Rooms were spacious and clean, if a bit dated. The bed was one of the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, and both my husband and I had a good night's sleep. All the staff were friendly and professional. Check in and check out was a breeze. Valet service was exceptional. The coffee shop was almost empty on Sunday morning, and was very good. My only complaint is the room didn't have a fridge...
Stayed here for 4 days, checking out on Saturday. Good location for events at the convention center. Bell hops were very helpful. Some outlets in the room didn't work. Didn't have refrigerator in our room. Breakfast was good until the weekend crew came on. Weekend waiter was rude, said his boss, the chef, told him I couldn't order the same breakfast I had been ordering all week. I didn't think it was...
We were greeted right as we drove up by some very friendly valet staff. Next we were welcomed by a really fun front desk team. Within minutes of entering our room I was contacted to see if I needed anything and I did. A small request was handled within another few minutes. Our room, a small suite, is perfectly appointed and features that rare 2nd bathroom. Last night we managed to walk to nearby...
This hotel was very comfortable.. nice area. Perfect for families but we went for work meetings. Lots of things to do in walking distance. You can walk to the Paycom center, Oklahoma city bombing memorial, myriad gardens and other neat historic places. The room was large but definitely needs some updating. We had to move rooms at 11:30pm our first night. But they were wonderful and helping us quickly...
We had a fantastic 7-day stay. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us. We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street. Mitchell Morris was one of the valets...
Great location next to the convention center, Bricktown and Sight-seeing within walking distance, didn't need a car! No shuttle from airport. Breakfast club room was nice. Rooms were clean, beds extremely uncomfortable, had springs sticking through the mattress, the staff could do nothing about during our stay. No one had changed the pullout-dirty sheets. No extra blankets or pillows. All outside noise...

While the overall experience of this hotel was fine, it was so disappointing to find that their breakfast did not include any vegan options - - not even nondairy milks for coffee! I ended up driving 15 minutes to a diner with vegan options to get take out, bring it back to eat, and then scrambled to get ready in time to leave for check out. Disappointing that in the middle of 2025 a major hotel chain...
Overall enjoyed this hotel. They have an “open” air/hallway concept where the hallways are open to the whole lobby. It was pretty humid and warm so the lobby and hallways felt very warm. My room kinda had a rough time keeping up with the humidity (so I’d pack a mini fan with you just in case), but overall it wasn’t awful. The free breakfast was great- they had eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes...
first off the staff is very nice and accommodating. Erica at the front desk was great. breakfast staff all very nice & service oriented. saw a gentlemen notice a man got a juice that wasn’t normal & changed out the container in the machine & got him another OJ. But the hotel rooms don’t have working phones so had to change rooms . maintenance guy was super nice & even got me a new key bc some rooms...
It was our anniversary and we had date night plans. We ran by the hotel to grab something real quick and realized we were locked out. The battery was dead in the supposedly new lock. The maintenance guy had to break a window to get us into our room and we were two hours late to our plans. Very frustrating
The breakfast was very tasty. The staff that runs the breakfast bar were Great! Friendly & professional. The hotel itself is outdated But fairly clean. If your in town briefly only to shower & sleep, I would give the overall experience 3 stars. But luxury it is not!! I was in town for a wedding. All I can say is Renovate!!
Amazing Stay as always, Room was clean, staff was friendly. Only complaints are elavators not working and Dr Pepper never changed out when empty. Overall it was a great stay.

A modern, attractive hotel, providing all the amenities one would expect at the price. It is in an excellent location for the Amtrak train station.
I stay there often on business travel. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous and have quickly resolved the few problems that I have had over the years. The bar staff is excellent. The bar manager, William, takes good care of me when stop in. His personality and focus on excellent service is what makes the hotel bar and restaurant such a great place to hang out after a long day.
The room is beautiful but specifically I’d like to mention the bartender William. Extremely friendly and helpful. Very refreshing display of what a good bartender should be. He takes great care in checking on the patron and making sure he makes himself available. Extremely satisfied with my barroom and dining experience!!
Ellie at the front desk was awesome. Took special time to make sure rooms were set up and all my family’s needs were accommodated. Also Karen in the breakfast area went above and beyond to try to accommodate my wife who has celiac disease. She actually came to our table to find out what types of food she would be able to eat. She said that she hopes the next time we come to town they will have gluten...
We held a large conference/event at the Courtyard Marriott and I was more than impressed with a few of the employees. Matt, Karen and Zach were EXCEPTIONAL. Matt and Karen took care of all of our event needs, they were always checking in, making sure we had what we needed and were so kind and accommodating. I’ve hosted a lot of events across the country and never had better event management. Matt and...
Absolutely amazing!! April took VERY good care of us from the beginning to the end. All the staff were so helpful and nice. Room was spectacular for the price. Loved our view. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast was DELICIOUS with fresh omelettes and waffles. Will definitely put this location in my favorites. Swimming pool was clean yet cold. Nothing but great things from this stay!!! Thanks again!!

