The room was excellent (loved the fireplace), the bed was very comfortable, the bath clean and the shower large and with great water pressure. The breakfast was really good: Yogurt, cereal, pastries, fruit, etc

All of the staff were outstanding! Especially Tony. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We enjoyed the lounge for continental breakfast and happy hour

Great stay at Hacienda ( the suite side). Great continental Breakfast every morning. Jose is so so friendly and knowledgeable! Plus beer wine and cheese etc in the evening-all included

The hotel shuttle is a great amenity and the drivers were super friendly. Best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. We will definitely stay here again!

Most welcome we have ever felt at a hotel! Great staff including our butler, Tony! Beautiful place with excellent room including a gas fireplace. Convenient location across the street from the Railyard

First-class from check in, to happy hour, to dinner, to rooms, to linens, to personnel and staff! Awesome experience all the way around! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

During our stay we could only find one close to the pool that was reserved with a towel. They have plenty of room on the deck to add more chairs

Friendly staff from check in to security. Every thing was clean lobby to our room.

We didn't eat breakfast or use the pool. Our stay was a good one.

calming and peaceful atmosphere; the room was comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming; the checkin was flawless, as was checkout; coffee service at Starbucks was impeccable; a very pleasant stay

Nice hotel, the room is large and clean. We had a comfortable stay. The breakfast is not buffet, but 40$ credit in a restaurant, enough for two people, not too bad.

Great stay! Easy to find, plenty of parking. Helpful and polite staff. Very accommodating for dogs. Clean and well stocked room.

Eldorado Hotel & Spa

The room was not in very good condition. The chairs have rips in them, there were no robes or slippers and there were dirty towels on the table and chairs on the patio. Much worse than our room a week ago.

As well, the pool and hot tub area was high quality - looking forward to finding a reason to come back!

It’s a luxury hotel downtown, great location to walk to the St. Francis Cathedral and shopping. They allowed pets which is a rare find when you want to experience the local charm of a city like Santa Fe

Always an amazing time at the Eldorado! They were so accommodating to my dog as well. Room was spotless as usual and customer service is always great including the valet team !

The room was immaculate - one light did flicker, but was not a problem at all once I turned it off. The staff was absolutely incredible, and the facilities were top-notch

The room was spacious, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Dining options with room service, restaurant on site and next door restaurant in walking distance

The hotel’s main advantage was its location. While the front desk and valet staff were excellent, housekeeping and restaurant/bar service left much to be desired

The Staab bar has a great selection of wines and cocktails. Food is great. The bartender service is excelent!

The restaurant isn’t worth dining at—there are far better and more affordable options in town with superior service. Staff, including their “manager,” seemed overwhelmed, and room cleaning was below standard

Really helpful staff, rooms are really outdated and overpriced, not up to par with the marriot tribute chain

Toiletries were practically nonexistent, and I had to call each night just to get tea, as the rooms only provided coffee

The room was very dated and we had a large suite. The staff was very nice. My favorite thing was the gym and spa. Great location near the square.

La Fonda on the Plaza

We had a great stay in this awesome hotel. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. This hotel has so much New Mexican charm and is in the middle of the plaza which offers so much history as well!

Overall very good, but we could've used some more towels, the desk chair was very uncomfortable, not much space for suitcases

Beautiful property- centrally located to everything. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Was upgraded,for birthday trip and given private terrace suite. Was spectacular! Highly recommend staying here!

Hotel was fabulous, everyone extremely friendly and helpful. Incredible meals and shops right onsite. Valet Parking and security both excellent also.

Exceptional location . Beautiful holiday decor in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Great Nespresso coffee in the room.

Just love this place. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, very nice hot tub., Great French Fries in the bar. Fireplace is cozy.

The room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. The shuttle service was a great perk! Happy Hour was a great value as well! I will stay here again.

Hotel Santa Fe is a great place to stay.

Was on the main floor at the end of the hall. Live played late and could be heard. Not loud be distracting while trying to sleep. Went to bar around 4 pm to order food. Staff was not very helpful or customer friendly

The location is also convenient, however the property itself is not stand alone, but they have a free shuttle to and from the plaza. Service was little scatter-shot but could have been because of the new years holidays

I had a superb salt-scrub and massage from Rebecca. Even though check-in wasn't until 4 o'clock, I had access to the pool and spa all day. The restaurant is very nice and has excellent food

Short and did not like me asking questions about the menu. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs for disabled person

Clean rooms, friendly staff, heated outdoor pool and spacious hot tub, nice restaurant options on site, perfect location for parking your car and not using for days!

Location is great and the overall style and amenities of the hotel are great too. The lobby bar and lounge was good with great atmosphere. The hotel pool and spa were also excellent.

The rooms are clean and great. Bathroom has a nice setup as the tub/shower and toilet are separate from the mirror and sink and closet. Very nice arrangement. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bed, very comfortable.

