Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee had no taste. Didn't have regular syrup for waffles. Sausages could have been done more

Room literally smelled like urine horribly. Wasn’t cleaned obviously. Toilet was full of urine/toilet paper for what smelled like weeks. Random lost sock laying on the floor.

Arrived to a dirty room dirty towels still in the bathroom stuff on the bedspread food and beverage is still in the refrigerator. Hallway is very cold. Hot tub nonfunctional with construction equipment around it danger to children

Beds were comfortable however room was run down. Doorknob to the bathroom just hanging there and barely attached. Sink did not drain so had to pull up stopper to use at all. Since faucet also very loose - definitely needs some maintenance and updating. Shower also poorly cleaned and not draining well.

I booked a park & fly reservation through *******. The Days Inn at Fargo does not book park & fly through *******. When I checked in they already had my car make/license, etc. information but I was booked only for a room. I was told I needed to do the park & fly directly with their hotel. Also at that late date, I was told I could not cancel my room and book another with the park & fly.

Staff are amazing. The room was not very clean but terrible either. Ended up eating dinner out of their vending machine. There’s a microwave in the room but no fridge.

Front desk Staff was not around for 56 mins prior and past check out time. Only staff that could be found was maintenance technician who could not help check out. Tried to reach them by phone and no one came to answer also had customers in line with no services for almost an hour. Definitely not interested in staying at this hotel again. I want a refund ASAP PLEASE!?°¿°

Several long black hairs in shower. Vent full of dust bunnies. Discourteous front desk. My guest wanted to leave a key for me as I was arriving later, but was told to take both so he wouldn’t be bothered later. Won’t stay here again when there are other options across the parking lot
