Memphis Inn in Memphis

Bloody sheets!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Refused to give new sheets or refund. Do not stay here under any conditions. Seriously what if this had HIV attached with it. Beware of this hotel. Most disgusting place I have ever been and I have been to a lot of places.

The carpet is old, crusty and matted. The walls were covered with dust, had not been cleaned in months. The reservation was supposed to include breakfast but none was offered. Skip this place, there are others worthy of your business.

Place was a dump and my wife did not feel safe there, I am still apologizing to her. staff was fine. holes in the wall and ceiling was caving in. upon seeing the room we almost left but we had been driving all day and were tired...we slept on top of towels and left asap

It is what it is, a budget hotel to get a quick night of sleep. The room was slightly dirty and smelled like smoke (non smoking room) and the bed wasn't amazing, but those were our expectations. Elevator was also broken so it was a walkup to our room.

I checked into my room and the clerk was very rude he over charged me and kept telling me I need to deal with choices because he was not going to change anything. I went to my room the blankets on both beds had burn holes all over it. Went to clerk and he tells me that I can just deal with Manager the next day while sitting down on couch I felt some thing in my hand and I looked it was a bed bug now I was only in room for bout 45 mins and I went down to clerk asked if he would call manager explained it was bed bugs and that I would not could not stay in that room his response is you can just call choices tomorrow and they can deal with the situation. I then went back to the room got pictures and video and took it back down and clerk said pics and video don't mean anything and with an attitude said he would not get the manager. It took me almost an hour to get something done but the 2nd. Leek that can I'm was very pleasant and he did help but the fact that bed bugs were there I would say be very careful I won't be returning to here or personally any choice hotel. The room was extremely dirty and in poor repair. The electrical outlets were loose fitting in the wall so we decided not to charge our devices (we didn't want to replace our cell phones). The room was disgusting and we observed major cockroach activity. We were in the room 1 hour before leaving. On our way out, the concierge stated that he would not provide a refund because we paid with a credit card. He was very rude and unhelpful. I will not stay in a Days Inn again.

Nasty rooms and nasty attitudes.

I was in town back in 2019 to make final arrangements for my mother. Despite my heightened emotional state, I was nice and sweet. I said thank you, used please, answered with no sir/yes sir. But the moment I commented upon the condition of the room, it turned to "you people this" and "you people that ". The man called me a trouble maker...

I broke down and cried...i couldn't help it.
I'm glad my friend was there to comfort me.
Whoever was at the front desk that day was
a horribly insensitive man.

If find myself in the area again, I'm definitely steering clear and you should too.

Guy at the front desk drags so long and is super rude. Room has torn up carpet and mysterious substances on furniture and wall. Stood outside for 30 mintues at night and saw atleast 5 to 10 cops patrolling the area. Cheap so i guess you got to pick and choose

Horrible place, it is falling apart. The front desk guy was rude and disrespectful. Also has false advertising. Offers breakfast but they didn't have it. When I ask for compensation because they offered it. The guy told me very rude you go any other place.
