SureStay Hotel by Best Western Pigeon Forge in Pigeon Forge

I will never stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. It's run down, dirty, and the owner is rude. We had no water pressure. I couldn't take a shower. It took my husband 30 minutes to get soap out of his hair and he has short hair. I was told by maintenance it's because everyone is showering at the same time lol. That he has complained himself many times to get it fixed. It's a hotel so yes hundreds of people are showering at the same time. I have never not been able to shower at any hotel in the past. They offered nothing. Luckily I had family staying at another room so I was able to intrude on them and shower which I did not feel comfortable with. That's ridiculous after paying $70. We never checked in until 10pm I just wanted somewhere clean to lay my head and shower but that was too much to ask.

My boyfriend and I made reservations for the night, but did not end up staying. We arrived late, around midnight and once we left the office to go to our room we didn't not feel safe leaving our car alone. There were people standing around everywhere and at least twenty chairs outside from the rooms. There were beer bottles lying around and at least 10 bicycles outside, which made it appear as if this was more of an extended stay. When I called the office and the lady advised that the people out there were students from another country, not sure how that makes it okay to stand around looking like you're up to no good and have beer bottles laying around. She did offer to refund our money and we accepted. The room itself was not too bad just glancing at it, but I don't believe we would have had a pleasant time considering it had been in the 90s and there was only a window type air conditioner that had not been on and there's no telling how long it would have taken to cool off the room. We were lucky to find a room down the road with the same accommodations except it was $10 cheaper and the air conditioner had been on so it felt great inside.

Economical and very scary all in one place, sorta reminded me of the Bates Motel from the Alfred Hitchcock movie. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone unless you're on the lamb. This is just my opinion but when we stayed there it was very lame, tight quarters and lights didn't work properly and scanty people were around. It's kinda hidden behind another hotel up a hill or mountain side. The only thing interesting was it's location

First time for everything.. Never again. I will sleep in my car before I would stay here. Heater did not work, no ice machine, ( giving ice from a cooler setting in lobby. ) towels for 4 people. And the walls were so thin, could hear your neighbor very well.. Ask to move to another room, no rooms. And will not refunded money. Really... Saw rooms empty. Lesson learned...

Well that rating could be read as half, giving the half only for it's location. The Inn didn't have a good vibe to it from the moment we entered the room. It was dingy and felt very old and dirty. Sheets and covers were all in very bad shape. Then, my wife couldn't get any sleep because of *drum rolls* BEDBUGS!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!! Everyone in the room then noticed the issue. We woke up in the morning to check and found a lot of bedbugs on the sheets. We complained instantly, and showed the guy at one of the bugs. He said that they had it cleaned, but the bugs showed up again. Very unprofessional of them. They offered us a refund and asked us to clear out by 11. They couldn't even offer another room, neither could they relocate us anywhere else. We had to book a motel in Knoxville thanks to this! Absolutely ruined our vacation. Very upset with this motel. Last time at any Rodeway Inn.

The other ratings on here are very accurate of what to expect here at this Rodeway Inn. Our room had an infestation of spiders, and centipedes! I went to take a shower, and a big centipede decided to join me. On top of that, the room had a stagnant odor. There were burn holes in the sheets and blankets of the bed too. We thought we got a non-smoking room, but clearly we were mistaken. The table and chairs in the room were also dirty. The chairs had stains on them. Our fridge also was not cold, and the ice bucket for the non-working ice machine was filthy. The vending machines were not on either. This place was literally a waste of money! It was more or less a bed to sleep in for the night, but a dirty one at that. You would be better off staying at a nicer hotel for a few dollars more! Do not make this mistake like I did!

This hotel was going online for $50 ish a night. When we arrived at 8pm the hotel associate wouldn't let us into the lobby to check in so we had to check in through a window. Then they wouldn't honor the online prices and charged us $90+. We got to our room and there was a still wet pet urine stain on the carpet and gang signs written all over the walls. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned. I've stayed in a lot of bad places, and this was one of the worst. Don't pay over $45 for a room here. It's not worth it. They are pet friendly, but have no area with grass outdoors. In the bathroom there were dirty tissues in the clean towels.
