My shower curtain was too short and no liner. Maintenance came but didn’t return to bring new curtain. The ice was thick in refrigerator couldn’t use freezer. AC was great. Staff at desk courteous. The children in room 210 were loud, running and banging on walls. I couldn’t move as hotel was overbooked. I wanted a late check out for 1 pm and told this hotel doesn’t do that, yet tv advertising indicated...

The young lady that attends the front desk and breakfast bar does an excellent job and has great customer service skills.

Everything was excellent. Was nice to have normal size bottles of hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Yay! The chair in the room was a little frayed on the top. Otherwise very comfortable. Nice to a Keurig coffee maker. Room cooling was very comfortable.

I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The room was so-so. My colleague said that there was half a bottle of drunk mineral water in the room. My room had a full bottle of mineral water, but I drank it. I was a little scared.

The beds were very comfortable. I stayed on the ground floor, the rooms were very clean. I felt safe because of the security guard and gated parking lot.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I was in town for a conference with one of my co-workers. It was comfortable, the bed was soft and the staff was really nice. The room was really clean. There was security on staff so I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean but only one way in and out of the hotel. Parking included. It was gated but not closed for protection of vehicles. The night person was rude and was not real helpful. The morning lady was really nice and very personable

Great hotel right off the highway. Our 2 night stay here was nice! The room we stayed in was very comfortable and affordable. It was also very clean and the appearance of the room was up to date. The shower and bathroom layout was a bonus. Overall I was satisfied with the room. My only issue if I had to find one would be the cleanliness of the elevator and it’s smell. I enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn. The showers and hot water was awesome . The beds a little hard but I guess that's with any hotel (nothing is like your own bed). It was peaceful and the staff was awesome. Derrick Larussi was so down to earth,respectful,and helpful. He made my stay there an enjoyable, lively one . Hands up to Derrick ..just a people person .

Highly recommend this affordable motel. It is relatively modern with spacious rooms and nice, clean amenities. The staff are excellent and parking was easy.

The staff locked the doors at 10 AM so I had to use my key just to get in to go to my room to finish loading my vehicle. She said she did it for safety. nothing exceptional - not worth the money - and NOTHING to drink for breakfast other than coffee, no juice no milk no water!!!!

Have stayed here before and would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable, pleasant stay in Memphis.

The room was nice. View was not nice as it was to an empty lot that was not clean. The elevators were quite frightening as they moved and bounced a lot more than normal. The staff was great and very helpful. Area was decent, close to attractions and Beal streets

We had to switch rooms because the first one smelled strongly like smoke. After that the stay was pleasant

I love the affordable price for a room but the maintenance on the rooms need to be taken care of for safety reasons.

I honestly can't complain. Rooms are nicely decorated, working tv with good channels, microwave/fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, and everything worked properly. Hot water that lasts forever. It's Not in a bad part of town so it wouldn't freak out tourist or anything either. Its safe. The mgmt was great. Easy check in. There were a couple things but very minor. Would I return? Yes definitely.

The sheets were a bit stained but otherwise the service was very good and the rooms stayed warm at night, great for the cold weather!

Its nice and clean and close to interstate. The people are really nice and have a good breakfast.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Overall, I would recommend it without much hesitation, just be careful of the locals as it seems there are a few crazies in the area.

Bed hard. Carpet could have been vacuumed. Walls super duper this could hear people talking,( not yelling) could hear cars splashing thru rain in parking lot. Could even hear traffic on interstate and I have hearing loss. Sheets where clean desk clerk super nice. Price was good. Location to venue was good. Liked gated parking lot.

Very nice place. Rooms were clean service they were very nice. Security gates meet you feel safe. The room was maintained well, the grounds were maintained well and the property was quiet. Our room was clean the mates were nice I would definitely come back

Yes this hotel has seen better days, but, my room was clean and comfortable, and for the price ($55), you can't beat the deal.

Stayed in this hotel a week. First of all the room is extremely spacious. The rooms and bathrooms are updated and super clean and nice. Our towels and garbage was changed daily. It was quiet and not a lot of foot traffic at all. I will definitely be staying here again. I've been in hotels for a month and so far this hotel has been the best experience!! I've been stressed to the max with these hotels...

The room was very nice and clean. It also had some subtle pastel colored slow blinking lights that went around the room which was a pleasant addition to the regular lighting in the room. Very spacious and quiet.

Room key did not work for the 1st room. Had to get another one. Old tv that kept turning off once you press any button. Remote didn't work, skimpy small thin pillows. Breakfast was good..and jucuzzi inside the room was good.

Parking easy, large clean rooms, pets allowed. Staff really friendly and always happy.

When you have to just relax and sleep I don’t recommend but if you want to be depressed and live alone I recommend it 😂😂

Property is old and not well maintained. It is clean, but the bed was collapsed on one side and not comfortable at all.

Check in staff was friendly but failed to explain they do not clean rooms every day during my 4 day stay paid in advance. The floor was very sticky, bathroom wasn't very clean and both door very dirty. The cabinets were bare & microwave in very bad condition.
