Besides a clean comfy room & excellent location, this hotel has a staff dedicated to taking care of their guests! In the haste to make an early departure, we left the safe filled with cash & other valuables. When I realized our mistake (580 miles away,) I immediately called the front desk. Within minutes, I was speaking with Ricky Beard, the evening security officer. He assured me that ALL of my belongings...

Every single staff member I’ve had conversations with is extremely friendly and informational! The staff is amazing. Bar prices seem pretty high but to be expected. The rooms weren’t horrible, our room could use some mattress updates as they seem “worn in” but not extremely uncomfortable. Everything is nice and clean.

We had a great weeks stay at the Sheraton! The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfy. The air conditioner worked fine. The towels were soft. The TV was really big! The staff was very nice and helpful! We also ate at the restaurant and it was good and the servers were so nice!! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be near the Cannon Center!

Room was okay - just a small stain near the door, towels and bedding was fresh, was going to an event at the convention center across the road, so it was very convenient. Bar/lounge was a bit pricey, and valet was $26/day to fair warning for anyone coming here to do research first so it doesn't surprise you, those are the only real negatives of an overall great time. Very nice Property. And the location is just amazing. Everything you may need is within walking distance. Most restaurants, super markets are literally across the parking lot. Seems to be a very diverse and eclectic area. I enjoyed my short stay and plan or returning for a longer exploration trip.

The room we were put in had dents all in the dry wall where it looked as though someone was slammed into it. The headboard and ceiling had blood stains, and there was mold in the cracks of the ceiling. We had some weird stuff happen around 4:00 am in our room that woke everyone up. I came here to enjoy my time at a convention that I love to go to yearly. But late at night, we got word that people were trying to rob people's cars in the parking lot. The hotel was on it asap, and police stayed at the location taking care of the matter. The fact that the hotel was on it in a matter of minutes makes me feel relieved and trust I can enjoy the hotel agian next and be safe.

We got there a little bit late and the receptionist sir already had everything done all I had to do was pick up the key to the room and that was it so I really appreciate it the good service

The Airline I was traveling on had to cancel because they didn't have a pilot to fly the plane. So when they canceled they put everyone up at a local hotel for the night, and they gave a meal voucher. The hotel was nice, but didn't have a hot meal for the night because they too were trying to come back from covid and didn't have the staff in place for the kitchen or the shuttle.

Staff are exceptional and magnificent. This hotel is being renovated and still does business. I love this hotel and was put here on Swift's behalf and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Only downside of being here is due to the renovations it's alot of loud banging when you're trying to sleep early mornings. I had a great experience. We stated two nights. Rooms and staff was awesome. Its a safe environment for children. They have security. However, for the price, the room and bathroom couldve been more cleaner.

Nice hotel for the price, and the staff was very pleasant except for one woman working at the front desk who looked like she'd rather not be there. The free shuttle is a nice bonus, and they will take you anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel which makes it convenient to go downtown! Got there at 4:30 pm and had to wait a good 45 mins for a room that wasn't the one we booked but we took it. The double queen beds in 515 were horrible. I tossed and turned a good 7 times. The staff was VERY professional; from D'Larissa at the desk to Reggie our shuttle driver. The vibe was really chill..until a bunch of teenagers came in & changed that BUT it is not a knock towards the hotel.. they were awesome. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Memphis to stay THERE.

Property is old and not well maintained. It is clean, but the bed was collapsed on one side and not comfortable at all.

Check in staff was friendly but failed to explain they do not clean rooms every day during my 4 day stay paid in advance. The floor was very sticky, bathroom wasn't very clean and both door very dirty. The cabinets were bare & microwave in very bad condition.

Stayed at this location a couple of years and enjoyed it, this time with the new renovation, we loved it. As platinum elite members the manager on duty upgraded us to a suite on the top floor that was big and beautiful. Loved our stay.

Looked them up online. The hotel seemed newly renovated online so I thought hmmm... maybe they won't be all that bad. The room was $120 + an extra early check in fee of $60. Should've been red flag but whatever. The room was decent although you had to go ask the front desk for tissue. The shower barely had any hot water and there wasn't a full flow from shower head. I saw roaches in the bathroom...

My power came back on right after I checked in so I didn't stay. The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. My only concern/complaint is my reservation was for $79 w/ tax and fees $95.41. The amount charged to my card was $154.54 + another charge for $40.00 it felt like they were getting over on people with no power.

