Park Inn by Radisson Florence, SC

South Carolina, Florence, 1729 Mandeville Rd, Florence 🧭

This rating is based off of my interaction with the assistant manager Daniel, and the breakfast attendant. They were very warm, welcoming and professional. Daniel was VERY pleasant. He even allowed me to see the room before paying to make sure that I was comfortable. That to me is EXCELLENT customer service. I even saw how he interacted with customers that were ahead of me and he was very pleasant...

These are the breakfast items we got for breakfast. We also had good coffee and the juices were also good. The apples were good. The room overall was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was low in the shower and the bathroom was fine. Overall this is an excellent choice and is highly recommended for a stay in Florence off i - 95.

The rooms were very clean for our stay, the housekeeping was the only good staff. When we checked in the lady at the front desk definitely had a mouth on her and was not patient or friendly. Our actual stay was great, the beds are clean and soft. When we got breakfast a lady came out of the kitchen and was rushing everyone to make their food. Breakfast closes at 10 and she was packing everything up...

Daniel is exceptional! Very professional, personable, helpful and thorough. He was meant to do this career. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air condition unit made noise. But not bad enough that I couldn't sleep. The walls are thin. Our King bedroom was next to an adjoining room. It was like the family next door was in our room. We could hear everything. We...

Just a short distance off of the I ninety five exit. We made our reservation only minutes before arriving. Agent at the desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Room was very spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, with a very big shower. The morning breakfast was your typical hot and cold breakfast. And was very good. Even the woman working the breakfast area stopped...

Landscaping was very well maintained. Front doors an windows were clean…off to a great start. Room was clean, nicely setup. It was freezing in there…AC was on 68*. That was overkill. Set to comfortable temp for us. Bed was comfy and clean. No funky smells in room. Desk clerk signing in was very nice and helpful. Leaving next morning clerk wad also very sweet and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence I-95 & I-20 Civic Ctr by IHG

South Carolina, Florence, 3440 W Radio Dr 🧭

Stayed here for my son's send off into the Army and it was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Hotel was very clean, the continental breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever had ( get the biscuits and gravy, it's AMAZING) . Highly recommended!

Staff has always been helpful, we stay here 2-3 times a year. Convenient location to highway and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is not bad for free. I think it may be time to spruce the rooms up a bit, but still not bad. I like that it does not allow pets because of our severe allergies.

I’ve got to tell you this is better than a two star hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was right. We searched for a halfway point from our location to home and Florence, SC was it. We’re not too familiar with the town but we’re familiar with the Holiday Inn brand. This location and hotel far exceeded expectations. And they did not skimp on their delicious breakfast. It...

Very convenient and exceptionally managed/clean hotel. Easy on/off I95 access. Except in one case, the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and professional.

Stumbled in this gem at 1:30am without a reservation. Paul at the front desk was more than accommodating in finding a room and applying discounts. All the other staff seemed very nice as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast included. Thank You!

I love how clean the room and bathroom was. They have 12pm check out , which means you can do a late check out at 1. They also have Dove products. ( lotion, soap, shampoo etc) . The best hotel ever . I was definitely satisfied.

Hampton Inn & Suites Florence-North-I-95

South Carolina, Florence, 1735 Stokes Road 🧭

I always love the comfortable beds here. I stop there whenever I'm driving form NY to Florida. I really need rest, and I get it .

I was told there was extra $75 charge for pet when I clearly stated that for my reservation Hotel had a septic smell

Staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was nice. I would go with Excellent but there were a few issues with the handicapped accessible shower. I advised front desk upon checkout and she seemed concerned and advised that the issues would be addressed immediately.

Breakfast was not health conscience. Dining choices around the hotel is poor. Hotel was pricey for what it offered and location.

No hot water . Luke warm. Was awakened in room 126 at 4:00 in the morning from noise from staff in room across the hall. Room was clean, and staff was nice.

The hotel was excellent. In fact we stayed 2 different nights on our travel up and down Rt 95. Breakfast was great and hotel very clean and quiet.

Hampton Inn & Suites Florence Center

South Carolina, Florence, 3000 W Radio Dr 🧭

Breakfast was far could use more options that are healthy . Rooms were very nice and super clean.

The stay was nice however they need to replace tye pillows and have an exterminator come and spray for bugs/roaches

Staff is AMAZING there! From check in to housekeeping and the best complimentary breakfast we have had ANYWHERE. DEFINITELY our new place to stay halfway to Florida for the winter!!! Keep up the good work!

Room looked clean, but found some roaches told the front desk and they did not seem to care very much about that

Very friendly and responsive staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay there again when we pass this way.

Everything was clean and spotless but… Hot tub had no water in it. And one of the main reasons I booked with Hampton because it had a hot tub😕😕😕
