The front desk staff was top shelf. Restaurant staff, not so much. The facility was undergoing renovations, which I understand is difficult to do while still accommodating guests. My issue is that I was not made aware of this until we arrived. I felt like I was the victim of a bait and switch con. Other than the staff, it was a horrible experience.
Under Construction Under construction. Noisy until after 5:00 pm. No USB outlets. Bathrooms do not have ventilation fans. Uncomfortable beds. Heater, fan was very noisy and couldn’t sleep with it on, even after they sent someone to repair it. Not worth the price, maybe it will be better after construction/remodeling is complete. No vending machines.
We stayed for 2 nights for NYE weekend. NYE night was excellent. The food and the band were excellent. Then the next morning we had an amazing breakfast and that’s when we met Gilbert. Gilbert was very friendly from the start and his service was excellent. We love the hotel and its friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
Love this hotel. Staff is great! Lounge is amazing! Even tho it’s an older hotel it is a wonderful place to stay! I would recommend it to anyone. Only concern is the fridges in the lounge are not cold at all. There is milk in there for the breakfast. The fridge in my room is much much colder
Hotel has been upgraded since the last time I was here nice improvements. Had complimentary drinks from 430-630. Crystal Jimenez is an exceptional employee who went far and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and special. She took time to meet and greet people as they came in, after you were seated she made sure to come check on you to make sure everything was good. She actually took time to talk...
Renovated rooms are very nice! Adrianna is a doll! She made the check in process easy (we didn’t have a reservation) and made us feel completely welcomed. There was an issue with the bedsheets in our room and she was quick to resolve and remedy the situation. The restaurant was great as well.

Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.
Hotel was clean and neat, we had a good overall experience, until we asked if there was a restroom near by that had a changing station for a baby, the girl we asked said she would ask her manager, we then followed her from the conference rooms to the front lobby area, the manager there was very rude to the girl and suggested that we just change the baby in our room, (which we explained we didn't reserve...
A lovely place with quite a nice bar, our room was very nice and clean. I did not mind a room facing their indoor swimming pool, but I wish they had been more strict on noise control as the children playing in the pool til late (the time the pool closed was 10 pm) but even then, as the noise echoes is was very loud. Otherwise, this was a few of those moments where it wouldn't happen so much, so otherwise...
We spent half of the time trying to get in our room. I swear a walked a half mile going back and forth to my room so I could get in because the keys get so easily de-magnetized and our latch even shut on us from the inside when we shut our door and had to be kicked open. They charged my card $205 for what was supposed to be around $175 but that will be dropped in 5 to 10 business days. The "deal" for...
The hotel is a nice venue for a small getaway. Very calm and peaceful and most importantly very clean and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely enjoy a trip here again anytime! Thumbs up to the friendly staff!!!?
It's an amazing place I've been here a couple of times, but this last time one of the receptionist named "Michael" was extremely rude! He does not have no customer service skills, has really bad attitude towards paying customers and don't have the courtesy to at least pretend to help you and we got to realize receptionist is the face of the whole hotel. For me just because I've been here a few times...

The hotel is really cool looking, especially when traveling with kids. We got an artist room.. we liked it a lot. We came for first weekend of balloon fiesta. They have grab and go breakfast burritos starting at 4 am. Good location close to the 25 and food nearby.. The only negative thing is their actual customer service. The ladies up at the front were all really great.. when we first checked in on...
I will start by saying the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely get an A+! The facility and rooms are need of upgrades. Things felt a bit outdated and tired. Our tv didn’t work, the bathtub faucet was broken, and the amount of toilet paper left for us was very minimal. Likewise, the only elevator in the entire hotel broke, leaving my mother, with limited mobility...
I rented a room for 2 nights for my daughter's birthday to swim and we had so much fun. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed truly enjoyed our experience. We checked out and my daughter left her iPhone and we got a call from the manager saying they found her phone. All in all great experience most definitely will go back.
Great location. Cool place. Room carpet needs an update or good shampoo. The tub faucet was hard to figure out. The window drape was hanging off the hooks & let the beating sun in. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pool was nice. Great customer service at check in. Very nice stay. Little loud with highway, but not a big deal
Okay, first off. This hotel looks AMAZING. both inside and out. I loved that they have 24/7 security on site. that was a huge plus and one of the deciding factors for me choosing this hotel. upon check in, the front desk guy, I forgot his name or I'd give him a shout out, said he didn't like putting people who are traveling alone on the first floor, where the computer had put me. He upgraded me to...
The hotel was amazing very respectful staff the room was amazing amenities were great aswell very close to many places to get food walking distance a small little minor discretion the door chain lock was broken but no biggie other than that I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again

