Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .
I am Radisson Rewards member, but couldn’t find my account number. The room was nice and clean and the hotel is at a great location. The woman who worked the front desk when I signed in was just the nicest person ever. When we went to the room I couldn't figure out how to get the air conditioner to work and the TV remote was not working she came upstairs change the batteries on the remote and showed me how to work the air conditioner herself. The very best part of this place is Dan. He’s the night manager and is very well suited for this position. Just a great all around guy. I always love the comfortable beds here. I stop there whenever I'm driving form NY to Florida. I really need rest, and I get it .
I was told there was extra $75 charge for pet when I clearly stated that for my reservation Hotel had a septic smell
Staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was nice. I would go with Excellent but there were a few issues with the handicapped accessible shower. I advised front desk upon checkout and she seemed concerned and advised that the issues would be addressed immediately.
Breakfast was not health conscience. Dining choices around the hotel is poor. Hotel was pricey for what it offered and location.
No hot water . Luke warm. Was awakened in room 126 at 4:00 in the morning from noise from staff in room across the hall. Room was clean, and staff was nice.
The hotel was excellent. In fact we stayed 2 different nights on our travel up and down Rt 95. Breakfast was great and hotel very clean and quiet.

Stayed here for my son's send off into the Army and it was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Hotel was very clean, the continental breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever had ( get the biscuits and gravy, it's AMAZING) . Highly recommended!
Staff has always been helpful, we stay here 2-3 times a year. Convenient location to highway and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is not bad for free. I think it may be time to spruce the rooms up a bit, but still not bad. I like that it does not allow pets because of our severe allergies.

Stumbled in this gem at 1:30am without a reservation. Paul at the front desk was more than accommodating in finding a room and applying discounts. All the other staff seemed very nice as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast included. Thank You!
I love how clean the room and bathroom was. They have 12pm check out , which means you can do a late check out at 1. They also have Dove products. ( lotion, soap, shampoo etc) . The best hotel ever . I was definitely satisfied.

Breakfast was far could use more options that are healthy . Rooms were very nice and super clean.
The stay was nice however they need to replace tye pillows and have an exterminator come and spray for bugs/roaches
Staff is AMAZING there! From check in to housekeeping and the best complimentary breakfast we have had ANYWHERE. DEFINITELY our new place to stay halfway to Florida for the winter!!! Keep up the good work!
Room looked clean, but found some roaches told the front desk and they did not seem to care very much about that
