Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.

It's an amazing place I've been here a couple of times,but this last time one of the receptionist named "Michael" was extremely rude! Pleasant staff, no bellhop or help with luggage and no valet. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and shower head was broken, water came out the faucet and shower head at the same time. Great spot for travel break. While it is under renovation, we experienced no noise from that. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was very clean and tidy. Very large selection of TV channels. Cleaning staff was friendly disappointed that I was told I could recieve bonus points for my stay and then told your manager refused to authorize Several times by 9:30 all breakfast items were gone due to a large family that took all fruit breads and bagels

They are in the middle of a remodel so I can say it does need it because the room I had a really bad smoke smell to it. I had to spray the room down. Staff was decent and the area is quiet.

The breakfast was fresh The hotel’s under construction. A lot of areas need improvement on. The room carpet dirty and stained and bathrooms had holes in walls. Hopefully that is part of the updates

Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom. No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.

The hotel was ok. We were on the 1st floor and you can literally hear everything above. So sleep was non existent unfortunately.

First rate experience here with excellent customer service from Janeth, the General Manager! This property is super clean with all the amenities you need in a great safe location right near the highway (but pretty quiet) and has Mountain View’s. Restaurant on property, Tuesday the bartender does a great job at the great little restaurant on property. five stars for this 3-4 star hotel!

Everything was great except the bar staff was very unprofessional and rude. They need to be retrained on customer service. There was not enough parking. Box trucks were allowed to take 5-6 spaces overnight leaving no where to park legally.

Beautiful hotel … amazing bed and bath, cute rooftop bar. Breakfast isn’t allergy friendly (almost zero dairy free options aside from fruit and hard boiled eggs). The coffee bars on each floor are a great alternative to in room coffee makers.

The room was generally clean. The bathroom needed a deeper cleaning and the toilet seat was loose. Staff was couteous but there was a general feeling of uneasiness during our stay because of the sirens and police loudspeaker warnings.

The room we got was big and roomy, beds were comfy, bathroom door lock was not working but overall it was a very quiet and comfy place.

It was a very nice hotel with a wonderful staff but. There is no gym, lake or garden.

What an amazing find!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Full kitchen, living and dining room, washer and dryer and super comfy bed. Had to clean room with whole tub of lysol Wipes before I could get comfortable. Don't expect maid service. Bring your own bedding. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN. However. Staff was friendly. I already had the opportunity to stay at another of their locations, but I really liked this one. It's very quiet and clean, there are no bedbugs or cockroaches, and the entire staff is very nice. The front desk guy is amazing. We had some issues but as soon as we mentioned them, they were taken care of. The room itself is a normal, adequate room. My stay is over 1 month, more like two, friendly folks & a fairly tame parking lot. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I was travelling with an 18m old and housekeeping brought in a portable crib complete with sheets and two small baby blankets. Monday night social hour was perfect eith chicken & waffles and saved us eating out for another meal. The pool and hot tub were clean and quiet both nights we were in there. Would definitely visit again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, we never heard traffic or any outside noise. The breakfast was always good and the light dinners that were available for guests each night we were there was delicious. I would definitely stay here next time in Albuquerque.

We had a spacious ground floor suite and the facilities were excellent, much ahead of expectation. Our flight was very early so we couldn’t use the breakfast but the airport shuttle was perfect. Overall, our stay was very good value.

This is a very unique property.. It is a family farm that is run by the daughter and grand daughter of the original owner. It is filled to the brim with family history and keepsakes. There is a story behind each item. The innkeeper is welcoming and full of stories about her family and her inn. They were very willing to make adjustments with early and/or late arrivals. Wonderful experience.

I was in between 3 and 4 stars. The room was clean, and the suite with sofa bed was very spacious. Check in was easy, and they were very nice. The cons were that the hotel is not next to anything within walking distance, so felt a Lil shady. When I paid online I was informed I still owed. Took over 20 mins to get checked in. Elevator stopping felt like we were falling. Get to the 2nd floor and there was trash from rooms puked up next to the elevator ( first thing we saw when we got off). Room was small. Toilet looked like it had not been cleaned and there was hair all over the bathroom floor.
