It's a 3-star hotel with amenities like free WiFi, on-site dining, room service, and spacious rooms with many choices. There's also a swimming pool. I stayed there for a weekend getaway with my family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided quick, professional service. Very good.

The room was nice the bed was comfy and the staff is amazing. I love the shuttle just tell them where you want to go around town and they will take you. Just call and tell them where to pick you up for your return.

Room was clean other than pet hair on couch. We also noted dog yelping in another room (audible in our room) and dog drool in the elevator. I really wish they would have a "pet free area" of the hotel. Otherwise this would have been a five star stay.

Great stay and wonderful staff, but the breakfast was disappointing. Unless you are in a hurry and quality isn't a priority, I’d suggest skipping it. Everything else was spot on.

Easy walk to PNC arena for hocky/basketball games. Parking was plentiful even on a weekend with multiple sports games happening. The room was nice, but the lighting is very dark. Also, the bathroom door could never fully open because the toilets in the way. Bad design. The “restaurant” was a let down. The man working was very nice, but they had 1 person working the bar and kitchen, and they were out of half the menu. Very disappointing.

The staff is pretty kind but the room and the conditions of the hotel was so poor, in front of my door was trash, holes in the wall of my room and If you have a breakfast there you should know that this ends until 9 and not 10 how it says in her ticket for breakfast

Intrusive housekeeping. Used key to enter instead of knocking first, peered in with another male a few times, and I was indisposed asleep almost every time due to working graveyard shift. Felt like he knew that would be the outcome, so I'm glad I put on the door stop everyday. Room 224 has a whistling showers head. You can't do anything to fix it, but it's a great song. Lol

The room was in good condition. We were told there was no breakfast “ because of the holiday”. However, the holiday was over.

Our stay was good-the check-in was easy and fast, the room was clean and simple! But, I think the breakfast and coffee set up in the Dunhill Room, was terrible ! The coffee was awful and there was no food- just little bags of oatmeal - not much else ! I wasn’t expecting much, but this was terrible !! No Effort on Marriott’s part!!

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was courteous and had all the amenities that we expected. The reason we think it was a 4 instead of 5 stars is that we did not enjoy the flat pillows.

Everything could be tolerated EXCEPT the safety of the property. I did not feel safe at all inside or outside the hotel. Room was decent. Will not stay here again.
