Bring your own cleaning supplies!! We stayed for 3 nights and im so glad i brought clorox wipes. Gum stuck under the side of the tv stand, kfc chicken skin pieces left on the window sill, hair around the toilet, carpet wasnt vacuumed, toiletries were used then put back into place, coffee supplies were opened then put back into place. Chair had a cigarette hole in it even though it was a smoke free room. Desk drawer had carvings of hearts with initials in it like it was a high school desk. All furniture was scratched or scuffed in some way. Staff was friendly but the parking lot was full of potholes and the outside of the building looked rundown. Breakfast was ok with bagels, toast, oatmeal, some cereal, and waffles.

Hotel was extremely dirty. Pool and gym were closed. Couldn’t get extra towel. Bums walking around all hours of the night. Not a safe area. Would never stay again.

There were bagels, toast, waffles, coffee, tea, bananas. Breakfast was good.
First impression of the hotel was NOT good. So much so if I could have gotten my money back I would have gone elsewhere. I won't be lodging there again.

Check-in staff was friendly and quick. Hotel is a bit run down from the outside and area is not so clean. I highly recommend 2nd building, very quiet! 1st building was full and a bit noisy. Next to mall and food options. I didn't see any bugs which was a HUGE PLUS FOR ME.

My first bed bug encounter
The hotel was fine except, it had bedbugs or flea, I think bed bugs. I got about 10 bites and they still itch 11 days later. that may be because I have never encounter bed bugs before. They lady at the desk let me fill out an incident report, they said terminx would check the room and I would not be charged if they found bedbugs. I have heard nothing, I suspect they just say that to calm down a customer.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. That's about where the positives end, however. The hotel is very dated. Room 140, where we stayed, was not very clean. For the price, you should expect that. The area isn't terrible. I didn’t feel unsafe. Its close to everything you could need. It's about a 25 minute walk to the coliseum which is convenient. If you're a runner, there is a trail around the corner. It seemed safe enough during the day. But, yeah, it felt like a trucker hotel. Got the job done.

You get what you pay for…
Pool out of order and gym out of order. First reception desk encounter was with a young girl, had white headphones on which leads me to believe that she wasn’t even listening to me, short with her conversation, not welcoming, not friendly. Second reception encounter was so much more pleasant, with an older woman. Bed was sunken in on one side, and the bath tub didn’t really work well. With the only amenities available is the breakfast, this definitely was an average experience for what we paid for.
