Great stay and wonderful staff, but the breakfast was disappointing. Unless you are in a hurry and quality isn't a priority, I’d suggest skipping it. Everything else was spot on.

The room was dirty upon arrival and the mini fridge was very noisy. There were no extra/foam pillows available, and the extra pillow (in the front closet) smelled like smoke.
Room service did not clean the room (or replace the towels) ever, not even one time, during my entire stay.
The manager (named 'Karen') was not on-site and I was told to wait until Monday to contact her. The only advantage to this hotel is the nearby access to the restaurant and the stadium, besides that; I would not recommend.

Necer cleaned room ...food was barely eatable...handicapped paking spots next to stairs

Easy walk to PNC arena for hocky/basketball games. Parking was plentiful even on a weekend with multiple sports games happening. Our room could have used more attention, there were spider webs in multiple corners. Also found several long dark curly hairs on multiple towels (definitely did not belong to anyone in our party). The lighting in the room was terrible both in placement and lack of brightness. It was fine for an overnight stay to attend a hockey game but was not convenient for much else.

The room was nice, but the lighting is very dark. Also, the bathroom door could never fully open because the toilets in the way. Bad design.
The “restaurant” was a let down. The man working was very nice, but they had 1 person working the bar and kitchen, and they were out of half the menu. Very disappointing.

The framing around the beds should be covered. Both my husband and I hit our legs and caused bruises

Should not have to pay for continental breakfast....food was ok. Room was great...clean, comfy and spacious. Staff was great...friendly and professional. Plenty of room to park.

we were there for the fair. we checked in late. the gentleman working the check in was terrific. Very helpful.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and well lit. Grounds well maintained. Rooms could use and upgrade but spacious and clean
