Motel 6 Nashville in Nashville

We stayed here last Saturday. The room was definitely not worth the $106 it cost. I expected it to be a little bit nicer. No mini fridge, coffee pot etc. Both doors didnt work properly. You had to kick the front door to open it due to a warped frame. And the bathroom door wouldn't shut unless you spartan kicked it. Bathroom floor and shower looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. We did check the bed immediately for bugs, and all looked good. The sheets were fresh. 2/3 of the lights in the room did not work. Property is not kept up with and the parking lot is full trash. Immediately upon pulling into a parking spot outside my room (on a motorcycle) a gentleman stepped out of his room with a big shiny grill in his mouth and starts rambling about how his motorcycle was just stolen from that we exact spot a few days earlier. Luckily the staff allowed me to put my bike up on the patio outside the lobby at night. Glad I carry a firearm, it gave me a little piece of mind.

Very disappointed in our stay at this motel. Air conditioner did not work properly. Kinda cooled off and on. Unit looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in quite some time. Mildew was on the ceiling over the shower, which was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think the shower had been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. The wrong remote for the TV was in the room so I had to contact the front desk. Having driven for 12+ hours the day before, I didn’t complain because I was thankful I had found somewhere to lay my head. I should have though because this room was not worth the money that was spent on it. The best thing about this place was the gentleman that checked us in and out. He was very nice.

The place we stayed at was horrible. When you walked in it smelled like mildew. There was mold on the ceiling. The sink and bathroom was filthy. I actually slept on top of the covers. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. I would hope your other hotels are not like this.

I walked into the lobby thinking this was a beautiful hotel and was very glad I had booked it. I stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes waiting on the employee to come to the counter to check me in. When he finally did come in he very quickly went over things with me, told me where my room was and sent me on my way. When he told me where my room was I was a little thrown off since he said it was a different building around the corner in the back. My husband and I drove to the back and found our room. When we walked in I noticed the smell, we knew at this point that it was a smoking room. Ok, cool, my husband and I smoke any way that was fine. Kinda cool really since in Ohio where we are from they don't have smoking rooms. I look around a bit and notice there is dirt all over the walls, light switches were covered in black finger prints, window covered in hand prints, and both chairs that were in the room were covered in stains and ripped open. Then I started to look more, pulling the blankets back to see what kind of sheets we were working with. They thankfully were very white with no stains. We also checked the bed and noted there are no bed bugs in this room. We walked to the bathroom and the ceiling was covered in mold. The toilet seat had something brown smeared all over it. Thankfully I carry Lysol wipes with me. I walked around the room and wiped everything that myself or my husband would be touching. When I closed the door for the night I had noticed the back side of the door had a sign on it that said "For your safety, while in the room please lock both door locks." That was a bit frightening. I've never been to a hotel/motel that has said something like that. I wouldn't give it an exact 2 star maybe a 2 and a half star since the bed was clean and had no traces of anyone else sleeping in it but I would say it would definitely be a good idea to extend the remodel to the building in the back. The other good thing is that if you book the room we stayed in it will more than likely be the cleanest room in the building if that room had anything to prove for the other rooms attached. I appreciated having a room to stay in that night but could have been quite a bit cleaner. RM 191

We walked into our room. It looked like someone just dumped a entire bucket of water on the floors. Had to take a towel to dry it before we even thought about getting comfortable. The bed had 2 pillows on it that were wore totally out. Paint and such pilling off the wall. Roaches in the room as well. It was totally run down. With the rate that is charged seems like the rooms could be better up keep. Was very disappointed. The second night we stayed at a different hotel. I couldn't make myself stay again at such a dump.

One word: NASTY. Bed has stains and bathroom had hairs and was dirty. Toilets was old and dirty too. Room cost $100 too. Edit: cockroaches!!!!!!! No shampoo either. Whoever gave 5 and 4 star reviews are trolls. They are lying!!
