Good, clean room! Friendly stuffs, only if the could've had more Breakfast options.
For the price we paid, this property did not meet our expectations. It was far pricier than other places we stayed on our trip but had no added value.
Staff was friendly, off season so very few rooms were occupied, clean and convenient location.
Nice clean room, super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good location. We were just there for a night. I would stay there again.
Clean room, comfy bed and the staff are always great. It’s a little worse for wear in places, but is still the best place to stay in Tillamook.
Very nice. Would have liked more comfortable chairs next to the table. Would like to be able to 'check out' a 27" HDMI display (since your TV's are bolted to the wall). Would be nice to have bottled water in the fridge or bedside. Very friendly staff.

we came back to rockaway beach and stayed for a few days again, late sept to early oct, which was so much fun.....it was stormy, and we've never seen high tide reach the riprap rocks, so that was a bonus....the room is big, clean, and they do recycling, which is a big plus....i have come here since the 1980's....it's great for beach time, and we walk to town a couple of times a day for a meal....the...
Overall we had an excellent experience. All the most important features were outstanding. The ocean view from the apartment and balcony couldn't have been better. The access to the beach was close and easy. The facility was clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The kitchen was well supplied. It felt safe. Staff was helpful and friendly. There were some less important features that could use improvement...
As always a clean comfortable room. The weather was even excellent. We like the kitchen it is convenient . Lots of towels and washcloths. The room warms up really fast and it's nice to enjoy the fireplace. The deck looks right out to the ocean. We like the extra bedroom
I have been coming here for almost 10 years; 3 times in the last 4 months. I am a good customer. I am clean, responsible, and respectful. I usually leave the room cleaner than I found it. I was extremely disappointed on the trip I just came back from (August 22-25, 2024). We paid extra to have a beach view and 2 pets - $400+ per night with taxes and fees. This is a nice hotel, but definitely not 5...
Very Well designed so that every room (especially on the 2nd floor) is quiet. No shared walls. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. The staff is quick to respond, helpful and friendly. This is one of my favorite hotels in all my years of travel.
Breathtaking views from our ocean side room. Rain prevented use of the balcony but windows on 2 sides brought the view of the changing tide right to us. Beach access was easy. Room was very spacious and immaculate. Nice fireplace. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and couch.

Location is great, but cottage needs work.
No TV, no smoke alarm, no bedding for pullout bed, which was very uncomfortable, no TP, and the glass siding door does not lock.
Check-in was smooth and the location is great.
Breathtaking view and excellent staff very helpful
The cottage was good except fishy smell in kitchen, after a while just got used to it. The bay was nice had a great fire in the pit I loved the sunset 🌇 considering price for overnight lodging great valve will be back
The cabin was comfortable but was a bit small. Some paint chipping inside but in decent condition. No thermostat control but had a fan and heater provided. Nice partial view of the docks and bay. Road in was a but difficult in need of repair.
Beautiful picturesque views. Most staff were friendly. The gentleman with the reservations was stellar. While there, one seemed to be lacking social skills but was helpful. The other was friendly but not very knowledgeable.
I have been coming here for over 30 years, so seeing the place turning to rubbish is hard. Definitely some safety concerns like the stairs. They are working on the roads, so hopefully...
No Tv in cottage, i believe there was one in the lodge across the street but this was perfect for a quiet evening with spouse for some good quality time together and no distractions or interruptions.
Beautiful location on the Nehalen River. Registration booth looks neglected, but the building we stayed in was an entire small house! Very clean. Spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable.
