Nice hotel with a podium type lobb. Zhyra the hotel staff is very accomodating and provided a good service.
The room was extremely exceptional clean, the staff was very knowledgeable pleasantly polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying with you in the near future! Thank you for allowing us to start our new year’s celebrations with your amazing hotel !
staff was good, room was nice. The bathroom was very clean and nice. I didn't rest well after working a long day, but i think it was me. The location of this Marriot was terrific
uncomfortable moment
My daughter and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. In particular, the young woman who checked us in went above and beyond throughout our entire stay—helping with check-in, ordering pizza, getting us water, and even working on Thanksgiving night. She was kind to my daughter every time she stopped by the front desk...
We had a beautiful Suite. Rebecca was friendly when we checked in and upgraded us to a suite. Mike the doorman was very helpful when we were leaving.
Hotel is completing its renovation. Coming along beautifully with authentic puebloan art. Staff is always great.

Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.
Hotel was clean and neat, we had a good overall experience, until we asked if there was a restroom near by that had a changing station for a baby, the girl we asked said she would ask her manager, we then followed her from the conference rooms to the front lobby area, the manager there was very rude to the girl and suggested that we just change the baby in our room, (which we explained we didn't reserve...
A lovely place with quite a nice bar, our room was very nice and clean. I did not mind a room facing their indoor swimming pool, but I wish they had been more strict on noise control as the children playing in the pool til late (the time the pool closed was 10 pm) but even then, as the noise echoes is was very loud. Otherwise, this was a few of those moments where it wouldn't happen so much, so otherwise...
We spent half of the time trying to get in our room. I swear a walked a half mile going back and forth to my room so I could get in because the keys get so easily de-magnetized and our latch even shut on us from the inside when we shut our door and had to be kicked open. They charged my card $205 for what was supposed to be around $175 but that will be dropped in 5 to 10 business days. The "deal" for...
The hotel is a nice venue for a small getaway. Very calm and peaceful and most importantly very clean and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely enjoy a trip here again anytime! Thumbs up to the friendly staff!!!?
It's an amazing place I've been here a couple of times, but this last time one of the receptionist named "Michael" was extremely rude! He does not have no customer service skills, has really bad attitude towards paying customers and don't have the courtesy to at least pretend to help you and we got to realize receptionist is the face of the whole hotel. For me just because I've been here a few times...

Great hotel! The restaurant on site has very good food and appetizers! We ate there multiple times. We were returning from a conference late every night and it was nice to have a restaurant & bar right there. Bartender Felicia was super friendly. Our room was clean with a comfy bed. We also really enjoyed the artwork in the hallways which was replicas of old photos, not that modern junk. We also enjoyed...
Overall friendly staff. Very good service in the restaurant. Decent room, location, and price.
The staff was all very friendly. What really won me over is the cute little dog bowls they had in our room. It's so nice they they are a pet friendly hotel that understand people traveling with pets. The room was very comfortable and super clean.
Clean quiet room and fabulous breakfast. A lot if choices and a real breakfast at a sit down restaurant
That is one of the best best Western hotels that I have stayed in. Love the motif the cleanliness having a restaurant and bar on site and being blocks away to old town would highly recommend.
Nice spacious room w doggie bowls and bed.
Bit noisy next to highway and mattress could be upgraded, but it was a quick overnight stay.

