we were there for the fair. we checked in late. the gentleman working the check in was terrific. Very helpful.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and well lit. Grounds well maintained. Rooms could use and upgrade but spacious and clean

The odor in our suite was a bit much.
The room was overall nice. However, the bathroom has NO ventilation or fans for the shower so it seems to have cause a smell of mold and musty odor in the room we were in. I’m not sure if this is all the rooms but we were in a suite on the first floor and the smell was definitely noticeable. We only planned staying one night so we just dealt with it. They really need to figure the smell and moldy musty issue out and then I wouldn’t have any complaints.

We were there for a concert & literally walked back to the hotel afterwards. Property has food & drinks as well as a Local restaurant in the adjacent parking lot.10 mins to downtown. Book early for best rates. Highly recommend.

Front desk attendant at check in was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly and engaging, it was a treat checking in with her

The receptionist in the lobby is amazing and very friendly. The room is very big and I love the color scheme and decor.

In general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements.
Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover.
Cons: I stayed in room #105.
1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright.
2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud.
3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out.
