While the first experience was great, last night the hat in the bedroom portion didn't work correctly. The shower in that room floods the floor even with the door closed. When I told the staff about the heating issue, they seemed not to care.

Rooms are great, but the furniture is starting to show aging. Staff is usually excellent, but the front desk staff were not very friendly on departure.

Hotel extremely clean. Warm and welcoming. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Decorated for Christmas made it special. The art throughout hotel was an added plus.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the cookies and fruit the hotel left in room first night. There was some mildew in the shower and the water took forever to get hot.

The room was immaculate - one light did flicker, but was not a problem at all once I turned it off. The staff was absolutely incredible, and the facilities were top-notch. As well, the pool and hot tub area was high quality - looking forward to finding a reason to come back!

Exceptional Customer Service. The room was spacious, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Dining options with room service, restaurant on site and next door restaurant in walking distance. It’s a luxury hotel downtown, great location to walk to the St. Francis Cathedral and shopping. They allowed pets which is a rare find when you want to experience the local charm of a city like Santa Fe.

This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, great location, walking distance to everything in the city center. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice but it was a long way to walk there in the cold with wet swim suites back to the room. We somehow didn’t have any robes or slippers in our room which would have helped. The bar, restaurant, and in room dining hours shut down at 9 pm which was not ideal....

The room was not in very good condition. The chairs have rips in them, there were no robes or slippers and there were dirty towels on the table and chairs on the patio. Much worse than our room a week ago.

We had a very long wait at valet and could not get the room clean despite making 2 requests during the day. Management finally made it right and overall the hotel was nice, clean, and accommodating. Restaurant was good. Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great. We were told the pool was heated. No one who we saw getting in enjoy the experience, including us. But it was cold. Jacuzzi was great nice and hot with the jets very forceful.

We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning.

This was a lovely spot to stay the night for our family. The only complaint I would have would be the layout of the hotel; it was very confusing trying to get oriented to where the rooms were in relation to the other parts of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and pretty spacious for our family of six.

The room fridge looked like the same one my wife got for free off the side of road years ago, bedroom door didn't close, toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle after flushing, balcony door doesn't lock, and the one working hot tub has trash floating in it.

Older property Dacor is good though rooms are small Very suitable for business travel, not so much for leisure. Not much competition to choose from!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, heated outdoor pool and spacious hot tub, nice restaurant options on site, perfect location for parking your car and not using for days!

Location is great and the overall style and amenities of the hotel are great too. The lobby bar and lounge was good with great atmosphere. The hotel pool and spa were also excellent.

Lounge staffing needs improved. Only one bartender, server, and busser for a room of 75 customers. Explanation will be staff call offs, but we have stayed there a couple times for a few days and it has been the same all the time. The room was very dated and we had a large suite. The staff was very nice. My favorite thing was the gym and spa. Great location near the square.

Staff was great! Food was okay not outstanding as you would expect from an upscale hotel. Rooms were decent but again, for the price paid not fantastic. Pillows were so plumped it gave you a neck ache throughput the night.

The staff was above and beyond. Best part of the hotel. The room was disappointing as there was nowhere to sit comfortably. No chairs, table or desk. Room refrigerator gurgled 24 hours a day. The pool was not heated. There is no parking so you have to valet your car every time you come and go. I don't mind tipping the valet but It kinda got old coming and going for 3 days. So I have stayed here a few times. Great location for me. Reasonable rates, basic hotel. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Bathroom is in decent shape but bathroom fixtures (tub/shower) are in big need of renewal and replacement. They function poorly and not efficiently. A minor blip on a good stay.

The staff are very helpful. The property needing some upgrades to be inline with standards of any other doubletree. Old TVs, just one elevator for a four storied hotel. Plenty of parking but at nights finding a spot will be difficult. Unlimited cookies 😁. Very close to shopping mall and even a samsclub

We had a lot of heavy bags and were promise a 1st floor room. When we arrived to check in, we were told that there were no rooms available on the first floor and that we had to take a 2nd floor room. While we were at the desk another person came to register and was given a room on the first floor. My go to for a few nights in Santa Fe

Our stay at the Sage in was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with both check-in, check out, and any additional questions we had. The restaurant and bar located on site is amazing. And there's a great salad place about a 5-minute walk from the hotel (Vinaigrette). We were able to walk 10 minutes to the farmers market as well on saturday! The location is great and close to anything...

The guest service is superb. From check-in to check-out, we were treated extremely well. There was a courtesy vehicle, complimentary, available that took us to a nearby restaurant. The on-site restaurant was excellent and has a must-do tequila tasting for those interested.

