Hot tub closed, pool looked merky, construction in 1/2 of building. Breakfast was hot and replenished well. A lot of staff cleaning, emptying garbages which was nice to see.

Very clean room, had an issue with the heater, spoke to the front desk, they assured me it would be fixed.

Other than the eggs running out by 7 am, the breakfast was fine, and the hotel in general was fine. Things were a little grungy in corners and behind furniture, but I also know it is under construction.

Noticed a lot of stuff were out of order or closed down.

The room was nice. But we paid 200 bucks for the hot tub in the room. The tub didnt hold the water so you're constantly adding more water.

Clean, spacious room. I wish the front desk staff were a little more attentive, maybe; however, Steve (dude with the glasses and goatee), the guy who checked me in, was perfectly accommodating and extra sweet to my dog. Overall, and wonderful place to stay for the weekend in Fargo! 10/10 recommend

The 2 bedroom suite was lovely, great space. Only complaint is the bedrooms were quite chilly even after turning up the thermostat in the living room. The bedrooms could use their own thermostat or something. Had a great time though!!!

Nice stay at the property. Only suggestion is check to make sure your walk paths are salted if there is bad weather. They were very slippery most of the stay there. Also make sure soap dispensers are filled. Ours was empty from check-in. Great staff and morning breakfast is top notch from all the places I’ve stayed at.

While an older hotel, the renovations are excellent, the rooms we had were large and clean. The staff friendly, pool was amazing for younger kids. Breakfast was your typical meh breakfast fare (we are used to healthier homemade options so it’s hard to beat!) but had all the options (cereals, breads, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Everyone was so friendly. We had some issues in our room but was fixed promptly. The people above us were very loud all night and so sleep wasn't very good but I love staying at this hotel. One little hiccup won't keep me from coming back.

Room was decently cleean..minus the popcorn under the bed and hair clung to the wall in the shower. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. However i was charged $50 fpr the room despot and 76.49 for the room which i had prepaid for the room, these charges are still pending on my account more then a weeek later.

Check in was fast and easy, breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the shower not draining well.

The room was mostly clean other than a few pieces on trash that were left behind. We also had to get conditioner and body wash because they were empty. The staff was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed the common room off the lobby. It was good for the price.

all the amenities were as we expected. However, the housekeeper and manager at the desk found my phone after we checked out (the housekeeper), secured it, communicated with us and handed it me in person.

Everything was great except the bed was so uncomfortable. Pillows were great, blanket was great, bed for me was horrible. And it was only me in there, but I could not get comfortable. And there wasn’t decaf in the room. But literally everything else was superb!!

No. The toilet s broken. No maintenance person there on weekend. Bottom of shower curtain was gray with soap scum. We were given one coffee pod and had to purchase if we wanted more. The bed was comfortable.

Beds and linens were comfy, breakfast pastries could have been fresher (and coffee hotter, staff was very nice. There’s a lot of nice dining options downtown but if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll need earplugs with all of the emergency responders driving by.

I love the hotel and the experience the staff were great . The shower was my only disappointment, it was low flow like very low flow.

From the moment we checked in we were amazed. The room was very clean and quiet even being right by the front desk. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Our stay at Hotel Donaldson exceeded our expectations. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. Our room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a nice happy hour from 4-5. They end the evening with prepping your bed for the night and leave truffles as a bedtime treat. We stumbled on this hotel after needing to cancel at another one for reasons I won’t get into here. They have a happy hour with wine and snacks at 5pm each day, coffee and breakfast in the morning, a turn down service with chocolates, and these heavyweight bathrobes that are a dream. The rooms are beautiful and decorated with local artist creations. We loved every minute of our stay there.

Stayed there over night, it's convenient and cheap. The front desk staff was nice. The place is a bit run down but does the job.

A basic hotel. Clean but the chair in our room was stained. The breakfast was good, lots of variety, but pretty basic. If you need a cheap place to stay, it's comfortable. It isn't a place I'd choose to lounge in for the whole day. They do month rates if that's what you're looking for. It's roughly $826 a month.

Just stopped by to see a friend wasn't there long was fairly clean and quiet had a nice area for breakfast

Mold on the bathroom ceiling hair on the towel said there was breakfast there was no breakfast kinda disappointed in my stay

The room and place was clean. But!!! The lady when I checked in was short and rude. NO BREAKFAST! The excuse for why was feeble and weak. This place is ok, but compared to Bismarck’s Americas Best Value, it is very poor! Next time I drive the 3 hours to Bismarck!

It was an ama?ing experience from the second i checked in the gentleman at the coubter was polite and friendly. Lobby and halls were kept clean and the room was nice and clean have a working fridge and microwave and the heat worked great. I will definitely book here in the future.

Room good. Staff person had ear buds in the whole time she waited and talking to someone the whole I was at the desk! Very unprofessional!

The service and front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast not the best but have the basic, milk, cereal, coffee, juice and waffle maker. The room was ok, nothing fancy but comfortable and met all our needs.

Decent place to stay. Could use an improvement for breakfast items. Coffee in the lobby was not good. Overall a good place and I would stay there again.

Anna the manager was very pleasant and kind. Cleanliness was not great. Behind our toilet looked like had never been cleaned. You can tell they just add towels to shelves without ever wiping down. We pulled back the bed when we arrived to see if the sheets were cleaned and there was a wad of tangled hair at the foot of the bed within the covers.

Rooms ceilings are paper thin. We can always here someone clod hopping back and forth. Hot tub was not working and we had our hearts set on it. No discount was offered. Having said that i left 2xbags behind and the staff were honest and kind to keep it for me until i could return 3 days later. Thankyou

This was a great experience; the room was cozy and clean. The price was good, it is located right near 94, food and shopping options were not far away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, and upon arriving found out that both were out of service. It would be good to have more transparency when booking, because if you have an amenity that you're advertising, that does influence people's decision for places to stay. I booked a park & fly reservation through *******. The Days Inn at Fargo does not book park & fly through *******. When I checked in they already had my car make/license, etc. information but I was booked only for a room. I was told I needed to do the park & fly directly with their hotel. Also at that late date, I was told I could not cancel my room and book another with the park & fly.

Staff are amazing. The room was not very clean but terrible either. Ended up eating dinner out of their vending machine. There’s a microwave in the room but no fridge.

Was picked up at the airport, when I arrived at the motel everything was waiting for me

There were drawers missing the bottoms. Breakfast was dry the first night. Other then that staff was very nice and helpful