The place is a little run down no exercise room no breakfast. So the daily rate is too expensive in my opinion but the weekly rate is ok. The kitchen area doesn't have a sink which is frustrating but its overall a decent room no bugs they only have like 20 channels on the cable. There was a safe in one of the rooms but the heater was broken in another. When we asked to switch the front desk person...
We showed up at 10pm. We had a reservation. First, the good. Room was a double queen suite, with a sofa bed. It was comfy. Breakfast was good and has a wide selection. However...... the hotel is old and was a smoking hotel at some point. It still has the same carpet in the rooms and hallways. Very strong smoke smell. If you are allergic I would not recommend this hotel.
the three stars are entirely for the staff; quite friendly. the hotel had a nice structure that really looks like it may have been attractive at one point, but my first thought upon walking into it was "gee I hope they're going through Renovations or something". The room was, to be honest, kind of gross. The floors and Furniture did not seem clean or to be in good repair. It came at a very good price...
I was there for a short meeting but the business was welcoming, updated, friendly staff and in a convenient location.
Wonderful staff. The hotel was under construction but there was no inconvenience. You can tell the updates are needed, but the rooms were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was great!
Under new management. Cosmetic updates needed on exterior especially. Clean, decent place but its fine. Good bargain for families. Microwave, mini fridge in room. Since several people can stay in 1 room, its a bargain. Kind , courteous front desk. Free breakfast!

The morning Host (Food preparation/cook) at the restaurant area was amazing. She was so very friendly and professional. The waitress was so very polite and friendly as well. Many stars for them!!!
The beds are a little too firm and the pillows are flat. But other than that the hotel is amazing i would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be adding this hotel to my favs
The hospitality, the workers we met were nothing but kind and went above and beyond to show us places to visit.
Quiet area, rooms were ok only stayed one night with 2 cats while on our way to Tucson. The staff was very friendly. But the cats didn’t seem to like it lol

Overall, I was quite satisfied. Facilities, maintenance, and staff friendliness were all great. The only downsides were the location. It was located next to a road with an overpass, so it was a bit noisy and the surroundings felt somewhat chaotic. That said, considering the room condition at this price, I believe it offers strong value for money.
We moved to this hotel after changing from the Econo Lodge Old town. Very glad we made this change. Big difference! Large and spacious room. We felt it was a safe area. Laundry room available. Fresh water, Coffe machine, tea and hot chocolate close to the recpetion. Thank you
I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party...
Loved the coffee machine!!! Keep up the good service, I have already bragged on it! Very attentive service from the moment I booked. Everything in order and the place was very secured. The pool covered was a surprise since we didn't expect the pool in this weather. Loved this place!
No complaints at all! The service was awesome in the hotel and in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved all the art decor, both in the room and in the restaurant. Also, the hotel itself is really nice looking. We will be coming back this way in two weeks and stay again.
Fantastic stay at this Best Western. All of what you would expect (clean rooms, friendly staff, and decent prices) plus the great feeling that everyone went above and beyond to accommodate guests. Especially with the cook-to-order complementary breakfast. Good food and GREAT service (as well as for dinner the night before). Would definitely recommend this location.

