Would probably give 4.5 stars overall, but it's worth 5 for the value. Was 2/3 the price for comparable hotels in downtown Raleigh. If you need to go downtown, the savings make it worth the 10 minute Uber or drive yourself. Plenty of access to nearby restaurants/entertainment. The room was nice the bed was comfy and the staff is amazing. I love the shuttle just tell them where you want to go around town and they will take you. Just call and tell them where to pick you up for your return.

I stayed at Hilton Raleigh for two days while I was in North Carolina for a surgery. The staff were amazing and pet friendly ＜3 The beds are so comfortable those were the best two nights of sleep I’ve had! I have no complaints except the jacuzzi was not working but I would definitely come back here to stay.

Perfect location if you like to explore new restaurants and bars. Seamless check in and out. The Valet service was incredibly convenient, nice and helpful. Free parking was a little too far considering how many things I had with me. Though this hotel is in a busy area; it’s still very peaceful and quiet. Will probably stay again.

My experience was great, I have no complaints! I always stay at Hyatt whenever I travel and it’s available in the area. I’m never disappointed. Hyatt Seaboard Station and Hyatt North Hills are my favorite two so far!

We had a Double Queen Room and a King Bed Room both with Balconies. The Beds were Very Comfortable. Unfortunately There are No refrigerators or Microwaves in The Rooms which was a bit of a Struggle as We have 4 Young Kids and those 2 amenities help tremendously during overnight stays. We were there for a concert & literally walked back to the hotel afterwards. Property has food & drinks as well as a Local restaurant in the adjacent parking lot.10 mins to downtown. Book early for best rates. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience here- beautiful clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy accessibility! The best part was Adrian the “alchemist” (bartender) who was very friendly, personable, and funny poured the BEST drinks. Thank you Adrian for making our stay THAT much better! You’re a G 😎

Genuinely one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were large and very clean and very well appointed, the setting was secluded and relaxing, and it was very quiet. It's both family and adult friendly, and the 24 hour coffee was delicious. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely be back!

Suites are fantastic for business travel. Clean and well appointed. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The staff is pretty kind but the room and the conditions of the hotel was so poor, in front of my door was trash, holes in the wall of my room and If you have a breakfast there you should know that this ends until 9 and not 10 how it says in her ticket for breakfast

Intrusive housekeeping. Used key to enter instead of knocking first, peered in with another male a few times, and I was indisposed asleep almost every time due to working graveyard shift. Felt like he knew that would be the outcome, so I'm glad I put on the door stop everyday. Room 224 has a whistling showers head. You can't do anything to fix it, but it's a great song. Lol

The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I saw. I had a smile on their face. I will definitely come back when we visit this area again.

No microwave was an inconvenience, not enough cable channels, staff was not friendly, no complimentary breakfast. Probably won’t be back.

The k lay issue was we were given a queen suite when we reserved a king. Also in the phone I was told a $50 pet fee and was charged $100. That’s a little much for a one night stay

Everything could be tolerated EXCEPT the safety of the property. I did not feel safe at all inside or outside the hotel. Room was decent. Will not stay here again.

Unpleasant check in with staff on duty. We arrived after 10:30 pm (front door lock without room key). Checked in received room key, returned to vehicle to get luggage - room key did no work on door. Front desk assumed I didn’t understand how to place the key. NO, it was the room key - he had not done something correctly. He had to rekey it. After that disappointed engagement. The rest of trip was ok...

The staff was nice. However the room has mold on the curtains, sink hole in the back and the shower door. There was mold and dust in the air conditioner vents.
