La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa by Marriott, Santa Fe1 / 30
8.3
Santa Fe, 330 E Palace Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The Staab bar has a great selection of wines and cocktails. Food is great. The bartender service is excelent!
Really helpful staff, rooms are really outdated and overpriced, not up to par with the marriot tribute chain
The room was very dated and we had a large suite. The staff was very nice. My favorite thing was the gym and spa. Great location near the square.
Staff was great! Food was okay not outstanding as you would expect from an upscale hotel. Rooms were decent but again, for the price paid not fantastic. Pillows were so plumped it gave you a neck ache throughput the night.
The staff was above and beyond. Best part of the hotel. The room was disappointing as there was nowhere to sit comfortably. No chairs, table or desk. Room refrigerator gurgled 24 hours a day. The pool was not heated. There is no parking so you have to valet your car every time you come and go. I don't mind tipping the valet but It kinda got old coming and going for 3 days. Again the staff was great
The staff was super friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the fireplace in the cold evenings!

Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, Santa Fe1 / 25

Santa Fe, 113 Washington Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The guest service is superb. From check-in to check-out, we were treated extremely well. There was a courtesy vehicle, complimentary, available that took us to a nearby restaurant. The on-site restaurant was excellent and has a must-do tequila tasting for those interested.
No need for a hotel of this type to ask guest to do their own check-in online before their actual arrival. Have a well-trained receptionist to of that job. And sending text messages asking if and what time I want a housekeeper to do a turndown service is necessary and a disruption.
Amazing hotel all the way around, exceptional service, common spaces and amenities beautiful! Room great a little dark but beautiful!
Hotel is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Lots of cozy spots to sit & read a book by the fire. Great amenities, like hot chocolate & cookies in the afternoon. Received a lovely bottle of champagne for our birthdays. Staff, for the most part, was excellent. Very service oriented. Getting change for gratuities was a challenge. Front desk claimed not to have change, same with valet. Hard...
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. Our room was spacious with a fireplace. The bar and restaurant were excellent. It is downtown so you can walk to all the attractions in Sante Fe. Highly recommend.
This is a wonderful hotel. Convenient for everything in Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a bonus of a fireplace. Bathroom was nice and had all the amenities you need. Staff was kind and helpful. I can not recommend this hotel more!

The Inn of The Five Graces, Santa Fe1 / 30High rating

Santa Fe, 150 East De Vargas St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Staying here was an experience. This is more than a hotel, it is a sanctuary of peace and calmness. The staff are exceptional and make you feel part of the family. The rooms are truly one of a kind, each unique and full of splendor.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is warm and the location is perfect to explore the city! Excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms. Would love to return!
Stayed here last year, facility is spectacular on all levels. Hospitality was kind of non existent. No one make any effort to engage, deliver a great experience or anything - quite disappointing
One of the most romantic hotels in Santa Fe hands down, this gem of a place goes the extra mile and you will not forget your stay here because the staff literally make it their mission to ensure your stay is magical. My experience was fantastic, I loved the rooms, the entire hotel is gorgeous and the staff among the very best in Santa Fe. I recommended this to a friend and she had exactly the same...
This place was… I have no words other than… MAGICAL !!!! From the BEAUTIFUL unique rooms to the amazing service & breakfast. My husband and I will never forget our stay here. We stayed two days for our 1 year anniversary just passing through Santa Fe and it was so so so special. All the staff is magnificent. Truly felt like they were our friends and don’t get me started on the complimentary breakfast...
I do not like cookie cutter, nor ultra modern, so this beautiful, uniquely decorated Inn met and exceeded my expectations in that regard. The service was excellent - every Inn and Hotel should follow The Inn of Five Graces example! Everyone we interacted with left me saying "these are the nicest people Ive ever met". Our accomodation was a one bedroom adobe cottage, with full kitchen, and...

