it will be filled to the brim.

Drive thru is super fast in the morning! Lobby is very friendly and a great place to do work in the afternoon! I couldn't disagree more with some of these reviews! People make mistakes, come on people! Stars and management are superb in this location!

It is a standard Burger King franchise, albeit a new store. It is clean, the service is quick and the food is decent.