Absolutely amazing! We stop here on our long drive to visit family. This place is amazing! We have three young kids and they have the best pool for them!! 10/10 best place to stay.
Friendly staff. Rooms were extremely clean. Perfect location. We will continue to stay at this establishment during our OKC visits.
The hotel and room were very nice. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our room was hot even though the thermostat was set to 60 degrees. Parking in the area is all paid with the option of $37/night valet at the hotel, expect to pay a hefty price one way or the other.
The valet parking at $40 daily wasn't the business, the other parking in the garage a half block away maxed out at $25 per day. AIt would be ideal for a visitor to park across the street by Pro Bass Shop or find a free parking untill 11:00 p.m. then use the garage and save approximately half in parking fees and avoid towing expenses. So yeah, if you're not local you're in great shape, I do so love...
Staff were awesome! Always greeting guests with a smile and happy to help with anything asked. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Very easy place to connect you to bricktown. Enjoyed the staff, food, and drinks! Everyone aas polite

I went there for couple nights for an event. due to having to valet I had the pleasure of Gerardo parking my car. He was very kind, had manners ,and was very professional also very helpful with directions. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!
We came into town for 1 night to go to a Thunder game. This hotel was in a great location to attend a game, short walk to Paycom Center. You have to use their valet for parking which will be $35 + any tips you leave the staff. Other than the cost being a downside, the valet process was pretty quick and easy. Breakfast costs $15/person so we skipped. Overall a good experience if you’re in the area and...
I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Kamden through valet parking, and his service is consistently outstanding. He’s always on time with my vehicle, extremely helpful, and genuinely friendly. Camden goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless, and his welcoming demeanor is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend his valet service to anyone.
The Staff was great. The location was amazing loved being walking distance to the ball field and river walk. Only two issues: the hot water on the top floor took 15 min to get warm, no exaggeration. Also, if we are paying 38 dollars for parking, I have a hard time giving a 7 dollar suggestive tip. The guys were awesome and we left a tip but not 7 dollars. The bar and food area was awesome and the staff...
I recently had the pleasure of having Cole valet my car, and I was thoroughly impressed with his service. From the moment I handed him my keys, Cole exuded professionalism and efficiency. He navigated a busy evening with ease, ensuring my car was parked and retrieved promptly despite the high demand. Glad we had the breakfast vouchers. Cookies are always a great treat to start our stay. Comfortable stay.
We were on the 1st floor corner room, and wind was blowing pretty hard with rain. The next morning the carpet was wet up against the wall. Don’t stay in room 140.
What i truly love is how convenient it is to get to and from the airport. The facility, even during busy times, is well maintained. There are other hotels in the area that remind me of trap houses that i responded tonin my days as a paramedic. This is not one of them. I will continue to do bisiness here until im given areason not to.
This is our favorite place to stay in OKC. It is usually quiet, but this time it was not. Understably so with a wrestling tournament in town.
Was convenient to the airport and nearby restaurant. Staff was very helpful in providing information on shuttle service.

My husband and I have stayed here twice now when in town for the horse races at Remington Park. First, the shower is amazing, the water pressure is like getting a massage. The bed is very comfy. CLEAN, CLEAN!! We have had wonderful experiences both times. This hotel is as good or better than some of the higher end hotels we have stayed at. Whenever we are in the OKC area this will always be our go...
It was a very clean room and pool area was clean. The staff was knowledgeable about the city and hole in the wall places to eat. The hotels restaurant was good and not over priced. They even had a little snack store off the front desk with drinks and a variety of snacks it was open 24/7.
Rooms were large. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious. The man on duty when we arrived was great. Our visit was great.
I stayed here for three nights while visiting OKC. Positives: The location is great! 5 miles from downtown, 2 miles from major restaurants and a shopping mall, and gas stations are very close. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool (3-5 Ft deep) and a hot tub. You will have to be a registered guest to use swimming pool facilities with a capacity of 24. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, no lifeguard...
Staff is always helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Breakfast of great and they have a well stocked bar.

The guy at Check in was very nice. We were there for a party and he couldn’t get us close to the event so he reduced our price to $65. It was a nice and comfy room with a full fridge. The shower water pressure was amazing too. There is a Taco Bell right next door too so big plus for us
It was really great hospitality and the staff were very helpful
Was there for 1 night Definitely no frill budget hotel but ok Didn’t have a problem with cleanliness Room door had an issue around 8 pm and receptionist was very quick to attend to the issue and fix it, lost my key and got it replaced It’s good if attending the event near by
Best days inn I've ever stayed at, the rooms are very clean and smell good, I give there service 1000%
Good value, just off the interstate. Most rooms are away from street noise, and the location is elevated relative to the highway. Good-sized rooms that are well-lit, and feature queen- and king-sized beds. All rooms have microwave oven and refrigerator.
The motel was just ok. We started in one room that the ac and ice box didn't work and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. They moved us to another room where the TV didn't work. The motel is not located in the best part of town. And the breakfast was not that great. The pool was nice and the beds were fine but overall it was just eh.

