Rooms reeked of tobacco and cigarettes, literally embedded into the walls, sheets, curtains, carpet and etc. Air quality was awful impossible to sleep without a short amount of oxygen each breath.

The employee who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. I always bring my own disinfectant wipes and wipe down all surfaces upon entering hotel rooms. Our room was spotless upon arriving and we had a very comfortable stay!

Check in staff was great. Room was adequate, bath tub was horrible where it had been painted to touch it up and made to look clean, mold under soap holder. (btw, I work for a bathroom remodeling company in Ohio so when you’re ready to make them nice give me a call) Had to ask for any kitchen ware to use. No ice machines. Couldn’t sleep so I was awake at 3am when I realized this “ no smoking” hotel must have had Cheech & Chong check in because the smell of **** was so strong it was sickening. When I called the front desk about it she asked me if it was in my room only or other parts of the hotel, I told her I didn’t know as I was not roaming around a hotel in the middle of the night to find out. I ended up checking out a day early and paying to be somewhere nicer and that felt safer.

The breakfast menu consist of stale muffins, coffee, oatmeal, and tea. For as much as they charge your room, it should’ve been a full breakfast at least waffles, orange juice, milk,and cereal included.

Breakfast was basic coffee and muffins or breakfast bars. Honestly didn't bother me because there is a Wendy's and Speedway right there. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe and staff was friendly. That to me was more important than the breakfast option.

Staff were helpful (Ebony). Room as exceedingly dated, sketchy and worn out. Only the ads and posters in the elevator are modern.

While in an area with modern competitors and strong commercial synergy, this property is being milked. Sad.

The room was not furnished well. Furniture was old and worn. The worst thing was it was infested with bed bugs. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. The little you may save is not worth it.

The kitchen in the suite was fully equipped for meal preparation. Overall, the on-site evening staff is helpful and kind. The room location was quiet and comfortable.
