Courtyard Durham Research Triangle Park

Nice and clean usual courtyard with the small restaurant. Great breakfast. Nothing to rave or rant about.

Adorable hotel with balconies, which we like or have to have since every hotel/motel is non smoking, a pain to us awful smokers lol. Modern facilities, retro feel in the decor, hip, almost fresh. The Bistro, restaurant on location, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. French roast was pretty good. Sandwiches are a good choice, get chips and fruit. Slaw and usually soup of the day are almost inedible. A bit pricey but if you're in for the "stay experience " it's pretty good. Signature cocktails with top shelf spirits, choices of beer and wine, also sold on The Market for sale until 2am but it isn't cheap at ALL, but we spulurged. Pool, outdoor patio area, business/conference facilities, 24 fitness center, ice machine on every floor, The Market at check in has snacks, drinks and other necessities. Room was super clean, loved the bedding, great pillows. Staff were all helpful, friendly, accommodating, just stellar. Free Wi Fi, in room coffee, free HBO, wheel chair accessible parking as well the hotel and pool has disability chair! Gas stations and restaurants in walking distance around near by if you need to go. Hotel shuttle to RDU and anywhere in a 5 mile radius of the hotel. All around very nice hotel, would stay again!

I'm not sure why a few days ago there was a review about homeless people and blood on the floor but our stay was mostly perfect. The room was very clean, the lobby was very well done and welcoming. The customer service from Kenny G. couldn't be beat, he was fast, efficient, kind, and caring, and was seemingly there for our 3 day stay. That man definitely deserves a raise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better sleep than at home! The shower head had many customizations, making the pressure and temperature incredible. I do wish the deluxe room was a bit bigger, but that's not a huge deal. They didn't have breakfast but they had a nice market to get some food from. The only real downside was the smell of Marijuana every night, so as long as that doesn't bother you, this place is a wonderful place to stay! To top it off, not only are they pet friendly, they are pet welcoming!
