Lovely hotel far away from downtown but at a great price point. It was clean and comfy and a great staff. Shoutout to the young lady, Lee at the front desk.

Very clean, beds were firm but comfy. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I enter into the hotel the staff greeted us with a Big smile and that's very important see she was very tentative and and nice she did a great job give me my room quickly

Staff. Unprofessional, guests visibly drunk, and loud, vehicle was briken into along with several others, staff seemed disinterested. , restaurant was missing food items again.. will not be returning

At first the room we had the tv didnt work... told lady at front desk, very accommodating handled the complaint well and swapped us rooms the room we swapped to i felt like was bigger and she gave us a percent off our next stay, the 2nd room the fridge didnt work but i didnt mind bc i was there for surgery

. No body wash in my room, I washed up with Shampoo.
. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone didn’t work so I had to inconvenience myself and go to the desk.
. The room above me was running around and jumping up and down, which was annoying.
. I told the front desk about these issues and nothing was done nor did they inform anyone.
. I will not be staying at your Hotel again.

The stay was good but the staff wasn’t available for some parts of my stay when I needed to ask a question

I’ll never come back there to stay. Only things that was good where the drinks at the bar. The food was horrible. The smell was terrible in the room. Wish I could get a refund. I don’t recommend nobody to stay there.

Only one employee to man front desk and take and cook breakfast orders. Not fair to employees or guests. Breakfast is not free and is very limited, but good if you are willing to wait.

We booked a king suite and got double beds. The toliet handle was broken and we have to lift up the top of the toliet to hand pull the flush bar. The toliet paper holder is almost falling off.
The furniture in the room seems old and worn. Many of the outlets and usb changing ports are either not working or very loose where the cord keeps coming loose.
I will say the staff was friendly and the room is clean.
