The room was very dated and we had a large suite. The staff was very nice. My favorite thing was the gym and spa. Great location near the square.

Staff was great! Food was okay not outstanding as you would expect from an upscale hotel. Rooms were decent but again, for the price paid not fantastic. Pillows were so plumped it gave you a neck ache throughput the night.

The staff was above and beyond. Best part of the hotel. The room was disappointing as there was nowhere to sit comfortably. No chairs, table or desk. Room refrigerator gurgled 24 hours a day. The pool was not heated. There is no parking so you have to valet your car every time you come and go. I don't mind tipping the valet but It kinda got old coming and going for 3 days. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the fireplace in the cold evenings!

The guest service is superb. From check-in to check-out, we were treated extremely well. There was a courtesy vehicle, complimentary, available that took us to a nearby restaurant. The on-site restaurant was excellent and has a must-do tequila tasting for those interested.

No need for a hotel of this type to ask guest to do their own check-in online before their actual arrival. Have a well-trained receptionist to of that job. And sending text messages asking if and what time I want a housekeeper to do a turndown service is necessary and a disruption.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. Our room was spacious with a fireplace. The bar and restaurant were excellent. It is downtown so you can walk to all the attractions in Sante Fe. Highly recommend.

While the first experience was great, last night the hat in the bedroom portion didn't work correctly. The shower in that room floods the floor even with the door closed. When I told the staff about the heating issue, they seemed not to care.

Exceptional Customer Service. The room was spacious, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Dining options with room service, restaurant on site and next door restaurant in walking distance. It’s a luxury hotel downtown, great location to walk to the St. Francis Cathedral and shopping. They allowed pets which is a rare find when you want to experience the local charm of a city like Santa Fe.

This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, great location, walking distance to everything in the city center. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice but it was a long way to walk there in the cold with wet swim suites back to the room. We somehow didn’t have any robes or slippers in our room which would have helped. The bar, restaurant, and in room dining hours shut down at 9 pm which was not ideal....

The room was not in very good condition. The chairs have rips in them, there were no robes or slippers and there were dirty towels on the table and chairs on the patio. Much worse than our room a week ago.

We had a very long wait at valet and could not get the room clean despite making 2 requests during the day. Management finally made it right and overall the hotel was nice, clean, and accommodating. Restaurant was good. Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

Lounge staffing needs improved. Only one bartender, server, and busser for a room of 75 customers. So I have stayed here a few times. Great location for me. Reasonable rates, basic hotel. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Bathroom is in decent shape but bathroom fixtures (tub/shower) are in big need of renewal and replacement. They function poorly and not efficiently. A minor blip on a good stay.

The staff are very helpful. The property needing some upgrades to be inline with standards of any other doubletree. Old TVs, just one elevator for a four storied hotel. Good location. Checked in, headed to room and saw pool was out of service. This wasn’t disclosed at check in. Was told it would be fixed next day—- it wasn’t opened at all during 4 day stay. I know some of that is beyond control, but communication should be handled.

The pool was closed by health dept. Decree. 1 elevator out of service, another took 7 minutes to release passengers. A/c malfunctioned in our friends' room although ours worked ok albeit noisy. Security did not appear on shift until 10 pm and suspect unhoused characters loitering outside on patio and came inside for water and interact strangely with quests. Our room was covered with ants. My husband’s Cpap was covered with ants, as was a cup of water left by the bed. The bathroom ( rated as handicap accessible) had a tub and no counter space. Towels were stored in a closet in the hall. The pool was out of service. Drinks at the restaurant ($17 each) tasted like soap and had littlebor no liquor. We were happy to leave.

Hotel was very unstaffed in most depts and service areas. The staff , to their credit, tried their best but are clearly overwhelmed. Poor management by Hilton. What a shame.

Nice place cool vibe. Room got hot had to open the window and after that you can hear everything going on in the streets fights, homeless yelling. Valet only so you have to notifiy the hotel everytime you need to get your car but it was pretty fast.

Fantastic location and aesthetics. Love the valet parking and having the Secreto Bar and the Gruet Tasting Room on site was a major plus. The deluxe king rooms all face busy street though and the windows are very thin (historic, I’m sure). That made for a hard time sleeping and relaxing. We asked to be relocated to an interior room and that turned out much better but the room was much smaller.

The property was authentic and quaint. The first room we were in was spacious and the bathroom was fabulous. Carpets were stained and air conditioning didnt work. Since they could not repair it, we were moved to another room. Again, the room was very unique. Had an adobe fireplace, so cute. The bathroom was tiny but workable. Great location- close walk to the plaza and to the Rail yard. Good parking, quiet and there is a lounge to hang out in. Our room had a court yard and an anteroom. The bathroom probably could be updated. Our friends’s rooms bathrooms were more updated so ask for a more modern bathroom.

Finding a staff member was difficult because they were very scarce at key times during the day. When you did see them, they were less than helpful. Room was not cleaned but a tip envelope was left out. Limited access to potable water.

I was charged a resort fee of $30.00 upon booking and an additional $30.00 property fee, which included breakfast when I checked in. I stayed one Monday night and the bar and restaurant was not open and I left in the morning before breakfast. I requested a $30.00 refund and got no response. I do not like properties that are not transparent.
