For being a rich hotel cant exterminate to keep pool side from roaches. Towels, shoes left on chairs get full of rouches.

I was given a dirty room upon check out. The room had already been used by a prior guest. The sheets were stripped, towels used, no pillow cases, no coffee, hair in the drains. Our stay was fine. There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !

I got a key for a room that was occupied. I walked in on a man already sleeping in the room. I've never has such a bad experience. Good luck finding parking, you have to drive around to find one and then walk to the hotel. Most inconvenient stay of my life, never again. There's other hotels, go anywhere but here!

Good size room, nice entrance with cafe and bar. Parking was a problem. Paid for parking then was not able to find a spot. It was easy to get reimbursed but the inconvenience was not expected.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip and overall had a good experience. The housekeeping staff was outstanding-my room was cleaned daily, fresh water was provided each day, and they quickly replaced toiletries when needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the mountain view made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downsides were a less-than-friendly interaction at the front desk...

Staff was polite but not super useful. In my opinion the staff have an idea of norms, such as parking issues, that someone not from the area understand. Asking for clarity became an inconvenience to the staff member.

It is under renovation…hence some facilities eg pool not ready. Room looks old..but soacious

Hotel was good--would have given it an excellent if the room had been cleaned/fresh towels more often. Don't mind reusing towels once, but going 2 days without housekeeping & clean towels was excessive. And I don't feel I should have to call every day to get the service. Really good property close to the highway. Not a lot of traffic around it so it was easy to get to. There was a nightly security guard there driving around the parking lot. Maybe 10 minutes away from downtown. The drive to get downtown had minor construction so the roads were bumpy, but didn’t bother me.

Conveniently located and lots of parking. A big convention being held made the main restaurant off limits to other guests and the bar was full of conventioneers. Otherwise, it was clean and easy to get to.

We knew there was an indoor pool but couldnt find it until we went on a walk around the entire property and found it tucked away in a fitness center at the back of the complex, outside of the ballrooms. Staff was very nice. Our room was outdated with a couple issues. We told the front desk about them upon check out so they could fix them for the next guests. Appreciated the pickleball court and workout room and small unlimited water bottles. It would be great if they'd update their rooms in the older areas of the hotel and then we'd like to stay there again.

Even though I stayed one night, it was a very well rested night, on comfortable clean bed. I recommend it and I expect to come back in the near future.

Clean rooms front desk were not so nice

There was buildup in the tub green ring around the drain grossed me out I thought if the tub is like that the pool is probably worse. And was not notified at check-in that the elevators operated with room key needs updates

A nice hotel with quite a lot of facilities for the price, such as a pool, sauna and free breakfast. The area surrounding seems a bit dodgy, but we did not see anything weird happening so there is probably not much going on. Staff was friendly and was very helpful in giving directions and helping to get settled.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this time there was bed bugs both myself and my partner got bites. That is a dealbreaker for me I’m going to look for another place to stay on my next visit I won’t use Querque anymore.

Be prepare for late check-in. They could not provide a room till well passed 4:30. I had to leave to avoid being late to our event and returned at 9:30 to finish checking in. Our bathtub was backing up so had to wait a few minutes before anyone else could shower.

I booked this room by looking at the pictures and only for one night in case we didn’t like it. When we had to check out, we wished we would’ve booked the whole weekend there! Its a really nice place to stay and plays the food was really good with a variety! Nice get away!

The room as a whole was okay. The floors were absolutely disgusting though, I had to wear socks when walking around the room or else my feet would be black with dirt. Door keys constantly failed (went through 8 keys on a 4 day stay), towel service lacking even after requesting service, floor looked clean but left our feet almost black after walking on it for a little. The staff was nice but the place needs to be cleaned up.

Beautiful hotel … amazing bed and bath, cute rooftop bar. Breakfast isn’t allergy friendly (almost zero dairy free options aside from fruit and hard boiled eggs). The coffee bars on each floor are a great alternative to in room coffee makers.

Great spot for travel break. While it is under renovation, we experienced no noise from that. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was very clean and tidy. Very large selection of TV channels. Cleaning staff was friendly disappointed that I was told I could recieve bonus points for my stay and then told your manager refused to authorize Several times by 9:30 all breakfast items were gone due to a large family that took all fruit breads and bagels

They are in the middle of a remodel so I can say it does need it because the room I had a really bad smoke smell to it. I had to spray the room down. Staff was decent and the area is quiet.

The breakfast was fresh The hotel’s under construction. A lot of areas need improvement on. The room carpet dirty and stained and bathrooms had holes in walls. Hopefully that is part of the updates