Pleasant staff, no bellhop or help with luggage and no valet. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and shower head was broken, water came out the faucet and shower head at the same time. There was an extra bed/ pull-out couch. The amenities were lacking. Good stay but below expectations on **********.
The room was clean. Staff was good. Thecroom did have a smell to it initially...like sewer. We had to leave the door open to air it out. Room 202.
Clean room, curious and friendly staff, housekeeping ladies always a smile on their faces and replied "Have a good day".
Breakfast menu was limited yet filling. Salsa and Chile was a bonus.
The room was spotless, quiet and everything that was expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was very clean, but the lighting way too dark for me. Could not see well enough. Also, bed not comfortable. But then, I AM old!
Everything went smooth, fro. Checkin to accommodations. Very please for this exhausted traveler

Room was great and very comfortable. Front staff was kind, caring, courteous and attentive to needs.
Staff exceptional rooms ok parking well lit no place for animals to relieve themselves breakfast ok
Great spot for travel break.
While it is under renovation, we experienced no noise from that. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was very clean and tidy. Very large selection of TV channels. Very comfortable bed. There is an excellent and friendly seafood Mexican restaurant with local owners of 30 years that front desk recommended and it's right around the corner.
Cleaning staff was friendly disappointed that I was told I could recieve bonus points for my stay and then told your manager refused to authorize
Several times by 9:30 all breakfast items were gone due to a large family that took all fruit breads and bagels
They are in the middle of a remodel so I can say it does need it because the room I had a really bad smoke smell to it. I had to spray the room down. Staff was decent and the area is quiet.
The breakfast was fresh The hotel’s under construction. A lot of areas need improvement on. The room carpet dirty and stained and bathrooms had holes in walls. Hopefully that is part of the updates

Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom.
No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.
The hotel was ok. We were on the 1st floor and you can literally hear everything above. So sleep was non existent unfortunately.
First rate experience here with excellent customer service from Janeth, the General Manager! This property is super clean with all the amenities you need in a great safe location right near the highway (but pretty quiet) and has Mountain View’s. Restaurant on property, Tuesday the bartender does a great job at the great little restaurant on property. five stars for this 3-4 star hotel!
Everything was great except the bar staff was very unprofessional and rude. They need to be retrained on customer service. There was not enough parking. Box trucks were allowed to take 5-6 spaces overnight leaving no where to park legally.
Every time I’m in Albuquerque I stay at this hotel. Front desk staff have always been friendly. It’s in a great location. Hotel is clean and quiet!

We LOVED our stay. This is a very beautiful hotel with excellent rooms, staff and a generous breakfast. The upstairs bar was excellent and served tasty bites. We would definitely stay again.
Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
This place was fantastic. Super clean place, great staff. roof top bar is spectacular.
all said 8-10, the beds were not the greatest. loved the stay.
We are Parq Central devotees. In addition to the basic requirements of any good hotel (comfortable beds, well-designed rooms, pleasant staff), this one has loads of character and charm. Somehow a hospital from the 1920s has been transformed into a boutique hotel property for the 2020s with true personality.
All the decor in the rooms and common areas is beautifully integrated with the old structure...
Beautiful hotel … amazing bed and bath, cute rooftop bar. Breakfast isn’t allergy friendly (almost zero dairy free options aside from fruit and hard boiled eggs). The coffee bars on each floor are a great alternative to in room coffee makers.
They hotel staff and Quinn at the Apothecary are always amazing. We love staying at the Parq!

Very clean just a little bit light coming in through the shades from the outside light and some street noise
The room was generally clean. The bathroom needed a deeper cleaning and the toilet seat was loose. Staff was couteous but there was a general feeling of uneasiness during our stay because of the sirens and police loudspeaker warnings.
The room we got was big and roomy, beds were comfy, bathroom door lock was not working but overall it was a very quiet and comfy place.
It was a very nice hotel with a wonderful staff but. There is no gym, lake or garden.
Loved the nostalgic Route 66 charm and great value! The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was very clean. The only downsides were a disorganized breakfast setup and some worn common areas like the pool. With a little extra care and upkeep, this could easily be a 5-star stay!
This hotel is a bit shabby. The bathroom door was so swollen. I didn’t close. Breakfast was disappointing. However the staff was very friendly. And we were in Albuquerque during the balloon festival so finding lodging was quite difficult.

