Really cosy, short walk into the restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Compared to a recent hotel this place was spectacular. But this motel felt really clean. So thankful for a nice car stay.

Only issue we had was the air conditioner is at the.head of the bed and blows directly on you which is extremely uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the bed next to the air conditioner.

First the staff were very accommodating and friendly. All the front desk clerks were terrific. I had more interaction with Kyle whose on day shift and from day 1 he was super helpful in finding my way around not only the hotel but locally. Chose a hotel for close proximity to attractions and shopping. Easy check-in and easier check out. Nice shower. We had a room with a sleeper sofa, but there was no mattress, pillows, or bed sheets for the sleeper. Comfy bed, clean room, servicable bathroom. Allowed pets and had plenty of quiet areas for them to do there business. Heater didn't quite keep up with the 14 degree temps but they were happy to offer 2 portables that did the job.

Staff were super nice. Room could use upgrades and had a bad smell like old cigarette smoke.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Fridge & microwave appreciated. Only criticism was the carpet had age and was wrinkled. Could be a trip hazard for someone who gets up during the night.

The room was clean & comfortable however one handle on the bathroom faucet kept falling off, the microwave was not working properly & the extra door security lock was broken. The staff working at the desk was very pleasant & apologetic. However when you pay hard earned money you expect everything to be in working order.
