Immediately upon walking in the hotel there was a dirty smell. We got to our room only to find out there was no elevator so we had to carry all of the luggage up a flight of stairs. The hotel is extremely dated, the carpets had severe staining and did not feel clean. Our blinds did not close and were broken so we had only a sheer curtain all night. The WIFI worked and was the only positive thing about this hotel. The layout was extremely weird with a pool in the middle of the rooms and not all rooms were accessible via elevator. I do not recommend staying here even for 1 night!

Manager told me during check in that the pool was open. But was closed during the whole stay. The pool cleaner told me there was a party the day before. Which to me doesn't negate a reason to lag on pool cleaning. The vending machines and arcade area is not working. The rooms have doors connected to the next room which I don't mind, but when I asked for non smoking, I was placed next to a room where they did smoke and we could smell it through the gap in our door. The website says pet friendly, but during check in you are told no pets. Did mention it to the manager after seeing a dog coming out. Then was told a pet fee would be charged. Obvious. The staff was very friendly. Just not everything you see in photos online.

I want to give them 5 star. But that one bad experience ruined it for me. I went to have the complimentary breakfast. The waitress brought a cup of coffee over. My coffee cup had a fresh lip stick stain on it. Its like they took the cup from another table that just cleared and served coffee it. All they had to do was dip the cup in soap water and rinse it off. Disgusted they had the audacity to do something like that. That just ruined it for me
