I don’t know where they took those photos but this is an old hotel with concrete walls and stained floors.

Spotless rooms and very professional and helpful reception staff!

Great location for easy access to German Village,
And downtown and Columbus!

Checking in was friendly enough. Walking into the lobby the floor was pretty dirty… we came back down to head out for dinner the floor was still all muddy as well as when we returned.

Our room was okay… the bathroom needs to be cleaned up and the two holes in the shower wall need to be completely covered…. Little creepy even if it doesn’t go through to the next room. There was some patchwork done by using old plastic wall pieces….

STOP PENALIZING A GUEST FOR WANTING TO PARK AFTER PAYING TO STAY! The parking lot isn’t secured or monitored by security and to go further there are placards stating to park at your own risk…. Get real… stop being greedy.

The rooms was very clean and everything smelled so fresh! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Coffee was amazing and breakfast buffet more than enough!

We checked in on Christmas Eve night, and Sam was at the front desk. Although he was short staffed due to employees wanting to be with their families at Christmas, he was so polite, friendly, attentive and went beyond what was expected on a normal day to be accommodating! He is to be commended! Very grateful for making our stay extraordinary!
Besides that, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast.

Bathroom needs complete remodel, no t enough parking and should have been told (and discounted) since there was no 'free' breakfast. What a disappointment!

Under the bathroom vanity was a soiled towel and a clump.of hair...clearly the floor wasn't swept or mopped or thosecwould have been cleaned up. Breakfast service oerson didnt show up. Parking fee wasn't in the booking, but was comped after the problems. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and apologetic.

For the location and price, it wasn't bad. If you have a need to be on the south side of downtown, I would stay here. Decent price and reasonably clean with a good fitness room. The onsite parking is somewhat limited, and very tight if you have a truck

Fo those visiting German town, the hotel's location is excellent. Restaurant options are good.
My room had dirty and stained carpet and sofa. There pieces of food on the floor. I share my pictures showing the problem, and requested to vacuum. It waa not done! I stayed 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel. This properly does not meet HDI Express hotel standards.
