The room was clean and smelled nice, the carpet was clean and not weird feeling at all. The kitchen was clean with dishes and silverware put away correctly. The bed was really comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The pillows were nice and fluffy enough for good rest.

Room was clean and spacious. Pillows leave a little to be desired. Check in persons were exceptional, kind and courteous. Would stay here again

The smell in the room was foul. The furniture was in very poor condition, the kitchenette had glue holding some of its features together. It was a poor showing overall.

I am disappointed at how ******* chose to handle this reservation. The room I received was not the room I reserved. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, and of course, he said he couldn't help cause I booked via a third party vendor. I contacted ******* and their response was it was what Sonesta provided. It's always someone else's fault. All I wanted was to be refunded the difference between the room I booked and the one I received ($60). I even provided photographs to the representative. To make matters worse, I encountered FOUR roaches in my room. One in the morning and three in the evening. A big one, medium one and small. It was like papa, momma and the baby. A whole family reunion. I did bring this matter to the attention of the front desk both times. I had stayed at this place once before but after this bad experience, not again.

Check in staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean and the hotel guests were quiet. However, the appliances and room decor could use some updating, it was very dark in the rooms.

Check in was fast. Rooms were spacious. Room smelled terrible of smoke, there was a bunch of hair on the floor in the bathroom, the make up wipe in the packet was used, there were stains on the couch, the elevator han abrupt drop, and ants invaded my car in the parking lot and I'm still dealing with them almost a week later. Stay somewhere else.
