Bed is comfy, room clean but a little outdated

Cocktails aren’t good; they are made from bad taste mixes. Should be avoided. Room towels need some replacements. In general, the hotel needs some upgrades; it looks way worse than a few years back. Welcoming staff and a pretty clean room.

Nice hotel in a great location. Charleston Restaurant (which is a wonderful restaurant) was right next door. The staff, especially Kylie, were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we checked in. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, two TV sets, small refrigerator and coffee bar.

Loved the room, clean and comfortable. Liked having the sitting area, microwave refrigerator. Liked having the bar, restaurant area available. The breakfast was okay but for the charge it could have been better, Will definitely stay there again

Rooms - the pop up drain in the sink was so gross underneath that dirty particles came out from under and it wouldn’t drain properly. Air conditioning was inconsistent. Carpet is running up the walls and loose in some places so it hangs off the wall. ******* says it is a free breakfast buffet but it costs $15 per person.

We stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Upon checking in and getting into the room, we noticed the toilet was running continuously. We went back to the front desk and were given a different room no problem. We get to the next room and the card reader would not work. We went back and forth 3 times before it worked. Was jenky the rest of the trip as well. We went to use the restroom and the handle to flush...

The shower in our room ran out & water got all over the bathroom floor. The toilet never stopped running. There was a small rip in sheets on the bed. We opted for valet parking because the parking garage was so far away (down the block). We didn't use the restaurant/bar on property. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean & inviting. Wish there was free breakfast. Also would have liked less expensive, closer parking. The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for Bricktown. We loved overlooking the baseball stadium. The bartender was awesome and we enjoyed eating breakfast twice during our stay. The valet workers were certainly working hard and running to get our car. We will definitely book this hotel in the future. Hopefully, we can be on the top floor.

The staff is so amazing! They made my son and i feel so welcomed. Thank you for having a staff with such great and friendly personalities. Roxanne and Kyja were the 2 that we had a pleasure interacting with throughout our entire stay. The gym was clean and you made the 24 hour access convenient. Thank you!

Parking should be included. Was an extea $40. Breakfast as well. $15 per person a little steep. Great location. Great staff. Only 1 of 3 elevators was in service. Long waits. Clean well kept room with comfortable bed.

The room was clean, but the valet helpers were rude. I’m a handicap person and they came up to me and said can you hurry and get in your car and I said i’m going as fast as I can.

My mom and I travelled through OK. Stayed here for a couple of nights. Quiet area and off a couple of main roads. Not far from the airport either (10 minutes?). The rooms were big and clean. We were happy to be able to adjust the shower head, at another BW we couldn’t adjust the shower head. Overall, would stay here again.

Friendly staff! We were here 2 weeks and got to know everyone-very nice people here. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast options, good dinners too. I would definitely stay here again ! Good parking, handy laundry facilities and they had Paramount channel so we could watch Yellowstone!!

This place use to be great! Going downhill fast! Rooms are sorta clean, light above the sink area had no lights, made it hard to do makeup! Toilets DO NOT FLUSH very well! Shower drain full of hair causing slow drain...eh, going somewhere else next time! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a pretty good experience here. There were a lot of bikers that booked the same day as us and the front desk lady Melody was amazing ! She handled the lobby by herself with at least 30 people trying to check into their rooms. She provided me with all the answers I needed and felt like she genuinely cared about providing everyone good service. The room was nice and tidy. One of the smoothest hotel...

The staff in the morning at the counter and breakfast area were great. The food we had for breakfast was also very good. The area around the hotel was a little concerning in that there was quite a few homeless people about a block away. I would have preferred a firmer mattress. But overall the room was decent.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great, plenty of linens and shower accessories.I was in town for family matters so the location was great for visits to them, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from thank you!

Customer service was superb at check in!! We arrived about 25 minutes early, so I asked if by chance our rooms were available yet (not expecting at all, just rolling the dice) and she was so pleasant..checked us in early and accommodated rooms next to each other. We always stay at the Courtyard when we travel to OKC for a Thunder game as it is clean, friendly, affordable and the perfect location...

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The tables in the lobby were dirty and you could tell hadn’t been wiped off. The elevator panels were also filthy.

Good location; just outside Bricktown. Self parking was located in the multilevel parking garage next door. The hotel, however, is a bit run down.

We only stayed for 1 night. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Especially the Valet guy. 10/10

The staff was excellent. The TV didn't work when we checked into our room, but the staff fixed it quickly. No one cleaned our room or changed out towels after our first night, but when we complained, clean towels were brought quickly.

I had a great time there! It was my first time in OKC! What I like the most was the great customer service of their staff! Congratulations!

We paid $42 a night over Christmas because our son had to get admitted to the hospital for a diabetic emergency. We got way more than we bargained for. Hot breakfast every morning, comfy bed, comfortable room with a microwave and fridge…it was great. The area of town in rig hit before the Airport so literally the border of industrial and city activity. Lol. We would stay again!

First room air didnt work. Second room wasn't properly cleaned. The bed was great.

