Room was neglected, staff was not super helpful either, asked for new towels snd to have our garbage removed and we had been gone all day and it wasnt

Room was clean, convenient place to stay near the airport. Front Desk staff were friendly. No microwave or refrigerator in the room.

One staff number, Irene, is unbelievably rude. I’ve been staying there for several weeks because I’m working out of town in Redmond. She has been rude to me in every interaction we’ve had and I’ve heard her be extremely rude to other guests as well. I’ve caught her talking to other staff members about me in very derogatory ways. I’ve complained to the manager who doesn’t seem to care. I’ve also heard the manager be extremely rude so I believe it’s the culture of the work environment and being rude to guest is perfectly acceptable. After this last week of staying there I went to corporate and although they seemed empathetic, I’ve heard nothing. I am now staying at a different hotel and will never stay there again.

The rim was dirty, the toilet ran constantly, and the staff was borderline rude. It was cheap tho.

Clean room. Front desk guy really nice. But there were several ceiling tiles off the ceiling in the hallway, on the floor, exposing pipe and wires. No hair dryer, no coffee pot in the room. Bare bones indeed

It was nice if you didn’t need all the extras that expensive motels have. It is a basic room. Bed was really comfortable…each side had a night stand area which is a plus for us. Shower had great water pressure with a nozzle you could take off the holder and use. That was another plus for us.

My room smelled like dirty sheets, there was a dead roach in the bathroom. And the bed was like sleeping on a rock. Will not be staying here again.

I had automotive issues as my vehicle was broken down on the highway so i couldnt make the trip to redmond Oregon. Called the hotel to try to cancel. They said only ******* could cancel reservation. And turns out i could not contact your company thru website. I am so disappointed in your company there are hardly words to express it. So even with a situation not of ones control, yall make impossible to cancel, just to keep my money. Guessing i have dropped close to 20 grand with your company iver the years. I will never use ******* again, and will tell everyone i know how your company treated me. Enjoy my money for nothing!
