Rooms are neglected, (it's not housekeepings fault, because they're not given anything proper to clean with), but the floors were filthy...I don't mean not spotless, I mean totally disgustingly, layered in dirt, filthy.
The front desk attitude is terrible, even Lawrence, who is usually the only person working there who makes half an effort, seemed completely checked out this time.
The chair and table have been removed from the lobby...I assume to discourage loitering, but it also now makes it impossible for a guest dragging in many heavy bags, to have somewhere to put their things, (although I guess that fits, with the complete lack of greeting).
Also, please make an effort to bring back coffee in the morning...the hotel desperately needs at least one amenity, besides the hotel shuttle...

What stood out is thd fact that they had zero surprise fees. Unlike la quinta. All the drawers work unlikd at la quinta. A 68 dollar room after taxes and fees was only 85 for a night. As opposed to la quinta's 51 dollars turning into 97 after taxes and fees plus a surprise 100 dollar incidental tha t would havr kept me from booking there. Yes motel six was a much better stay and im probably adding my new years eve to my stay as well.

The room was not clean. There was dog steps in bed, pet hair and white cement on floor, and floor was extremely sticky. Its advertised as 100% nonsmoking but whole building smells like smoking. The patio door slider was constantly making unbearable noise due to wind. I left within one hour of checkin as i couldnt stay in that smell and mess.

Didn’t have a trash can in the room at all and I ask for one and still didn’t get it. Microwave was nasty, refrigerator don’t get cold and also the rooms was very dirty it needed to be sweeping out.

I arrived at Motel 6 hotel at 6:10 Am from Atlanta Airport to to get some sleep before catching my next flight..
The front desk Guy said it will take one hour before he could check me in because of Audit going on. I hand to sand all that time.
After 1 hour and 10 minutes, He asked me to provide him with the Delta code to check in, which I had no idea about.
Then finally I got room after 1 hour and 20 minutes.
I requested for late check out at 12 pm but I was told I cannot check out later than 11:30, otherwise I will be charged..
The frond end staff was not professional..
I wish I would have not chosen this hotel..

My room was excellent quality. But some things we're really shaky.This go around theory.I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs. And at one point , a family was arguing in the hallway

Hotel smelled like cigarettes and walls were dirty. i had two pillows total and my bed sheets had stains in them.

It smells strongly of smoke, both cigarettes and ****. Sheets were questionable and floor was quite dirty. I'm not a picky patron. I know i am getting the cheapest hotel. But it should be clean and not smell.

The night guy has no sense of urgency when checking in guests from Atlanta, but guests from out of state get royal treatment. Worked late night shift got a room should have just went home. No remote for tv

Room wasnt the one that i reserved. Reserved on with a King bed and they gave us 2 Full size beds. AC not in good condition. Night stand was broken, dresser broken. The halls smelled like cigarettes and garbage bags were placed next to the room doors. The bad for me was there were small roaches. Bathroom was good. CS was good. Shuttle to airport was good

They always cook fresh for me, however, sometimes they re-fry the chicken to fool me... As long as you are aware of what you are getting and double check with your order, it's a good place to go to.

This chicken was not good... old and dried up! If course I got it to goo and should had checked! I went inside and the floors needed someone to pay attn to them. The sign inside says you love it, or something like that.... not true!
Pleaser provide a better atmosphere and fresh chicken.
I do not recommend

There were long lines at lunch time and we still received fast, friendly service and the food was good.

I don't do KFC, but had to make an exception. Walked in, asked for nuggets combo, no nuggets, only 'chicken' according to cashier. Looked at menu again, asked for the Zinger burger, same response. Really confused, then was informed they only have chicken, on the bone. Smiled and walked out. Noticed empty wrappers on tables and sticky floor.

Standard Subway. The dude chopped my salad better than most Subway's I've been to, which was appreciated. The place is tiny with limited seating.

The workers here are horrible and rude. They don't really know English and don't care about making your time there enjoyable. The only people that are really welcome there are African Muslims who drive cabs. Im not going back ever again. I ordered online just to show up and they tell me, they didnt make it and didn't even check to see if they had any online orders. Once they pulled the ticket, with full instructions, they still messed up the ingredients. Im over them. Won't be back.

I can't walk far. So I park in the middle the said to me will I move my car so others can get into the Subway. I'm a customer too I just eating my lunch there and resting.

The workers talk & giggle too much. They obviously are talking about everyone that walks in. That's fine but have some respect. The cashier doesn't know how to ring up sandwiches for two people. Food tastes just like any other Subway.

Aside from the fact that this place was hidden behind a gas station, this place was horrible. The place looked clean enough but was quite tight with their drink fountains stashed in a corner. I went in there with the intention of using a debit card but was told that my card got declined. It wasn't until I used my Discover card that it became apparent to the worker that they had a connection problem. Anyway, I was told, yes TOLD to go to the gas station ATM but I politely declined and left my Discover card instead, with the intention of returning later to pay because I needed to get to a meeting. When I returned later, my card had already been charged and the guy was going to charge me for my drink refill. I figured it was the least he could've done for inconveniencing me. Put up a sign if you don't want people to get drink refills.

? great food! Great service! Even late! I missed my flight and was stuck in a hotel for the night! Eating at the Waffle house gave me a good taste of Atlanta even though it was only a block from my hotel this place had the vibe of the city! Classic Waffle House decent service decent food! Great place to hit late at night after you leave the function or are stuck at the airport!

If you like a good, traditional American breakfast, this is a fave of mine. Also, the hamburgers are simple, but good! (with hash browns!)

I come here twice a week great service and my waitress is Roxy she’s the best . But over all everybody works together to make each other’s job easy and less stressful I’m satisfied ????

Not the cleanest but not horrible. Staff is very friendly. Service was kind of slow. Food was tasty but extremely greasy even by dinner standards. Prices are very reasonable.
