Our ac only worked half the night. No one was at the office so we called the number on the door. The gentleman did come push some buttons and got it to turn on but it shut off again 2 hours later. The popcorn on the ceiling in our room was drooping. I think from water damage. Other than that it was fine. My advice is ask for a newly renovated room. They have worked on a few of them and those are pretty nice. For a low budget hotel it was clean. Bed wasn't terrible. 100$ a night is pretty steep though. 60$ makes more sense for a non renovated room. I dont know how this place charges more than the motel 8 down the street.

This hotel has the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. They refused to honor my cancelation despite having the text message of the room being cancelled. Do not make any reservations here unless it is your last resort and you are for sure pulling into the hotel. I assume the rooms are as poor quality as the management.

Reserved a king and when we got here all they had were double rooms. No light bulbs in lamps. We were here with friends for an event or we would have chosen another hotel. So not worth it.

We will not stay there again.
Our room was infested with roaches. It would have been different if we saw one or two, but every every time we went to the sink to wash our hands there would be five or six. We went into the bathroom and there were several running along the walls. We looked up and there were a couple on the ceiling. It was disgusting!

The guy at Check in was very nice. We were there for a party and he couldn’t get us close to the event so he reduced our price to $65. It was a nice and comfy room with a full fridge. The shower water pressure was amazing too. There is a Taco Bell right next door too so big plus for us

This is an older property that has not been maintained. The room was dirty (trash from previous traveler, food in the mini fridge), sheets had cigarette burns on them, no blankets just sheets (three flat sheets were used instead of a blanket to make the bad). No tissues or toilet paper were in the room (got a roll from the front desk, looked like it has gotten wet and then dried). No soap either! No ice bucket. There are other motels in the area that I will choose from next time.

We booked a specific room with a jacuzzi over a month in advance. Confirmed this specific room at time of booking and payment. Day of check-in had to wait over 20 minutes for clerk to come to front desk. He then proceeded to tell us we had only booked a “standard room”. Not the jacuzzi tub room. Then told us we were in luck and could still get jacuzzi room for an additional $100 when I told him know he tried to negotiate with me and was willing to lower the price to $50 extra if I paid cash. Basically he was trying to scam us.
So we took our basic room (which was still decent) as our only option, because we didn’t want to argue with him all night.