The staff here went out of their way for me. I left my wallet behind in The room and they made sure it was returned to me with everything in tact. Thank you thank you thank you
Cheap clean and in great location
I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn a few times, and although it is not a luxury hotel, it is nevertheless a comfortable and friendly place to stay. I have always found the room to be neat and clean, and well-cared-for. The amenities are fine, and if you stay here I think you will have a good night sleep. I know I do.

I have to say the experience here is completely wonderful. This is an oasis of peacefulness and class. Wyatt, the valet and bellman, has been very helpful and attentive. In face everyone here has been. The restaurant staff have all been very nice and service is fabulous. They actually know to serve from the side and not across the table. True thoughtful service is a rarity these days. The bartender...
Very nice restaurant with outside seating on the roof. Loved it! Staff Very Nice and Professional, even called for my vehicle. Job well done, Ambassador Hotel Oklahoma, Job well done!
I had a fantastic stay at the Ambassador Hotel in Oklahoma City this weekend! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, with a charming atmosphere that really enhances the experience. Plus, it's conveniently located in Midtown, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend the Ambassador Hotel for anyone...
This was probably the best Marriott experience I've had. The room was in pristine condition, the air conditioner worked perfectly. I wish they had free on site parking but the Valet was convenient to use. I also wish they had a breakfast buffet.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a little weekend getaway from home! I chose it because it was one we haven’t stayed in before, it had a pool, and it’s walkable to so much. The pool is small, but it was just what we needed! You could order food and drinks via text and they brought it right out. We just wanted a quiet escape and it provided that. We also enjoyed walking to businesses nearby...

If you're looking for somewhere for more than a week this is a great place. It's cheap for weekly pay. The rooms are kinda small, but they have 2 beds available. They offer breakfast. The staff is kinda rude, depending on whose working, but overall I had a pretty decent experience. It's quiet. You don't really get bothered by your neighbors. If you don't mind everything around smelling like pot. Lol

The rooms were very nice, with excellent internet service. The breakfasr served in the morning was nice as well, and it was conveniantly located next to several resturaunts in Oklahoma City within walking diatance
Good hotel with excellent staff, plus they accept the FAA long-term training lodging rate, so I'm warning Marriott points for my stay.
No issues with anything. The room and bed were fine and the employees were nice. Breakfast was okay. It's not in the best area, but not much around it either.
Stayed for one night. Staff was nice. Room was dated but clean. I normally don’t complain about beds because everyone has a preference, but this was one of the worst I’ve slept on in while. They are queen but they are so worn out that the mattresses don’t hold shape on the edges so sleeping two people is difficult. They are unbearably soft and don’t hold well. It was one of the worst nights sleep I...
Great place for an overnight "staycation"! Movie theater and restaurant in walking distance. Bed is extremely comfortable! Front desk clerks were full of personality and exhibited wonderful customer service. I Will definitely book here again.
Great rooms, excellent breakfast with many choices!! We especially enjoyed the fresh pineapple and greek yogurt choices, what a treat! And not something we usually see at hotel breakfast areas. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was filled in with concrete, although the signs are still up, and even the knobs on the walls to control it. The pool was not the most clean or impressive that I...

It’s under new management, Staff, very respectful, very helping rooms are very clean very well kept. A really nice motel room to stay and I enjoyed myself very much. Thank you guys I will return.
Nice rooms The young lady in the office is amazing she is so sweet and helpful she gove the kind of customer service you would love to get everywhere. The area is good food and stores close it was quiet and comfortable .
I've been to this motel many times the rooms are always very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is also very convenient for my network and myself. Everyone I know are always comfortable, peaceful and local when we get together at the motel 6. The location is also very convenient to the airport, the highway, the dollar store, diner restaurant is right there for dine in eating...
Only bad thing I have to say is this motel needs to be remodeled & hire more staff for cleaning. & The remote was missing in my room. So I couldn't watch tv. I was only there for a couple days. This location wasn't bad at all. I didn't have to worry about bugs . But the rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly. I will be honest & say I left this location only because of a mix up with the booking. Came right...
Nice little place semi quiet. Was visiting a friend staying there and didn't have any issues tho she was a bit afraid to go to the gas station down the street by herself. She liked it tho because it was cheap
The staff was very nice! The room was old and needs updated. The microwave and fridge was in the room but was not plugged in and there was no outlet to plug them into. We just needed a room cheap and close to where we needed to be. If we had to we might stay there again. The staff was really nice.
