Staff was exceptional! They are are so friendly and helpful. By far the best staff at hotel I have experienced.The room was clean with great amenities.

Room smelled terrible as if the bed, couch, etc was soaked with sweat. I couldn’t sleep it smelled so bad like a locker room. The door needs fixing which I let the staff know. The staff barely said anything to me when I checked in or out - didn’t

Front desk answer me at mid night about the custmer making to much noise, high steps, jumping on the floor at mid night… she said ir was not her busnisses. Never had a problem with a Marriot before. She looks like get upset because I complain the noise from upstairs… we are in a family group with a 97rs old woman. And how can anyone make noises any hour of the day and not her busisness? I never see something like that. Tottaly dispaointed with the answer from the fron desk. Its tottaly disrespectfull. Hope someone look forward for this situation.

The hotel room was spacious and had everything we needed. I do wish more care had been taken with cleaning, as the microwave, counters, and tables did not appear to be wiped and there was a noticeable film of dust. Having a clean hotel room is one less thing to worry about while traveling.
Also, when staying in the suites, they are not directly connected to the main lobby, so you do need to walk outdoors a short distance to get to breakfast, which is not ideal during colder weather.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but due to these issues, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.

The room I booked was not available. Because it was late I had to settle for what they had. No offer of upgrade. I was not made aware of the charge for parking,

Kitchen did not have enough coffee mugs or drinking glasses. There was only 1 mug and no glasses, just 1 wine tumbler and 3 wine glasses.

This is my fourth year staying here and I must say I was disappointed. Our room was not easily accessible. We had no service for the 4 days we were there. Towels were delivered once and never any housekeeping. I have always been given a room with a private bedroom but not this time. Last year, I even had a fireplace. I always try to stay at a Residence Inn, but this time I was disappointed.

You have to leave the hotel room when it's windy & rainy, and walk a distance, just to get breakfast in the morning! It's very inconvenient and frustrating!

Surfaces in the room were sticky. Marriott removed the 2 full beds in the 2BR suite. That is the whole purpose of the 2 BR- sleeping options!