We LOVED our stay at Anthea at the Granite for the Balloon Fiesta. Our condo had two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for our party of four adults. I slept on the pullout sofa and it was quite comfortable with no pesky bars in the back. Getting to the condo was easy from the airport and it was well connected to everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was perfect--loved the decor...
My husband had to travel to Albuquerque for work, and the kids and I travelled with him. We decided to try the Anthea. It was convenient to my husband's work, but the best selling point for me was having a full kitchen. We went grocery shopping when we arrived and saved a ton of money by not eating out each meal. The other great feature was having a washer and dryer in each apartment. Being able to...
Amazing!! Full size everything! Large bathroom with a lot of space to share with a washer and dryer. Includes a couch two TVs, dining table and full size kitchen with a gas stove. Modern and updated. Easy check in and clear instructions. No complaints here! Thank you!
What an amazing find!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Full kitchen, living and dining room, washer and dryer and super comfy bed. No need for Check in as you are given your passcode for front door and room before your arrival. Right by downtown so you could enjoy the amazing things in downtown. We will be back!!
The internet is alright but the rooms are fantastic.
This place is awesome, very nice. Very private and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The management is the reason we stayed there.

Awesome, stay, thank you very much. Staff at the roadway staff at the suburban. Beautiful stay I'm a handicap man. And they helped me out with everything they brought me towels they were quick to service me and my family? Very courteous front desk the staff that even up to the maids. Everybody, thank you very much for the stay really appreciate it!!
Rooms were pretty dirty. Stuff on walls. Simple things such as counters and light switches and door handles were handled ever wiped down. Had to clean room with whole tub of lysol Wipes before I could get comfortable. Don't expect maid service. Bring your own bedding. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN. However. Staff was friendly. Rooms were decent size. Shower and stove worked well.
Thank you Daniel AGAIN. Helped me and my family stay little more easy. Even through our hard situation. Me being disabled along with my companion pet. It all worked out for the best. Would recommend anyone who needs someone to actually listen and help during your stay. It's secured and they keep it tidy as much as can outside. Thank you again Daniel for helping. You're the best !
Smooth Stay! Grilled with my kids and played basketball! They love it. It helps during our transition from the East side. Made us feel at home. This room is really nice, good with customer service and really clean. The property accepts dogs as long as you clean after them. And the front desk is really kind and helpful for giving me a chance.. this place is Amazing
Great place. Easy access to freeway. Clean rooms. Friendly and prompt staff. Lego was awesome. Made checking in a BREEZE!
I already had the opportunity to stay at another of their locations, but I really liked this one. It's very quiet and clean, there are no bedbugs or cockroaches, and the entire staff is very nice. The manager Leslie is always willing to listen or clarify any doubts, Iand that everything is always in order. 💖🙏🏾
The front desk guy is amazing. We had some issues but as soon as we mentioned them, they were taken care of. The room itself is a normal, adequate room. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's great. I'm staying at least another week, maybe 2. I'm waiting on an apartment and I'll stay here until it's ready
My stay is over 1 month, more like two, friendly folks & a fairly tame parking lot. Clean & well maintained property & has been a fairly pleasant experience. 1 & only drawback has been somewhat malfunctioning double entry “open path” system but dwelling is still accessible due to dedicated staff & friendly tenants.

I liked the quiet and darkness at night. I needed to buy a fry pan because there was none there. I didn't know that the total bill would be charged at check-in, and that really messed with my financial planning. When we 1st check in Marissa helped us she was really nice she helped us again …
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I was travelling with an 18m old and housekeeping brought in a portable crib complete with sheets and two small baby blankets. Monday night social hour was perfect eith chicken & waffles and saved us eating out for another meal. The pool and hot tub were clean and quiet both nights we were in there. Would definitely visit again.
Really great place to stay! Clean rooms, nice bed, spacious rooms. Front desk was super helpful especially Marissa. Really nice stay.
Staff was so attentive. The property was clean and there was still staff cleaning. It also felt safe. And the breakfast was excellent.
We had a great overnight stay at Staybridge with our pup. We were greeted warmly at the front desk and told about a social they were having from 5:30-7:00 pm (which takes place each Monday-Wednesday). Hamburgers and hot dogs and trimmings were served so we didn’t have to venture out to find dinner. Breakfast was excellent and my husband especially enjoyed the chicken enchiladas. Bed was very comfy...

