Would probably give 4.5 stars overall, but it's worth 5 for the value. Was 2/3 the price for comparable hotels in downtown Raleigh. If you need to go downtown, the savings make it worth the 10 minute Uber or drive yourself. Plenty of access to nearby restaurants/entertainment. The room was nice the bed was comfy and the staff is amazing. I love the shuttle just tell them where you want to go around town and they will take you. Just call and tell them where to pick you up for your return.

I stayed at Hilton Raleigh for two days while I was in North Carolina for a surgery. The staff were amazing and pet friendly ＜3 The beds are so comfortable those were the best two nights of sleep I’ve had! I have no complaints except the jacuzzi was not working but I would definitely come back here to stay.

It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Room was clean other than pet hair on couch. We also noted dog yelping in another room (audible in our room) and dog drool in the elevator. I really wish they would have a "pet free area" of the hotel. Otherwise this would have been a five star stay.

This was the best stay at a hotel ive ever had the staff there was amazing and the people in the area was nice and respectful room was very clean and everything was very convenient and i appreciate all the staff and people that made my stay feel welcomed

Team was great, there was a small issue with my room being ready and they quickly offered for me to sit at the bar and have a drink. Everyone was friendly! Only cons were the room was very noisy with outside sounds, and the blinds didnt block as much light as I would hope. Small suggestion but a bottle of water or two in the room would be a big perk. Great staff. Very, very nice people. The hotel is newer, but obvious I’ve already had some signs of some wear and tear at not being maintained. Hopefully they address that quickly.

Our stay at Hyatt House was very nice, it’s a beautiful building with amenities that met our needs. The location is perfect, highly walkable to restaurants and stores. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!

Great stay and wonderful staff, but the breakfast was disappointing. Unless you are in a hurry and quality isn't a priority, I’d suggest skipping it. Everything else was spot on.

Easy walk to PNC arena for hocky/basketball games. Parking was plentiful even on a weekend with multiple sports games happening. Our room could have used more attention, there were spider webs in multiple corners. Also found several long dark curly hairs on multiple towels (definitely did not belong to anyone in our party). The lighting in the room was terrible both in placement and lack of brightness...

The room was nice, but the lighting is very dark. Also, the bathroom door could never fully open because the toilets in the way. Bad design. The “restaurant” was a let down. The man working was very nice, but they had 1 person working the bar and kitchen, and they were out of half the menu. Very disappointing.

The framing around the beds should be covered. Both my husband and I hit our legs and caused bruises

Should not have to pay for continental breakfast....food was ok. Room was great...clean, comfy and spacious. Staff was great...friendly and professional. Plenty of room to park.

Great location for Lenovo Center. Limited to no quality restaurants nearby!

The room was in good condition. We were told there was no breakfast “ because of the holiday”. However, the holiday was over.

Our stay was good-the check-in was easy and fast, the room was clean and simple! But, I think the breakfast and coffee set up in the Dunhill Room, was terrible ! The coffee was awful and there was no food- just little bags of oatmeal - not much else ! I wasn’t expecting much, but this was terrible !! No Effort on Marriott’s part!!

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was courteous and had all the amenities that we expected. The reason we think it was a 4 instead of 5 stars is that we did not enjoy the flat pillows.

The staff is pretty kind but the room and the conditions of the hotel was so poor, in front of my door was trash, holes in the wall of my room and If you have a breakfast there you should know that this ends until 9 and not 10 how it says in her ticket for breakfast

Intrusive housekeeping. Used key to enter instead of knocking first, peered in with another male a few times, and I was indisposed asleep almost every time due to working graveyard shift. Felt like he knew that would be the outcome, so I'm glad I put on the door stop everyday. Ghetto lady at front desk had an attitude so nasty, it made it near impossible to get any professionalism out of her. Roaches...

Room 224 has a whistling showers head. You can't do anything to fix it, but it's a great song. Lol

Really nice staff, clean hotel and rooms. The hotel could use some cosmetic updates, but it is a nice space to stay.

The breakfast was good. The rooms could use a little updated, but it was a comfortable stay for just a night.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day. Area kept clean and stocked.

Everything was wonderful, front desk was amazing, I was so tired when I got in and they got me into a room early. So thankful. Room was great!

music was very loud next door at 9:45 at night, contacted front desk and they assisted with getting quieter within 15 min.

Everything could be tolerated EXCEPT the safety of the property. I did not feel safe at all inside or outside the hotel. Room was decent. Will not stay here again.
