Expedia’s website sold me the room with “Breakfast.” That is “Breakfast included!” However, the hotel staff to me the Breakfast must be purchased!!!!

Our stay was very nice. Bed was comfortable and our room was clean. The staff was very friendly and the bar/bistro looked inviting. A few notes, the pillows were way too soft and do not offer support, bring one if you are particular. Also we checked out the indoor pool but declined to use it because they were giving a child a swimming lesson with official swimming instructors. Not sure if that was...

Great, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic weekend stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked. we noticed a nice note from the cleaning staff. The location was perfect close to everything we needed but still peaceful. Really appreciated that the checkout was at 12 noon. We’ll definitely be back!

The front desk associate, I want to say his name is Randy, was wonderful. Nice beds, the shower needs a redesign.

Wonderful stay! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was well lit, large, and clean as well. The bed was comfy and the heating system in the room functioned well! Room was great, staff was all very kind. Breakfast had great options and I see why it's been voted one of the best breakfasts for this hotel.

Front desk checkin person (young lady) was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed, pillows, and bedding were clean and comfortable. Large flat screen TV was great and had NetFlix access. Breakfast was excellent and had healthy choices like oatmeal and yogurt and various juices. Tables were clean. Staff was attentive. Very easy and pleasurable stay.

Hotel was in perfect condition. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were emaculate and breakfast was amazing. The staff at the typical hotel breakfast came over to all the tables asking how everything was. A great family trip.

Everything was great other than not being able to use the outdoor facilities as they were due for inspection. Also randomly painting the walls was a little strange to do at 5pm but overall a good experience

Checked in by the wonderful Kristen. Our room was ready and very convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub and complimentary laundry. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Good coffee too. We had a great experience and will hopefully return.

Service was terrific.  I especially want to call out Antonio, Waco check us in late at night and also checked us out.  He was exceptional, with impeccable speech, efficiency, and professionalism.   I also appreciated the fitness Center and pool.

our bed sheet had a permanent yellowish stain. It was obvious that it had been washed, but the stain wasn't going anywhere. You should just get rid of it instead of reusing.

room was ok. heater had some difficulty keeping the room heated. No hot breakfast available.

The room was decent and very clean. The bathroom is outdated and the lighting in there was poor. The coffee was super weak, I could see the bottom of the cup. The staff were very nice. They seem to be updating and have new carpets throughout.

Room was clean. We booked a suite got two wash cloths one in each bathroom for 4 guests second night no wash cloths at all

The room was dusty and dirty. The dust was from the remodeling, but should have been cleaned for someone's stay. There was black hair on the "clean" towels and used soap in the shower.

Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. This was our second time here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room smelled like it was just cleaned. Shower and hot tub were amazing. The only downside was the chairs are outdated and not very comfortable to sit in for a long period. Highly recommend staying despite that!

I really wanted to like this place because it looked like it had nice amenities and the price was great. But unfortunately, my 2-night stay was beset by constant problems. When we arrived, the WiFi in our room did not work. I called the desk and was told they would "look into it", but after an hour, still no WiFi. Finally we changed to a different room that HAD WiFi. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and double shower. However we were going to pack up and come home a day early because the bed was so completely uncomfortable. Our backs hurt so bad from the bed that we were constantly taking ibuprofen. It was absolutely miserable.

Room was updated and renovated. Jacuzzi was brand new and massive. The shower room was also brand new with bench seating. Loved the fireplace using the logs they sell at the clubhouse. Service was friendly and they sell all kinds of bath and shower stuff that was so useful.

I like the room renovations and the lighting around the building makes it safe when parking at night.

The person that took our reservation was extremely nice and when we got there, the person that checked us in was also very nice. They have the lobby looking beautiful. I can tell that they’re working on renovation. They were extremely nice and professional.

My main complaint is the smell of **** in the lobby. I was on the first floor so every time we came in or you were hit with the smell.Also I didn't have an ironing board in my room and when I asked the front desk for one they didn't have one. I don't know why he couldn't get one from a empty room .

Immaculate Property and Attentive Staff The only downside to my stay was that it was only one night. If you're in Harrisburg for an extended stay (for business or leisure) this property is set up to meet your needs. My room was spacious and incredibly clean. Great suites here! Especially for family of 5 which is hard to find. Nicely furnished and a great Lobby area. 8 miles from Hershey Park (easy drive) and they have discounted tickets available.

Great hotel for business or family. Easy access to Hershey area. Only 10 minutes from attractions. If you have time, go see the state Capitol building. It is amazing!

The hotel room was spacious and had everything we needed. I do wish more care had been taken with cleaning, as the microwave, counters, and tables did not appear to be wiped and there was a noticeable film of dust. Kitchen did not have enough coffee mugs or drinking glasses. There was only 1 mug and no glasses, just 1 wine tumbler and 3 wine glasses.

This is my fourth year staying here and I must say I was disappointed. Our room was not easily accessible. We had no service for the 4 days we were there. Towels were delivered once and never any housekeeping. I have always been given a room with a private bedroom but not this time. Last year, I even had a fireplace. I always try to stay at a Residence Inn, but this time I was disappointed.

You have to leave the hotel room when it's windy & rainy, and walk a distance, just to get breakfast in the morning! It's very inconvenient and frustrating!

Was only there to sleep. Front desk clerk was very nice and quick. Enough towels in our room. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Complimentary breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The hotel itself is dated, but clean and service was great.
