The suite was clean, the staff was welcoming and the room amenities were nice. Showers were amazing. Suites should be equipped with microwaves.

My stay was pleasant and my room was very clean. This hotel needs more elevators to accommodate all of its guest. We had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator. Once we got one we had to pack 11-12 people on it.

Pool was closed which is the main reason why we booked here

This room is not very soundproof, you can hear people talking outside and the door of the next room closing clearly. The hygiene inside is also average, but it is in the city center, and there is a shopping district outside, which is convenient.

Did not eat breakfast. All else was great! Especially enjoyed nice friendly man at check-in.

Waiting on hot water for 5 to 8 minutes after turning the tap on. When advised the staff they suggested waiting longer. ? The wasting of water must be huge.

The staff was very nice, the area and room was clean and neat and it was nice and quiet. The Gate City sports grill was really slow and short staffed so we couldn’t dine there before our show but hopefully we can try it next time. Overall we had a nice experience

We were surprised to find there was not a refrigerator or microwave available. Also the king size bed mattress was ridiculous! It was worn out! The edges were weak. Then when you got in bed it forced you to roll to the middle.

Had to walk 11 flights of stairs due to the elevator wait time was 15-20min due to only one elevator being operational.

The channels on our television went offline around 8:30am and our check-out time was 11:00am. That was disappointing since we were watching a good movie. Thank goodness the staff on duty (Niya) was able to offer points to my membership.

Conveniently located with restaurants offering various cuisines nearby, including Japanese, Korean, Italian, Mexican, and Berger King. American breakfast is also available on-site.

I really enjoyed our stay. It was a one night stay with my child for a concert at the coliseum. The pool was exactly as advertised. They have fun feature where you can text questions instead of calling. I really would recommend this. I felt safe as a mom by herself.

I always enjoy staying here for the friendly staff. that does little things like popping popcorn, baking cookies, putting out other snacks, and setting up a hot chocolate station in winter to make the guest experience more enjoyable. Akila is simply amazing! Very kind, patient, and warm. I am loving my room so far. The only issue so far is that the plugs are very difficult to insert the prongs into. You have force it using a lot of strength and most aren't budging. It's only a matter of time that a guest breaks their wrist or fingers trying to do a simple task such as powering their laptop. The room was very clean, the pool was great (great hours too, 7a-10p!) they had a complimentary hot cocoa bar that my kids loved! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a major identity fraud issue when we checked in and the staff did their best to make it as smooth an issue as possible for us. although we did get locked out of our room because of it they were able to get us back in fairly quickly

I’ve stayed here many times at it’s always a great experience. The concierge room is worth every penny - good food selection, service, and coffee 24/7. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a nice walking path down a closed road to a bridge and a pretty lake.

The couch in the room was disgusting, There was a dead roach in the freezer and in the sink, bed looked clean but I bring my own sheets and blankets any time I stay at a hotel or motel anyway. It was one night so I dealt with it.

The bathroom vent fan and light switch are 1 so they can't be used separately. The vent fan sounded terrible. Also, there was a mouse in my room that made a ton of racket all night. But my room was clean, freshly painted and the bed was super comfy.

I have had to stay here twice due to my mother being hospitalized in the area. The young lady at the front desk assisted me both times. She is a very sweet and caring person. Being tired and nervous both times, her smile and willingness to help made things a little easier. The beds are awesome, very clean.

Lots of construction, barely any parking. I almost got hit by construction vehicle. Had white powder all over my newly washed vehicle from the construction. Also my kids were playing at 6pm. We got told that the person below us was trying to sleep. Quiet hour is not until 11 pm.

I had a bad experience the other night and my bed broke and I was told maintenance would come the next day but didn’t. When I extended my stay last night I requested again to have maintenance come and when I got off work no maintenance. I could had been hurt when the bed collapsed and I was on it

I didn't do the breakfast, parking was fine, the building needs some work, it seems like it's on a secluded back path and there were homeless people just walking the parking lot and hanging out at the store in front of it. I wasn't comfortable there.

The rooms inside were very clean very put together very, very nice. The outside wasn’t the greatest and some of the occupants were loud and arguing therefore, I wasn’t sure if I was quite safe, but nothing happened and my overall stay was pretty good.
