Very welcoming. Allowed early check in. Good view. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great living space. Able to walk to the shops. I did not like that the TV was to the side of the bed so I had to look over my husband to watch. They did have a coffee bar downstairs but when I went down in the morning, there was no one there.

The staff was AMAZING , literally everyone was top notch from the front desk to , bartender , housekeeping . We were only there two nights and felt we were known by everyone. Perfect location ! Just an amazing two night stay

Parking was great, nice staff. I wouldn’t stay again though. Bed was not comfortable and couldn’t cool the room down enough to get comfortable.

Quick Road trip
Needed a place to rest on our way to our son’s surgery and this place was perfect. Easy access to the highway and friendly staff even at midnight.

The staff was so friendly. Hotel is centrally located to all of the shopping and dining.

Everything good except never cleaned room with 3 day stay. First day cleaning staff knocked at 445 pm and I got towels
Left trash by door for Sunday and gone all day but never came.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Columbus Easton from June 19-22. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location is excellent, with grocery stores, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I particularly want to give a glowing review to Loretta who took care of us at the breakfast bar on June 20, and Carla and Desiree who took care of us on June 22. They made a special effort to ensure that we were comfortable. Loretta made a careful note of our 4-person breakfast order and saw to it that the order exactly matched our wishes, and she was kind and attentive throughout breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed. Carla and Desiree made an extra effort to turn around our 4-person order quickly on Sunday morning as we were in a rush. All three of them gave us the red carpet treatment. In an age where good staff are hard to find, Loretta, Carla and Desiree delivered top-flight service. Their service mentality is the kind that makes customers remember a hotel and want to come back. We hope their contributions will be recognized and valued, and we look forward to seeing them again soon.

Natasha at check in was super nice. Loretta went out of her way to help at breakfast. The room was a bit musty smelling is my only complaint. Otherwise our stay was great.

Great location but for $400 per night I would expect a little more from Marriott. Bed was uncomfortable had a large hump in the middle, and cheap balled up duvet, the air conditioning unit is the old type that switches on and off constantly under the window waking you up at night. When I return to Easton next year I will not be staying at Courtyard by Marriott.
