It's an amazing place I've been here a couple of times, but this last time one of the receptionist named "Michael" was extremely rude! He does not have no customer service skills, has really bad attitude towards paying customers and don't have the courtesy to at least pretend to help you and we got to realize receptionist is the face of the whole hotel. For me just because I've been here a few times I know it's a really good place, clean and employees are really kind and generous, and it's devastating to find out one person can change the whole experience. We all have our bad days but we have to understand we leave those at the door when your working, if not just stay home call in and don't work. If it was my 1st time I would have probably just turned around and wouldn't have ever come again.

We spent half of the time trying to get in our room. I swear a walked a half mile going back and forth to my room so I could get in because the keys get so easily de-magnetized and our latch even shut on us from the inside when we shut our door and had to be kicked open. They charged my card $205 for what was supposed to be around $175 but that will be dropped in 5 to 10 business days. The "deal" for the water park tickets and a one night stay was hardly worth it for what is being charged $205 in my card. The staff was friendly tho. Shady people in the parking lot. Our rooms were nice.

Off on the wrong foot from the get go. They offer a room and park pass package. The guy on the phone told me it was a two day pass. Friday and Saturday. At the front desk, they told me that Saturday was limited to the morning only. Since I had other plans for Saturday morning, I told them that waste and I was told that Saturday was good all day. "Nothing we can do they said". After 10 minutes of a nice game of back and forth, the manager offered to sell me 80 dollars worth of additional water park passes and discount my room 50 bucks. What a rip off. Should have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is a nice venue for a small getaway. Very calm and peaceful and most importantly very clean and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely enjoy a trip here again anytime! Thumbs up to the friendly staff!!!?

Very dingy and outdated facility. The front desk, bar, and breakfast nook have been updated and look amazing. However, the rooms are smelly with worn out couches and carpet that leaves your feet brown after a few minutes. The AC units are loud and must run 24/7 during hot days to keep it cool enough to be comfy. The exterior door nearest our room didn't fully close so anyone could enter the building although I did see some security. We found 3 roaches in our room! Really unacceptable! My son and I unknowingly got stuck inside the pool area. One of the housekeepers came to check on the towels and jumped the fence to let us out. Avoid this place!!!

Kinda throw back place.

The room was clean. The beds comfortable. The service was acceptable. The area of town that this hotel is in is surprisingly bad. There have been multiple guests who have had possessions stolen from their vehicles. This happens regularly at this establishment. The hotel has tried to combat this with a security guard that patrol the parking lot and signs that tell you that the hotel is not liable for stolen items. While we stayed here we spoke to a gentleman who had $3,000 of equipment stolen out of his work trailer a few nights prior. All in all the stay was more stressful than enjoyable. I would recommend finding a better part of town.

Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.

One would think that if tickets are sold for a certain date and time the establishment selling them wouldn't book something else at the same date and time. If there wasn't any other way around it, one would think it'd be common courtesy to notify the individual who paid for the tickets. Thanks guys, now I've got a really upset 6 yr old on her birthday..!! Wonderful customer service. NOT

Hotel was clean and neat, we had a good overall experience, until we asked if there was a restroom near by that had a changing station for a baby, the girl we asked said she would ask her manager, we then followed her from the conference rooms to the front lobby area, the manager there was very rude to the girl and suggested that we just change the baby in our room, (which we explained we didn't reserve we were attending the conference room for an event, he then rudely said "idk have them change her on the floor then, I'm busy, very rude will not return here even if they are giving money away, to be treated like that by a manager of a hotel is unacceptable. The manager also suggested after that that we take her over to the playground and change her on the slide.