We had no hot water the first night and then in the morning had to move rooms and then the ac did not get cool. It was very quiet there so no problems on that.

Yes but when i tried to check out this morning at 7 no one was in the office there was no way for me to contact the front desk so i had to come back to recive my deposit then when i came back at 12 there still was no one at the desk i had to wait outside for 30 min till desk cleark answer a number posted on the door that was not there this morning

This was an older, dated hotel. The carpet was very soiled and the heater was extremely loud. But overall the room appeared to be clean on the surface. Not sure what it was but after 5 hours in the room I had an asthma attack.

The guy at Check in was very nice. We were there for a party and he couldn’t get us close to the event so he reduced our price to $65. It was a nice and comfy room with a full fridge. The shower water pressure was amazing too. There is a Taco Bell right next door too so big plus for us

Was there for 1 night Definitely no frill budget hotel but ok Didn’t have a problem with cleanliness Room door had an issue around 8 pm and receptionist was very quick to attend to the issue and fix it, lost my key and got it replaced It’s good if attending the event near by

Edgar our valet driver was wonderful and so informative on the area. Also, took us to The National as an extra stop. He went above and beyond with his service!

They’ve got to work on their valet. Although very nice, we had wait times of 10 + minutes. Almost missed a dinner reservation due to valet. Rooms are always great, staff is always nice and service oriented.

From the nice restaurant downstairs to the beautiful rooms, you will not be disappointed staying at this hotel first class all the way

It was great… Body Wash dispenser was empty upon arrival…mentioned it to the staff and was replaced within minutes…breakfast was good as well as the variety of options…treadmills were operational and clean!! Bravo!!

I have stayed in Tru hotels in different locations, and this one is just a good as the others. Modern furnishings and very clean. We stayed one night as we were passing through, but I always feel confident when making a reservation with Tru that I will get the same quality room as I always had.

The person working the front desk was not friendly or inviting at all. I waited at the desk for a few minutes before they appeared and checked me in. I also watched several other people struggle to find help at the front counter (one person waiting over five minutes after I showed up in the lobby/ another shouting for help to check in) Other than that, everything is great!

The breakfast was cold no matter what time. Justin at front desk extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall a good stay. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was fine with hot and cold options. The thing that keeps me from giving 4 stars is the rooms, and especially the bathrooms need a refresh. But for the price and location this stay with my family was entirely acceptable.

It's worth the 15 minutes drive away from downtown to have this safety, my car is definitely safer at this location. The hot tub is great to relax. I found my new go-to hotel while in OKC.

Clean room, night staff was lovely. Losing a star only because day staff wasn't very friend and seemed inconvenienced heating up some food (in the microwave) for the breakfast area that was pretty empty at 7am. She watched the kids try to get a few drops of syrup as well and didn't bother filling it up for them.

Everything in this he hotel was good. The area seems safe and I don’t worry about my vehicle to much.

I always underestimate the Baymont but the room always has a full length mirror, plenty of room, the lights all work and most of all, love the staff at this Baymont. Well, I love the overnight clerk and the evening gentleman, the daytime lady, maybe the manager is kinda rude but the housekeepers and everyone else are lovely

Our stay was great for the price. I had very low expectations because the price was so low so i was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. If I had any complaints, it's only that the shower water pressure was a bit low and I wish breakfast was provided later in the morning. But these weren't deal breakers and otherwise we enjoyed...

The staff is very friendly, the rooms have a smell but it’s not too bad. It’s a shower and no bath. The floor is slippery. The water smell like chlorine. Heating and AC works well. The general manager was absolutely amazing. I was traveling for a very sudden family death and I arrived at 430 am the morning after my reservation and was greeted with no issue. The standard room was quite nice & large. The sitting room had a sofa, chair, TV, desk, and a coffee nook. The beds were comfy although they suffered from typical hotel beds - over slept on one side. I liked that each room had a thermostat so temperature was highly customizable. The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options, so even though the meat wasn't very tasty, the rest of it was. Having valet for your car is also a plus!

Well, they didn't clean our room Saturday because they said they were very busy, so I guess we didn't make the A list! Staff was very professional and nice. It is what it is for that type of breakfast. Did not use the bar.

Messy Bathroom was dirty and it seemed like maybe someone stayed in room and they just didn’t clean up or replace towels.

I especially liked the staff and they were easy going and like friends or family. They didn't rush me whicj has been a problem with other motel 6 and they treated me well as well accommodating

Got a room that had a broken toilet seat, broken window, broken fridge, and AC unit but the servers remedied most of the issues and the staff is amazing and kind! Not a fan of the water taste tho cause the water was quite hard from the sink and the pH was not very good either.

This is a lovely motel! It's clean and filled with comfortable items that will make you feel at ease. We were in town for a stressful event, and returning to this room was very relaxing.

Nice employees, the room is clean and the rest of the hotel is clean too. Lobby is nice. Outside is clean ( I have a dog and she's happy with the grass here) I asked for a first floor room they did it with no problem, thank you guys!