Excellent stay at Inn and Spa at Loretto. Perfect location, excellent room, great bar and service, good shops. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a couple of rooms and both were very good. One was looking at the Loretto Chapel

A shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life

From check-in to check-out, we were treated extremely well. There was a courtesy vehicle, complimentary, available that took us to a nearby restaurant

The on-site restaurant was excellent and has a must-do tequila tasting for those interested

Received a lovely bottle of champagne for our birthdays. Staff, for the most part, was excellent. Getting change for gratuities was a challenge. Front desk claimed not to have change, same with valet

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. Our room was spacious with a fireplace. The bar and restaurant were excellent. It is downtown so you can walk to all the attractions in Sante Fe. Highly recommend.

Convenient for everything in Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a bonus of a fireplace. Bathroom was nice and had all the amenities you need. I can not recommend this hotel more!

Hotel is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Lots of cozy spots to sit & read a book by the fire. Great amenities, like hot chocolate & cookies in the afternoon

Policy states pet fee is $20 but they don’t tell you it’s $20 PER dog and that you CAN’T leave the premises if you have a pet in your room. We had plans to go downtown that evening but unfortunately weren’t able to go

TV remote was a bit wonky (had to point at mirror or corner of room to make it work). Parking lot lighting was OK, wish it had been a bit brighter. DID NOT LIKE the pet policy enforced AFTER you get there to check in

Breakfast was incredible! Loved the choices: eggs, sausage, salsas, pancakes, toast, 100% juices (not watered down), yogurt, etc. Breakfast room felt like a B&B: cozy, warm, fireplace going, clean

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Bed frame must have been too small for mattress because when you sat on end of bed, the mattress wanted to flip up at the top

Feel they should state their whole pet policy on website so there are no surprises when you get there

Nice environment, clean and tidy, good service attitude of the staff. Breakfast is available with a wide variety of options. Traveling with friends, we booked three rooms and everyone was very satisfied.

This is a very quaint and comfortable motel. Simple with Santa Fe charm. The staff is extremely Friendly.

The rooms are very old and normal, and the decor in the room is not that good or special, view from patio is also very normal. The common area is pretty good tho, and the vibe is nice

It’s actually a motel with Mexican decors, just okay to experience but not good to live there for long. And they will charge extra for amenity stuff for about 50 bucks each room

We also don’t have hand soap by the sink upon arrival, though there were shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The furniture had lots of dings

From the welcome when I arrived, the upgrade, beautiful room, the delicious food truck and the incredible room service! Everything was top notch! Oh yes, and the hotel is perfectly located.

Great location and spacious rooms. Staff is very nice. The pool and hot tub is a nice bonus!

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Attentive staff. Great location and excellent value.

Clean rooms, comfortable but firm beds. Really good hot breakfast. Pool not accessible since October

Bedding had residual cigarette smoke scent. Travelled all day and was looking forward to hot tub soak only to find out the hot tub and pool were closed per health department for the season

They do do not service rooms daily until check out so you need to ask for towels restart toilet paper.

When needing help with my older mother traveling with me, they put us in a room near the front. There was a rail near the tub to help her. One of the best rooms my mom said she's ever stayed in

When I complained, miraculously a top floor room away from the traffic was available. The bedspread was stained, little space in bathroom for stuff, bathroom fan not separate from the light so it creates a cold draft

Breakfast area was small, crowded and disappointing. The eggs and coffee were out, not to be replenished as far as I could see. Packaged oatmeal, cold cereal and waffles were the only decent choices without meat

and they still spent the time helping us find all the discounts we qualified for at midnight! Thank you so much Holiday Inn for a clean, comfortable beacon in the night!

There is a reason that this formerly nice hotel is 2 stars. The elevator is dinghy, for ex. Long wait at the counter for service despite no one in line. Staff was not particularly friendly

The pool area has towels, chairs and tables

huge rooms, location is all right, breakfast is included and quite good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was reasonably quiet considering the building is on a main blvd.

My experience with staff and room was great . The only bad thing was i had very loud neighbors in the room next to mine . Excessive noise all night long and couldn't sleep before of it .

There were a couple hairs in the shower and one on a towel. Beds were actually pretty comfortable. The satellite tv signal kept dropping, but I think that was because of the bad weather

And my bed had a cigarette burn hole and what looked like a boot footprint up by the headboard. Towels should be cleaned with more bleach. Other than these relatively small complaints, our stay was comfortable

Our room was exceptionally clean, and the two women working at the desk Dolores and Melissa were so friendly beyond expectations. made us feel like family. It made it a very pleasant stay for us.

Staff was great. It didn’t seem very safe with lots of people about all hours of the night.

We arrived a couple of hours early than expected and were allowed to check in after a brief wait. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, inviting and quiet

Room was nice and clean! Front desk guy (Saul) was very nice and friendly. Just disappointed that there hot tub was not working after a long day on the road

staff professional and friendly especially since google navigate was not very helpful to many persons who were checking in and were sent on a long about confusing route

I ignored the navigate since I have visited Santa Fe and could find the Holiday Inn. The Holiday is hidden behind a mattress store. The night auditor did a wonderful job of calming frustrated travelers

I accidentally threw them in my trash and they went out to the exterior dumpster, miraculously found the trash bag from our room and retrieved my $4000 hearing aids

I am blown away by their care and extra lengths they went to help out a stranger. I cannot thank them enough or speak any higher of their humanity
