The staff is amazing. The location, quality of the rooms, and quality of the exterior of the building isn’t great. In the photos of the property, it shows there’s a hot tub. I repeat. There isn’t a hot tub. Only a pool. They’ve covered the hot tub in concrete and replaced it with a table and chairs. Not kid friendly. Restaurant and sitting area is upgraded and desirable. No continental breakfast even though it says there is.

The only way to describe this hotel is, have you ever seen the movie The Shining? That is what the corridors in this hotel remind me of. The place is like going back to the 1970's in a time machine. Dimly lit public areas. Really low ceilings. Wallpaper seams starting to peel away from the walls. The vanity height in the bathroom is the 30" standard from the 1980's making the sink really low. The doors are old wooden veneer doors and the veneer is peeling and water stained on the bottom. The hotel desperately needs remodeling. Exterior maintenance not kept up. Mortar missing in the masonry walls. This is 2026 and the hotel doesn't even have insulated glass. It's old single pane glass windows. The elevators are so small you can't roll the luggage cart straight in. The health rating in the snack bar area was an 87.5. I walk out of places if they are below a 95. Place should be demolished and a new Garden Inn or a Home2 suites hotel would be even better since there seems to be quite a bit of business from Duke Hospital across the street.

My family and I stayed here for one night. There was an event going on, some kind of comic-con. Lots of bare rear ends walking around the entire day. People were sleeping in the lobby. The ceiling in our room was peeling and falling apart. The tv did not work. The wallpaper was peeling. We called for maintenance and no one ever came to the room about the ceiling. In addition to all of those things, my sister and I were lounging on the couches in the lobby and the manager, Tamika, had security come over to us and tell us if we wanted to “lay” on the couches we needed to leave. This happened after we watched someone SLEEP for hours on another couch. Overall, an unpleasant experience. Would not return.

It's a 3-star hotel with amenities like free WiFi, on-site dining, room service, and spacious rooms with many choices. There's also a swimming pool.

I stayed there for a weekend getaway with my family.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided quick, professional service.

Very good.

I had to stay in the North Hills Raleigh Hilton for two nights because there was an ice storm and I work across the street at Duke Raleigh Hospital. The room is super comfortable, clean and spacious.
The only issue is this: They seem to pump some kind of strong air freshener through the ventilation system. You can smell it in the lobby, the halls, and the room. It is floral, and eventually your nose gets used to it. However, this air freshener irritated my sinuses so badly that my nose dripped snot and my sinuses swelled shut both nights I was there. It was horrible. If you have allergies/sensitivities to perfumes and crap, DO NOT stay here. You will suffer all night. I'm not usually even sensitive to that stuff, but it was debilitating. Hilton, there is NO reason to pump that crap into people's rooms. It adds zero appeal and almost killed me last weekend. If I ever have to stay here again, I will ask for a non-fragrance room, and if they don't have them then I will sleep on a cot at the hospital.
Also, service in the restaurant is insanely slow and they brought us the another table's food even though there were only like three tables of people, so we had to wait even longer. Then we always have to wait like 30 mins for the check. It was sad because I just wanted to eat and go to bed, but had to wait forever. The food tasted good, though.
If I had a choice, I would not stay here again.

The hotel I chose to attend the Raleigh Spring Music Festival, I stayed for two nights! Hilton Hotel maintains its unique, luxurious, standardized, iconic decoration style and material selection standards, making people feel cozy and comfortable. The hotel bedding, bathing facilities, cleanliness and comfort are beyond expectations! The hotel's service is also very thoughtful and meticulous, providing the best service without disturbing customers too much! However, the price of the hotel booked this time is much more expensive than usual, because the music festival held in Raleigh Central Park is too attractive, and there are too many travelers (audiences) coming to Raleigh! Be sure to book a hotel more in advance in the future!
(Time is tight, I forgot to take pictures).

First and foremost, most of the staff was absolutely amazing.
The lady who drives the Shuttle, the lady who checked us into our room, and the lady who checked us in at breakfast were all so friendly and nice.
However, there was no coffee available in the lobby and the waitress didn't show up until AFTER we finished eating. The pancakes were TERRIBLE (because they took in the flavor of the spicy hashbrowns they were contained with) and the scrambled eggs were runny.
Being The Hilton, I expected good coffee and a decent breakfast but we literally went to get both elsewhere.
The elevators!!!! Apparently the left one is notorious for going out at night. They shook and knocked so bad you just knew it would be your last ride and then the doors didn't want to open.

There were no towels in the pool area, the rooms were dingy and in desperate need of updating!! The plug in the bathroom worked sporadically. The sheets were stained, as was the nasty headboard. The iron left a hideous black stain on my WHITE LINEN PANTS.
Being a Hilton in Raleigh, the capital of North Carolina, minutes from downtown, I expected so much better.
If not for the kind and friendly staff, I would've asked for a refund.

I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it unless you'll be sleeping in the lobby, which is the nicest part of the hotel.

Would probably give 4.5 stars overall, but it's worth 5 for the value. Was 2/3 the price for comparable hotels in downtown Raleigh. If you need to go downtown, the savings make it worth the 10 minute Uber or drive yourself. Plenty of access to nearby restaurants/entertainment. Needed some renovations such as carpets and A/C, but was well kept overall for its age. My one ding was the dead roach we found in our room. It happens, it's NC in the summer/fall. It was clearly dead from them spraying, so at least they're fixing the issue, if it's not fixed already. Staff was friendly, check in/out was quick. Would recommend.

The room was nice the bed was comfy and the staff is amazing. I love the shuttle just tell them where you want to go around town and they will take you. Just call and tell them where to pick you up for your return.

Firstly, the executive lounge being closed is not reflected in the app and they should really fix that. The lobby is nice and renovated but nothing else seems to be. The room was outdated with peeling wallpaper, old carpet, and the shower controls suck. Heating and cooling systems are awful. I suspect this hotel is also ancient in its heating system and is maybe set to only do one or the other during certain seasons. There was no way to make the fan stay off. I read other reviews that said their AC didn’t work, I couldn’t get mine OFF. I was freezing the entire stay.
I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bedding, there were stains and a blood spot on my comforter that I didn’t notice until the last day. There was mold all over the bottom of my shower curtain.
I stay in hotels 60+ days a year and this hotel should not be charging more than 100 a night. Additionally, they shouldn’t be selling the executive floor on the app as anything more than a normal floor. They certainly shouldn’t be charging for parking.