All of the staff were outstanding! Especially Tony. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the spa wing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We enjoyed the lounge for continental breakfast and happy hour. The hotel shuttle is a great amenity and the drivers were super friendly. Great spa as well. Best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. We will definitely...
While the first experience was great, last night the hat in the bedroom portion didn't work correctly. The shower in that room floods the floor even with the door closed. When I told the staff about the heating issue, they seemed not to care.
Rooms are great, but the furniture is starting to show aging. Staff is usually excellent, but the front desk staff were not very friendly on departure.
Hotel extremely clean. Warm and welcoming. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Decorated for Christmas made it special. The art throughout hotel was an added plus.
Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the cookies and fruit the hotel left in room first night. There was some mildew in the shower and the water took forever to get hot.
Best hotel ever! Gorgeous property. First-class from check in, to happy hour, to dinner, to rooms, to linens, to personnel and staff! Awesome experience all the way around! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder, Santa Fe1 / 29Good price
8.0
Santa Fe, 20 Buffalo Thunder Trl (20 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Friendly staff from check in to security. Every thing was clean lobby to our room.
Bathroom was dirty white water stains on the shower door. Wasn't impressed for a Hilton location.
Our only issue was that we could hear everything from the outside. And the room next to us had their tv on all night on full blast.
Friendly and responsive housekeeping and Turquoise Trail Bar & Grill staff, appreciated access to indoor pool/hot tub/fitness center. Front Desk staff was not terribly welcoming and disappointed our safety deposit box was broken.
calming and peaceful atmosphere; the room was comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming; the checkin was flawless, as was checkout; coffee service at Starbucks was impeccable; a very pleasant stay
Great stay! Easy to find, plenty of parking. Helpful and polite staff. Very accommodating for dogs. Clean and well stocked room.

Eldorado Hotel & Spa, Santa Fe1 / 30
8.5
Santa Fe, 309 W San Francisco Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was immaculate - one light did flicker, but was not a problem at all once I turned it off. The staff was absolutely incredible, and the facilities were top-notch. As well, the pool and hot tub area was high quality - looking forward to finding a reason to come back!
Always an amazing time at the Eldorado! They were so accommodating to my dog as well. Room was spotless as usual and customer service is always great including the valet team !
Exceptional Customer Service. The room was spacious, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Dining options with room service, restaurant on site and next door restaurant in walking distance. It’s a luxury hotel downtown, great location to walk to the St. Francis Cathedral and shopping. They allowed pets which is a rare find when you want to experience the local charm of a city like Santa Fe.
This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, great location, walking distance to everything in the city center. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice but it was a long way to walk there in the cold with wet swim suites back to the room. We somehow didn’t have any robes or slippers in our room which would have helped. The bar, restaurant, and in room dining hours shut down at 9 pm which was not ideal....
The room was not in very good condition. The chairs have rips in them, there were no robes or slippers and there were dirty towels on the table and chairs on the patio. Much worse than our room a week ago.
We had a very long wait at valet and could not get the room clean despite making 2 requests during the day. Management finally made it right and overall the hotel was nice, clean, and accommodating. Restaurant was good. Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

La Fonda on the Plaza, Santa Fe1 / 30

Santa Fe, 100 E San Francisco St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Bar food selection good and the Cesar salad great. Room a bit small for my husband who is a big man. Consierge excellent.
We will definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff and even though the hotel is historical it is well appointed with modern amenities. The location is right next to the plaza and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and museums.
There were some small dirt marks on the bed and the bed was a little hard. The shower was awkward with no closing door. Other than that the staff was amazing and the surrounding area was great for shopping.
We had a great stay in this awesome hotel. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. This hotel has so much New Mexican charm and is in the middle of the plaza which offers so much history as well!
Hotel was fabulous, everyone extremely friendly and helpful. Incredible meals and shops right onsite. Valet Parking and security both excellent also.
Beautiful property- centrally located to everything. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Was upgraded, for birthday trip and given private terrace suite. Was spectacular! Highly recommend staying here!

Hotel Santa Fe is a great place to stay.
Was on the main floor at the end of the hall. Live played late and could be heard. Not loud be distracting while trying to sleep. Went to bar around 4 pm to order food. Staff was not very helpful or customer friendly. Short and did not like me asking questions about the menu. Was not busy at the time. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs for disabled person. Room was clean...
We stayed here for three nights over the new years. The hotel property is old and many fixtures show signs of wear. That said our stay was comfortable. We never wanted for anything or found anything non-functional. The location is also convenient, however the property itself is not stand alone, but they have a free shuttle to and from the plaza. Food is good. Service was little scatter-shot but could...
A beautiful traditional hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but the decor and ambiance is nice. Location is not directly in the mix but a short drive or walk to shops and dining.  Overall I like the hotel but will probably stay somewhere closer to town next time.