Though my brother and I only stayed one night, we wanted to give a big shout out to the folks working here! We needed to head west during a Winter Storm Advisory in the mountains and we are not from a mountainous place, so we were nervous. We asked the concierge in the morning, hopefully being a local, what she'd recommend - she was adamant about avoiding I-40 because of the winter storm, sharing that...
Very welcoming staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this location has one of the best included breakfasts I've ever had. Large variety, fresh fruits and breads, and no paper and plastic cutlery!
Our go to hotel when visiting Albuquqere. Everything is always in place, friendly helpful staff, ample breakfast selection. It’s always been clean, plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Countless restaurants and shops really close by. We’ve always felt safe because the have security people checking on their, and surrounding areas.
Loved it! Was clean, all staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We stayed there for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship #BKFCABQ. The staff goes above and beyond. The room was large. The free breakfast was good. They do need cream cheese for the bagels 🥯. Would stay here again in walking distance from the strip mall and mall.
I've been at this hotel a few times, months apart, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is convenient and next to all kinds of stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. The food they serve is DELICIOUS. One of the things that gets me excited to travel! Their breakfast is one of my favorites. They have a Starbucks too, to help me wake up...
The breakfast was fantastic! When I saw breakfast included I thought it would be the usual display of a few sad, bruised fruit and dried out pastries or bagels... But no! Oatmeal, fruit, cereals, bagels, eggs, sausages, bacon etc. Was delightful. The staff, one gentleman in particular was super friendly and helpful. Also, loved the sweet little cat that frequents the parking lot.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Easy access on and off the interstate. Pricing was extremely reasonable especially if you are in their rewards program
Nice and dark rooms so I slept very well. I didn't care much about tears in walls but they were there. Service was outstanding with the workers being polite and not asking for tips like at the previous hotel i stayed. Overall great experience

The room was very clean and comfortable (other than a singular roach, yikes!), and the AC worked very well. Shower hot, and TV functional with many channels. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful when I asked for tourist attractions in the area. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat if I returned to Albuquerque.
Booked this for a youth trip we were on. Price was inexpensive for the area so we weren’t expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean, staff were great, and we had a great stay even though there was a lot of renovations going on. Thanks for making an affordable place with good quality.
For the price and location you would be hard pressed to find a better Econo Lodge anywhere. Is it a 4-5 star luxury hotel? Of course not so don’t go expecting that. But I will say it’s a great place. All the employees have been gracious and friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms are clean. We’ve been stuck here for almost a week while our truck is broken down. Their pet fee is reasonable...
This location is perfect for anyone just starting to get around Albuquerque! I have stayed here 3+ times and this hotel has been the most clean, comfortable, AFFORDABLE, and reliable!! Thank you to the owners and staff that make it such a great experience each time we visit Albuquerque. It's become a home away from home for us.
Enjoyed my stay. Clean room, half the staff was welcoming. I enjoyed the flowers around the hotel. Breakfast and coffee was good. If you walk away from breakfast hungry it's most likely your own fault. A little disappointed the closest laundry is a few miles away. Short walk to Old Town, plenty of shopping and food. There is a pool, although I did not swim.

This place is functional. Surrounded by food ( a Denny's across the street, a Jack In The Box almost next door ), with a nearby liquor store, it was convenient. It is a bit run down, however, and in a neighborhood that forces it to post a sign that says it has the right to remove service. Those driving a uhau are encouraged to park out back, because cameras... Continental breakfast in the morning....
Beautiful rooms and good breakfast. WI-FI was terrible, was unable to connect in my phone and in the table connection kept going on and off. Front desk ladies were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Great people, you get 20% off Denny's and 10% off of Godfather. Nice affordable rooms. If you are truck driver or Military you get discount. A Beautiful view of downtown Albuquerque.
The rooms are a good size. The beds are so comfortable and the evening staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The prices were also reasonable and it was centrally located in town, right off the freeway and next to a gas station. Their free breakfast was also good.

This hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to get to. Free parking is nice and the front desk staff were very kind. The room and bed were great on a solo trip. Uber knows how to find the front door, so that is helpful since you don't want to walk around. Apothecary is a must-see. Hopefully, Michael is working, let him perform his magic.
We REALLY enjoyed this hotel. Super clean, friendly staff, quiet, and had a great breakfast! We loved that the staff leaves coffee on each floor every morning. Not having to go downstairs to get coffee was a nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again!
I was recently at the hotel for a family reunion and to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday on 9/12-9/15, 2024. There were about nine members of the family staying at the hotel and all arriving at different times throughout the weekend. Through no fault of the hotel we encountered some billing issues due to my mom wishing to pay for all rooms on her card. The card on file was my sister's who set up...
The building is has a unique backstory and they put effort into the the area around the hotel but the price is too high for what is offered. Furniture is old and showing use, bathroom needs to be better maintained, technology is outdated, so the Executive King room shouldn’t cost more than $150/night. I’ve recently stayed in much nicer chain hotels for much less and been more impressed with the overall...
Very nice rooms, only con about them was not enough plug-ins to charge phones and other electronics. Staff was great with my dog (Treats and a toy). Very quiet and had a nice breakfast. Area was a little so-so. Walked my dog around the vicinity of the hotel, and some guy was whistling at me following me around it until I went in. Would stay again, but wouldn't leave as much at night.
We love this hotel! Every time we come through ABQ we stay here on our way to Taos. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There are even cozy robes ready for you after the shower. Awesome place This is a newer hotel so super clean. Great property close to UNM and airport
There were no parking spots left when we checked in, and were told to “squeeze in where we could” or to park on the side of the hotel in a fire lane. One of the trash cans in our room still had trash in it, including old food and beer bottles, and it smelled unpleasant.
Clean and friendly staff We had a beautiful stay, flawless check in, room was clean however bathroom products were not stocked. Also recieve a random 66.00 dollar charge no one could confirm why days after stay. Had to refund with my credit card.

Location was very convenient for me since I needed to go to Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, and east Albuquerque. For sure we'll come back to stay here.
I was going to give this place more like two stars for how many inconsistencies they had with their amenities and the datedness of some parts of the hotel, plus the fact that despite us booking ahead and arriving fairly early in the day our room was apparently unavailable due to a maintenance issue and they had to swap us to a lesser room without compensation other than some points. But honestly the...

Someone or an animal threw up on Friday second level walkway in front of a room entrance and it was still there when we left on Monday. Maids cleaning rooms that had been vacated should have seen and reported this. The trash dumpster gate was left...
Hotel was clean and okay for a one night stay. The stay was okay. The breakfast could have been better. The only hot food was the self made waffles.
If you are looking for a budget friendly stay, this place would work. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but furniture and general decor is a bit old and dated. It is right on the side of the road, so it was a bit noisy.
Comfortable stay, close to Old Town ABQ Perfect spot for our stop during a cross country trip. Cute courtyard style motel, no frills, but clean and cute.
Sandia Peak Inn is not in a very nice neighborhood. Our room the bathroom door knob would not pop back up when opened or closed, the tub had a stain on the bottom and there were fuzz bunnieson the floor. The entry door was hard to open, then had to be forced shut. The staff was friendly. Don't plan on eating much on the continental breakfast.
While the people running the place were very kind, and the hotel wasn’t horrible, this area of Albuquerque is sketch. Other customers hanging outside their rooms talking loud as hell and a very large man walking back and forth above us all night made for a miserable stay.

Thank you Daniel AGAIN. Helped me and my family stay little more easy. Even through our hard situation. Me being disabled along with my companion pet. It all worked out for the best. Would recommend anyone who needs someone to actually listen and help during your stay. It's secured and they keep it tidy as much as can outside. Thank you again Daniel for helping. You're the best !
Smooth Stay! Grilled with my kids and played basketball! They love it. It helps during our transition from the East side. Made us feel at home. Thank you Daniel for truly listening and just open to MY energy. I know things can be very stressful and We ALL are human. We were able to work through it together. Made our stay little more special. Just few updates needed on rooms but other than...
My cousin and I stayed there Over the Ballon Fiesta 2022. Not going to lie from all the reviews that ppl had left we thought we were walking into the end of the world. To be honest we took our own sheets and cleaning supplies, have done that in my own state to plenty hotels. There were cigarette burns in the bedding on the other bed so we jt made one bed up with our sheets. There was a burn in the...
We have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years and absolutely love it. The owner and staff have gone above and beyond for us in so many ways and we will never stay anywhere else. Stay here and you will be treated well and enjoy your stay!
Quick check in. Staff friendly. Great prices. Lots of food choices around. Great continental breakfast choice.
