My experience with staff and room was great . The only bad thing was i had very loud neighbors in the room next to mine . Excessive noise all night long and couldn't sleep before of it .

Staff was great. It didn’t seem very safe with lots of people about all hours of the night.

We stay for 1 night. Room was clean , bed so comfortable. Check in was quick . I asked if I could check in earlier. Mr. Patel was the front desk guy so helpful and allowed us to check in earlier so we could rest after a long drive .

I cant lie i stayed there with my girl a couple weeks ago our roomhad lice when we discovered it they gave us a room with out lice but unfortunatley it was too late

Room has bare minimum stuff. No microwave even though photo shows that. No shampoo in bathroom. Staff is helpful.

Excellent in all categories. Welcomed warmly by friendly young staff woman. I highly recommend this property.

Motel 6 Santa Fe, NM - Downtown

I booked a room with a queen-size bed, but they gave me a full-size bed. The front desk shows a lack of professionalism, is unfriendly, and is biased.

We stayed in the downtown Motel 6, it was conveniently close to all the downtown sites, and the rooms had been updated and were clean. However, it was really barebones and a no frills room. Not even a coffee maker in the room, and the walls were very thin, we could hear the people next door talking and laughing loudly.

This is a Jewel in the Motel6 inventory that I usually stay in: very clean, nice checkin staff and easy walking to Plaza area.

Good location and satisfying service.

We stayed for a night and it was okay. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad. Your usual Motel 6.

The hotel is in a very good location convenient for the train yard area and an easy walk to the old town. The staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel was quite clean and well maintained. It is reasonable value for the price.

The Mystic is a a hidden gem! The rooms have a modern, southwest vibe. Everything is as it should be- plenty of hot water, comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet for a hotel off the main drag. The only thing I would have added was an extra chair in the room but I understand the space constraints. The breakfast was excellent and when I asked for salsa for my eggs, the kitchen folks gave me green chilies...

The Mystic is a charming little hotel in the middle of Santa Fe. It mixes hold school Motel Style lodging with clean and modern southwest decor, a friendly and accommodating staff, a lovely bar/restaurant and central location. I have stayed there a few times now and the price is great, check in/check out are a breeze, and the property is well maintained, safe, and clean. They allowed us an extra hour...

One of my favorite motel stays of all time! I adore this place and will definitely be coming back with friends in the future. I traveled solo and always felt very safe. The entire staff was incredible to interact with and everyone was so friendly. I stayed in the vintage room which was loving curated with so many beautiful touches. The bar/restaurant served amazing food and cocktails and the atmosphere...

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a really well done renovated motel near downtown santa fe. About a 40 minute drive up the mountain if you're there to snowboard. Breakfast was included and it was very good! Service was great and the people were so friendly and helpful with everything. Very affordable too couldn't beat the price

Great place to stay. Easy access to tourist sites and shopping. Very secure parking. Great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent hosts, We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned up the room in between! Don't see that much anymore. Definitely would go back!

The cutest place ever!! Great free breakfast. Atmosphere out side and in breakfast area just adorable. Free breakfast...friut, bagels, wheat toast, Danish, tea, reg. Coffee and decaf. Oatmeal too. Fresh. Rooms nice and clean.

Room was nice and clean! Front desk guy (Saul) was very nice and friendly. Just disappointed that there hot tub was not working after a long day on the road

Room was spacious and clean, and beds were comfortable. Service was kind and helpful.

Efficient check in, large comfortable room. Did have a loud neighbor but night manager made a courtesy call and resolved it. Loved the omelette and hot cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

The cleaning staff went out of their way to find my lost hearing aids. I accidentally threw them in my trash and they went out to the exterior dumpster, miraculously found the trash bag from our room and retrieved my $4000 hearing aids. I am blown away by their care and extra lengths they went to help out a stranger. I cannot thank them enough or speak any higher of their humanity.

The front desk receptionist that was working 12/11 @ 11pm was not friendly AT ALL. Wouldnt even speak loud enough to be heard, and had to ask him tonrepeat himself several times. He very clearly hates his job, which is terrible because this was a really bad first impression of this hotel chain. Breakfast was good. The little omelets were good with the green chilis.