Didn't find staff all that friendly, ordered hot choc, presentation awful cream all dripping down the sides. Pool was covered in bugs & leaves. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No complementary drinks of any kind in room, no water, used environmental excuse and that they had a water dispenser machine at reception....gives out cloudy warm water. Could have reusable glass bottles in rooms, ...

Inn and Spa at Loretto, Santa Fe1 / 30

Santa Fe, 211 Old Santa Fe Trail (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Clean rooms, friendly staff, heated outdoor pool and spacious hot tub, nice restaurant options on site, perfect location for parking your car and not using for days!
We had a couple of rooms and both were very good. One was looking at the Loretto Chapel
Excellent stay at Inn and Spa at Loretto. Perfect location, excellent room, great bar and service, good shops. Would definitely stay here again.
Location is great and the overall style and amenities of the hotel are great too. The lobby bar and lounge was good with great atmosphere. The hotel pool and spa were also excellent.
Lounge staffing needs improved. Only one bartender, server, and busser for a room of 75 customers. Explanation will be staff call offs, but we have stayed there a couple times for a few days and it has been the same all the time. Also, food orders whether in lounge or restaurant, or dinner, happy hour, or breakfast are slow. We find ourselves going elsewhere for food and drinks. This should not be...
The rooms are clean and great. Bathroom has a nice setup as the tub/shower and toilet are separate from the mirror and sink and closet. Very nice arrangement. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bed, very comfortable.

Hotel St Francis, Santa Fe1 / 26

Santa Fe, 210 Don Gaspar Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff was so lovely. The hotel is gorgeous. Everything was better than 5 star!!
Nice place cool vibe. Room got hot had to open the window and after that you can hear everything going on in the streets fights, homeless yelling. Valet only so you have to notifiy the hotel everytime you need to get your car but it was pretty fast.
Everything about the Hotel St. Francis was incredible. From our room, to the hotel itself to most importantly the hotel staff, Brandon, Gabriel and Flor were outstanding. We will definitely be staying at the Hotel St. Francis when we visit Santa Fe again.
Very nice facility in a great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic location and aesthetics. Love the valet parking and having the Secreto Bar and the Gruet Tasting Room on site was a major plus. The deluxe king rooms all face busy street though and the windows are very thin (historic, I’m sure). That made for a hard time sleeping and relaxing. We asked to be relocated to an interior room and that turned out much better but the room was much smaller.
Beautiful Santa Fe hotel in a convenient location. Small room, very smoky due to bar's smoked cocktails making it really unpleasant in the lobby.

From the app they send you prior to arrival to help you navigate, to the location (close to everything, yet private location), to communication and the delicious breakfasts--we were happy to have stayed here. The other gusts were delightful and our room was very clean and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The vibe is chill and friendly- you easily feel at ease. Would we stay again?- yes! Would...
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Inn of the Turquoise Bear. We received a lovely pre-arrival package with a guide to Santa Fe a few weeks before our visit. Our arrival and check-in were easy and the staff were very welcoming. Our room was cozy and we loved all the snacks provided in the lobby area of the main house. The Inn is a short walk to town and the grounds of the Inn are beautifully...
We loved the inn. The atmosphere the history and the attention to detail. And the breakfast is amazing!
The Inn of the Turquoise Bear was loaded with charm, and was the center of our recent visit to Santa Fe. Each room/suite was unique, and breakfast each day allowed us to meet our fellow travelers like days of old. The inn and grounds are located in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the famous square in town. Each room is named for a famous acquaintance of the original owner, a poet who sought...
What a magical little place. The Inn will always be special to us because we got married there! Alex, Aline, Edith, everyone we met made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The room was cozy, the gardens were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. Incredibly clean and they had everything we needed and provided lots of great recommendations. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much for...