No need for a hotel of this type to ask guest to do their own check-in online before their actual arrival. Have a well-trained receptionist to of that job. And sending text messages asking if and what time I want a housekeeper to do a turndown service is necessary and a disruption.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. Our room was spacious with a fireplace. The bar and restaurant were excellent. It is downtown so you can walk to all the attractions in Sante Fe. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel. Convenient for everything in Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a bonus of a fireplace. Bathroom was nice and had all the amenities you need. Staff was kind and helpful. I can not recommend this hotel more!

Good location. Checked in, headed to room and saw pool was out of service. This wasn’t disclosed at check in. Was told it would be fixed next day—- it wasn’t opened at all during 4 day stay. I know some of that is beyond control, but communication should be handled.

The pool was closed by health dept. Decree. 1 elevator out of service, another took 7 minutes to release passengers. A/c malfunctioned in our friends' room although ours worked ok albeit noisy. Security did not appear on shift until 10 pm and suspect unhoused characters loitering outside on patio and came inside for water and interact strangely with quests. Our room was covered with ants. My husband’s Cpap was covered with ants, as was a cup of water left by the bed. The bathroom ( rated as handicap accessible) had a tub and no counter space. Towels were stored in a closet in the hall. The pool was out of service. Drinks at the restaurant ($17 each) tasted like soap and had littlebor no liquor. We were happy to leave.

Hotel was very unstaffed in most depts and service areas. The staff , to their credit, tried their best but are clearly overwhelmed. Poor management by Hilton. What a shame.

Beds uncomfortable, too many talking guests at all hours of the night, mext door, talking loud, slamming doors, talking i. The hallways after 10pm, air conditioner was loud and never cooled down, heater was too high when we go to the room. 86 degrees? Thats too hot. Front desk was great tho.

We stay at Cities Of Gold often - it’s a convenient/affordable place close to my job when I have to schedule offsite. It’s been a Blessing for us because of the price!!

I stayed on a road trip through the South- West and really enjoyed it. The furnishings and decor are pretty. It's clean and an affordable option.

So nice having a restaurant in the building, that is also open late, and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. Very comfortable rooms, spacious. It's just weird to drive into the Discount Tire driveway to get to the hotel, but after the first time, we found it readily. Convenient to restaurants and Meow Wolf.

Stayed two nights over the span of four days, in two different rooms. The first was MUCH cleaner with fresh sheets/towels, touchable surfaces, and a clean bathroom. The second room had people and pet hair on the sheets and towels, and the fridge didn't work very well. The property was covered in trash but mostly quiet and all the lights were working.

The rooms are very old and normal, and the decor in the room is not that good or special, view from patio is also very normal. Service is good. The common area is pretty good tho, and the vibe is nice. It’s actually a motel with Mexican decors, just okay to experience but not good to live there for long. And they will charge extra for amenity stuff for about 50 bucks each room.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The furniture had lots of dings. With the window immediately facing the sidewalk and parking lot just a few feet away (as with most rooms), for any privacy, we had the shades closed and the room was pretty dark. We also don’t have hand soap by the sink upon arrival, though there were shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.

Great price, VERY easy check-in / check-out. It's obvious that they are upgrading the property - new bathroom fixtures, furniture, microwave, paint, hvac, etc. The stay went well except for a incident involving a small fire that showed the fire alarm worked, but wasn't very effective. The event was over quickly and no one was hurt.

The room and shower were clean. The bed was not uncomfortable but also not great. Our single bed room did not have a chair, fridge or microwave. Also despite having so many rooms and not many cars in the parking lot, we had neighbors and you could hear through the walls.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Even though the hotel is older, it was very clean and well laid out. Thoroughly enjoyed my night there. Will stay here again.

Nice place cool vibe. Room got hot had to open the window and after that you can hear everything going on in the streets fights, homeless yelling. Valet only so you have to notifiy the hotel everytime you need to get your car but it was pretty fast.

Everything about the Hotel St. Francis was incredible. From our room, to the hotel itself to most importantly the hotel staff, Brandon, Gabriel and Flor were outstanding. We will definitely be staying at the Hotel St. Francis when we visit Santa Fe again.

Fantastic location and aesthetics. Love the valet parking and having the Secreto Bar and the Gruet Tasting Room on site was a major plus. The deluxe king rooms all face busy street though and the windows are very thin (historic, I’m sure). That made for a hard time sleeping and relaxing. We asked to be relocated to an interior room and that turned out much better but the room was much smaller.

Rooms are very cute and clean. The breakfast was very good as well, and walking distance to the plaza was nice. Can't give a 5 star because the walls are very thin so we could hear every noise from outside. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.
