The greeter at the front desk recognized my hometown(she was from near that area) and was so sweet and friendly and very efficient. The room was spotless and quiet and there were plenty of towels which you rarely get these days in hotels! Breakfast this morning was hot and fresh and the staff had the area clean. She was also helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. Shout out to Lancaster Brewing Company for an excellent dinner!

Wonderful stay! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was well lit, large, and clean as well. The bed was comfy and the heating system in the room functioned well! The breakfast served in the hotel was yummy. Our little ones loved the waffles. Also want to acknowledge the late night staff very friendly and engaging providing us with information. I can't recall their names, but Friday night 12/26 I believe Donna and the other young lady. Definitely will stay again if we return to go to go to Hershey Park! Easy quick drive to the park too.

Food has a great choice. Definitely pet friendly! The room is excellent and neat! Love this place especially Christmas decorations are beautiful!

Room was great, staff was all very kind. Breakfast had great options and I see why it's been voted one of the best breakfasts for this hotel.

Staff was friendly and kind always making sure you were comfortable and chatting with you about your trip. Breakfast was a bit lacking the two mornings were both sausages and the eggs were a bit dry this time. Otherwise, a clean comfortable great stay really nothing to complain about.

Easy check inn and out. Great room and great shower in our room. Breakfast was standard with some alternatives like wafles, bagels, bacon, egg and cereal.

The room was fine- clean. Tv would shut off intermittently.

The problem was a staff member during breakfast. The ceral container was jammed and my son asked for help and she was pretty rude. It was good that my son recorded it so I could see. He did ask her why she had to be so rude and she did say " I didn't mean to be rude" so I guess that's a plus.
