Extended Stay America Suites Raleigh RTP 4919 Miami Blvd in Durham

It is very disappointing/pathetic service you provide. I have booked the room from 09/22/2017 to 10/06/2017. The room service was scheduled for 09/29 but was not done and reminded before leaving to work on the same day. I informed woman in front desk who is in night shift the next day (Saturday) but still not done. I informed the guy (Larry) @ front desk and mentioned he will schedule it for today. The room has become dirty since I stayed there a week and why do you guys do not care at all? When I moved in the hotel room and there was left meat in the refrigerator and I informed this guy at front desk and he asked me to throw the meat by myself (why the heck I should do this? and I am vegetarian too) or asked me to go to housekeeping woman by myself (in 2nd or 1st floor). Why should I inform the housekeeping and why front desk guy had to say that ? Finally he agreed to inform (by himself) housekeeping to remove meat from fridge. But the experience with front desk is not at all friendly and they felt as if they were doing me a favor instead of responsibility.

Also, the comforters, bed sheets were dirty with black marks, holes (burned due to cigarettes), ironing board was broken.

There will not be any breakfast options after 8 AM. Elevators are filthy, dining area near breakfast bar is dirty. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I use to love to frequent this hotel about 3yrs ago...but today this a very different hotel..there's never any towels in the room and you always have to wait for some to wash and dry !!! There were roaches in one room I stayed in which they did compensate me for that. So that was good. There's always a crowd of people standing outside in parking lot late at night and also roaming the hallways. This hotel has went down drastically I think they need new management bad!!! Some of the employees there are very nice and helpful but it's the management fault for the conditions and the manager is very rude as well.. I think this hotel would be great if they remodeled the rooms some of the tubs have rust and toilets have cigarette burns...wouldn't give this hotel a 1 ⭐️

Worst dump I've ever visited. Basically a open air drug market and refuge for homeless people and dope fiends to sleep in the stairwell. Around 2 am one night a person got shoot in the hallway on our floor. Check it out on Durham police report for recent shootings there in Dec 22

The nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The evening front desk staff was not interested in checking us in. She did let us know the main elevator was broken. There is no furniture in the lobby as shown in the pictures. Only several men hanging around the front and lobby area. It looked as if they lived there.
As we were walking down the hallway to the working elevator, there was a heavy smell of marijuana on the first and third floors. As soon as we entered our room it was apparent that it was substandard. The bathroom was nasty. Dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain and trash behind the door. The carpet was dirty.
We were staying over the holidays so there were no other rooms available.
Don’t waist your money! This place seems like a forgotten piece of a large corporate enterprise.

The whole room was just not clean. Fridge smelled of mildew and old food. Bathroom was not even clean. I had to scrub the shower, toilet and floors myself. I was exhausted already upon check in and then when I had to do all the cleaning I was just very upset. Next morning I asked if I could switch to a different room. they showed me the room before I would agree to switch and I couldn't believe it, it was even worse! Ripped furniture, cigarette burns all over, stained carpets. For the price they have I was sure I wasn't gonna have any issues..I was absolutely wrong. I do not recommend this place at all.