Hotel was a bit on the older side and needed a bit of cleaning in the room, however the sheets seemed clean and it was quiet in the rooms within the hotel. Road noise was an issue in our room and there were strange wet spots we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. Rooms were spacious and the front desk was accommodating and helpful. Overall a decent place to stay for a night or two.

Perhaps it was due to the holiday weekend but the rates were 50% higher than normal and although it was our first stay at this particular Comfort Inn, the quality of the room was not as high as other Comfort Inns that we have stayed. The water pressure in the shower was low and the local TV channels were distorted with interference. I expected better for $150 per night.

It was a great experience, the front desk clerk was amazing! Asia had a positive attitude and was a blessing for the evening. Rooms were clean and ready. I would definitely visit there again.

Although the hotel is dated and can use some paint and refurbishing, the staff was SUPERB, helping us with so many aspects of our stay! The country inn and suites has a very nice ambience about it. This location was very clean but it’s under construction right now due to some changes. The only thing I didn’t like was the vinyl on the floor versus the carpet but it has a nice touch to it. Customer service was very friendly and professional. Staff was great ! Breakfast was good, just basis. Breakfast tables and area were clean. The carpet is rest of the hotel was dirty. Same chunks of stuff was on floor when we got there and still there when we left. Had problems with noise / loud fighting people, staff addressed it immediately. Dog barked for over 2 hours . This Country Inn & Suites was nice! They have signs up saying they are remodeling asking to excuse the sounds, I never heard them. The room we stayed in was very clean. The staff was nice. The pool looked nice and clean too, wish we could've stayed longer and been able to enjoy it! It was quiet and the parking lot was very well lit at night.

The room was pleasant although the location of the hotel is subpar. The fire alarm in my room was missing which was..alarming. The continental breakfast wasn't exceptional, mostly the inedible eggs that bothered me. This all sounds so critical but it's all true. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool and gym but the both looked nice and well maintained! Lastly the staff was very nice and accommodating

We had been traveling all night with 4 children and were absolutely exhausted. The manager worked hard to get us into our rooms early so that we could rest. She was kind and compassionate and that means the world to us. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we were satisfied. Very great stay, highly recommend.

I did not stay in the hotel but I visited my family who did stay. The fact that they enjoyed the stay so much they extended it by 2 days proves it was a nice place. I was so happy to see my family that traveled all the way from Texas I'm sure you can see it in the smiles we share. I really like this Hamptom Hilton. It’s got a good pool and very nice people staying at the hotel as well as the employees. I have severe scoliosis and mobility issues and the people staying there were some of them nicest most accommodating people I’ve ever met in my life. What a blessing 🥰

I don't why others left negative reviews. Our king size bed was comfortable, the room was clean and did not smell. There WERE NO BUGS. Breakfast was very good with link sausage, biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs that were not overdone. They had make your own waffles and pancakes. Stay on the side away from the freeway, it's VERY noisy.

First stay at BW Plus Premier. Really bright lobby, friendly staff, comfortable bed and REAL scrambled eggs were on breakfast buffet. Room was small and sink was in room (versus bathroom) so more difficult for wife to sleep while I shaved but it allowed one of us to shower while other brushed teeth. Great value for the price. We'll stay at BW again!

Stayed 2 nights and it was a great stay. First night heat didn’t work but thankfully it was a mild night and we could stand it. The next morning they got right on it and put a new unit in. The lady at the front desk gave us walking directions to Beale Street. It was kind of far so we paid $10 to park up to 5 hours. A local in the parking lot said dont walk at night.

Not a 5 star hotel just get me by hotel The key card wouldn’t let me in the room I had to try it 5 time Friday night. Saturday morning when I came back from my 5k race the key card showed red I had to take it to the front desk to get the key card reprogrammed. In the bathroom the hot water was more like lukewarm. Really all need was a bed to sleep in for Friday night.

A typical ESA. Rooms is decent. Not any problems in the building really. Outside, MAKE SURE you leave nothing of value in your vehicle. It is not just this hotel all in the general area. Random smash and grabs. Cops patrol but can not always be there watching. This place is in the better part of Memphis a Kroger not far away.

For the price it was really comfortable. The breakfast isn't anything fancy or extensive. It basically is mini prepackaged muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal and grits. And coffee and tea. No juice . But the room was adequate and clean. Staff was friendly.