Hotel needs updated. Not exactly what I envision as A Homewood Suites. Facilities could have been cleaner. Not bad enough to go ewww but needs improvement for sure.
It’s so nice to stay at Homewood suite;)! It’s really clean and comfortable . We will be back;)!
We had a spacious ground floor suite and the facilities were excellent, much ahead of expectation. Our flight was very early so we couldn’t use the breakfast but the airport shuttle was perfect. Overall, our stay was very good value.
We had to pay 10 dollars to park at the hotel. That info was not given till we showed up. Room was ok
Room was in great condition, staff was friendly. Amenities listed were deceptive, was expecting a hot tub and pool, was not listed as seasonal. Otherwise was good stay.

I just visited Red Horse for the second time this weekend. This place is an absolute oasis to visit. Impeccably clean rooms with gorgeously appointed bathrooms and all the touches of home. They make it easy to keep up with all the little fussy things that make a place feel like home: coffee (and cream in the room's mini refrigerator), a filtered water/ice refrigerator where I can fill my yeti cup...
Exactly as we imagined a bed and breakfast would be! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our visit was very relaxing, and our small dog was welcomed. Only stayed one night but would love to make this a destination stay in the future!
The room was clean, comfortable, and had all amenities we might need during our stay. The rest of the B&B was beautifully decorated and well kept. The Red Horse Family was attentive and accomodating during our whole stay and they made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. Thank you to everyone who helped make our trip a pleasant one!
After searching for places to stay overnight in Albuquerque, we were so glad to find this cute bed-and-breakfast! Darlene was very friendly from the moment we spoke on the phone, even when we explained that we weren’t sure we could make it to Albuquerque from Arizona that day. Overnight stay heading towards Grand Canyon. Hotel was clean and check in was easy. Staff were accommodating to our requests. Breakfast okay and overall clean area to eat before driving onward. Only complaint, no ice left on any floor due to others probably filling coolers.Good price for overnight stay
Roger was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though there was an error in booking on my part, he made sure I got a room. Roger knows what the hospitality industry is all about. Thank You
Just ok. Location isn't great, the area is a little shady. The pool is great but closed due to lightning nearby. Internet was hard to log into and the TV didn't work at night or on the morning, but the guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly and the room was clean and cheap. So it's mixed!
When we arrived to the hotel after a very long day of driving, we were immediately greeted with a very friendly welcome from Roger at the front desk. He was fantastic! This Comfort Suites location was an excellent choice for ease of getting around Albuquerque. We...

Water not working in bathroom. Staff move us to another room. Heater not working in 2nd room
When I paid online I was informed I still owed. Took over 20 mins to get checked in. Elevator stopping felt like we were falling. Get to the 2nd floor and there was trash from rooms puked up next to the elevator ( first thing we saw when we got off). Room was small. Toilet looked like it had not been cleaned and there was hair all over the bathroom floor.
The young lady was nice. The location left a lot to be desired. The room was clean, but the building smelled, and the breakfast was a joke, no coffee, three or four bananas 2 that were spoiled, bread for toast, and two cearlel
The hotel everything was good. I just think they should do something about the people that hang out in front of their hotels. They look a bit sketchy so I had trouble sleeping.
This place is functional. Surrounded by food ( a Denny's across the street, a Jack In The Box almost next door ), with a nearby liquor store, it was convenient. It is a bit run down, however, and in a neighborhood that forces it to post a sign that says it has the right to remove service. Those driving a uhau are encouraged to park out back, because cameras...
