The BAD:

Our room #111 was dirty. Walls...floors...ŵindows...doors were not 100% clean.

Stayed 3 nights...nobody checked room....no fresh towels...no new sheets...no refilled kurieg coffee etc...
Old furniture...bathroom was outdated...sink is cracked.

Room water ran BROWN...on 11/3 the water in bathroom ran dark brown for about 10 minutes mid day.

The Good:

Staff were nice.
Free parking in front of room.
Heater worked good.
Quiet.

Comfy bed, clean room, servicable bathroom. Allowed pets and had plenty of quiet areas for them to do there business. Heater didn't quite keep up with the 14 degree temps but they were happy to offer 2 portables that did the job.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Fridge & microwave appreciated. Only criticism was the carpet had age and was wrinkled. Could be a trip hazard for someone who gets up during the night.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I booked. The photos on the website are not accurate depictions of what you will get. Way too pricey for a dusty, neglected “suite”. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch without covering it with a sheet. No refresh of towels or Keurig supplies, and the ice machine needs a good cleaning. All around very dated, dirty, and not worth almost $300 a night. The only redeeming feature is that it’s well situated to walk downtown. Will not be back.

Great location! Don't count on taking a hot shower. When property staff was advised of the lack of hot water I was advised "wait awhile". I already waited an hour!
