Breakfast was far could use more options that are healthy . Rooms were very nice and super clean.

The stay was nice however they need to replace tye pillows and have an exterminator come and spray for bugs/roaches

Staff is AMAZING there! From check in to housekeeping and the best complimentary breakfast we have had ANYWHERE. DEFINITELY our new place to stay halfway to Florida for the winter!!! Keep up the good work!

The hotel needs a complete makeover from the moment you walk in their doors.

Entrance mats were filthy.

Staff acted like that they were doing you a favor.

Hallway carpets have stains everywhere.

The room had wallpaper coming off the walls. Again, the room carpets were stained and frayed.

Stay away from this hotel,

We thought Hilton hotel chains would know better that to put their name on a sub par hotel.

Room looked clean, but found some roaches told the front desk and they did not seem to care very much about that

Very friendly and responsive staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay there again when we pass this way.

Everything was clean and spotless but…
Hot tub had no water in it. And one of the main reasons I booked with Hampton because it had a hot tub😕😕😕

The room was just sparce of anything to make it feel welcoming. Yess, it's a suite but there were no pictures on the walls, no flowers (fake or real) on the table. No pillows on the sofa. When you travel you want to feel comfy, a home away from home. This just felt like a hotel room. Not worth the proce I paid (for 2 suites!?!).

Location and size of room was excellent! No where to put luggage though need a luggage stand or something.

The rooms need a total upgrade. The furniture felt sticky and the carpet felt dirty when walking on it. The shower pressure, or shower head, were not good.
The staff were very good and friendly, especially the front desk clerk and the lovely woman setting up the breakfast, which, btw, was very good with several options. The whole place is showing its age unfortunately
