Reviews
The bar area is clearly understaffed, though it is important to note this is not a reflection on the bartenders themselves. They were working hard and remained professional, but service took an extremely long time simply because there were not enough people scheduled to support the volume of guests.
The food and main restaurant feel like an afterthought rather than a core part of the guest experience. There were no grab and go breakfast options such as yogurt, protein shakes, or even basic fresh fruit. Coffee service was very basic and did not even include non dairy creamer options, which feels like a standard expectation at this price point in 2026.
The rooms themselves are dated and poorly designed. The furniture is uncomfortable and not particularly functional. The decor choices were also very off putting. The artwork was unsettling, including imagery that felt more creepy than tasteful. Each room had a birdhouse hanging that was dusty and dirty, with cracked or faded plastic components, which gave the space an unmaintained feeling rather than a curated design choice.
Overall, this experience fell far short of what most travelers would reasonably expect from a hotel in this price category.
Natural light from the windows made this the perfect setting for quick intimate moments.
Be mindful that parking in that area is very chaotic, so plan accordingly!
The rooms are nice but dated. The TV has Pandora on it if that tells you how old it is. When we entered our room the comforter was very wrinkly you could tell they did not change the sheets. Hair was found between the pillows. The fabrics themselves were very rough and not comfortable. For the price of the hotel you would expect nicer linens, but I’ve felt nicer ones at the basic Hiltons I stay at. Breakfast is not included and I believe it’s $18 a person. We did not stay for breakfast.
Overall, I’m glad I can cross this hotel off my list but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book again.
The hotel connects to a restaurant nextdoor called Leo's, and the convenience of that was wonderful. We didn't have a chance to try the in-hotel restaurant past our room service, though I'm sure it would have been enjoyable too.
My only complaint was the noise, we could hear everyone who was talking (or laughing, mostly) in the hallway or rooms adjacent to us. Unfortunately not much to do about that, so it didn't lessen my opinion of the hotel itself.
Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Only cons were the room was very noisy with outside sounds, and the blinds didnt block as much light as I would hope. Small suggestion but a bottle of water or two in the room would be a big perk. I do also need an itemized receipt and was told at checkout they cant print it since I booked through ********** it would be emailed. I have not received that yet and will need one.
