We are repeat lodgers at the Crowne Plaza Knoxville. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bellman who was working at the time of our check in went out of his way to be helpful.

11.01.2026 Casey

The room was excellent. The staff was super helpful. The food was great and the drinks were great. The parking was also excellent

Everything was amazing! Staff friendly, hotel spotless, lobby stocked with a gift shop & the restaurant was delicious! My kids said the burger was the best they’ve had! The breakfast was great and our service top notch! This was the best hotel experience we’ve had! We’ll be back even if it’s just for a meal.

This place is a gem. Friendly staff. Great area. The restaurant was totally worth it. Property was clean. Amenities were great. Totally worth it!

Loved the hotel! Staff very friendly. The location is the best! Garage parking is too high. The pool water was not warm and the pool room was freezing so when ypu get put of the pool its very cold. The gym was great. Great pet friendly place! Would stay again we just hate paying for high parking!

04.01.2026 Steve

From the initial interaction with Samara at the front Crown Plaza hotel check-in desk, everything was exceptional. She was friend and helpful, so kind and thoughtful covering all the details. From that point forward the entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable; rooms were clean and fresh, very comfortable for a celebration of my Mother’s 70th birthday! Thank you

Our favorite hotel in Knoxville! Wonderful staff, beautiful, clean rooms, and very quiet!

Would definitely stay here again! The rooms were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking wasn't overpriced. Great location made it easy to walk to a lot of places to eat and visit.

03.11.2025 Cynthia

The mattress and amenities were just okay. For the price it did not meet standard and I stay in IHG hotels frequently for business travel.

Restaurant «Subway» (3 min)

Reviews

The cheapest thing on Market Square. Do go somewhere else, not worth it.

16.11.2017 Ivory

!!!DO NOT VISIT THIS SUBWAY!!! The employee Justin demonstrated terrible disrespectful behavior during my visit today. Justin's service was absolutely awful. I've contacted the corporate office about what was observed today from Justin at store #1713. The only positive about this location is that it sits in the middle of plenty other restaurant options with good food and quality service. My advice is to choose another restaurant!

06.11.2017 tiffany

I am giving u a bad review because i went there an your staff was very rude! The manager is no where to be found like ever! You had no bread!

26.09.2017 Randy

Friendly service. Great location

15.03.2017 Leonardo

Last time I was there the service is ok, but often backed up at lunch and understaffed. Also had a problem with squatters taking up tables (not eating but using a table). Lack of reasonably priced restaurants downtown is the only reason I go back ( lack of choices )

Restaurant «Uncorked» (3 min)

28 Market Sq, Knoxville, TN 37902

Reviews

18.11.2017 Meghan

Absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever had. I have had some terrible meals in many restaurants and am always willing to give them a second chance. This will NEVER be the case for Uncorked. I've never waited over an hour for a meal to end up not eating!! I ordered a medium steak and, after an hour, was brought something resembling a steak that was burnt to a char. The manager is completely incompetent. When I called her over (short lady with long dark hair) to point out that the steak was burnt, I clearly told her that I would eat it anyway, as I was not only starving but absolutely did not have another hour to waste on a replacement. She asked if she could take it to the kitchen to show the kitchen staff and I said sure, only to wait ANOTHER half hour just to be told "oh! I thought you didn't want it." I was then offered a salad. I will happily tell everyone I know and all of my clientele to never, ever go to this joke of a restaurant. Thank god Subway was across the square!

30.10.2017 Zachary

Excellent quality and excellent service. Will definitely return soon!

28.09.2017 M

The worst service I've ever had.

We were there last Friday night while a movie was being shown in the square.
We expected service to be slow but we ordered 3 appetizers and in the first hour only 1 was brought out.
No apologies from the wait staff. No recognition that this shouldn't happen.

24.09.2017 Lindsey

Oodles Uncorked was our favorite restaurant for several years. We hadn't been to Market Square in a while, so we were really looking forward to enjoying our old fav. Oodles served the most delicious tomato basil bisque & a fabulous grilled chicken salad. Unfortunately, everything has changed yet they kept part of the name. That's deceiving. We caught several hints on the way to our table & almost left after reading the menu, but decided to give it a try. Our server was clueless about the specials and high as a kite. She finally brought napkins after I gave up & pulled out baby wipes to help with the appetizer - an unimpressive order of what had to be frozen wings (a special, ironically). Silverware came along after our entrees were on the table. My water glass was empty throughout our meal. I shared my meal with our 3 yr old, which normally works well. Not so much with undercooked limp fries & the tiniest sliders ever (also a special...). I may have ordered something for our daughter, if there was anything kid friendly on the menu. (Good thing there was a burger special!) My husband had the fish & chips. When he asked for tartar sauce, she brought malt vinegar. Regardless of the fact that he hates vinegar, that's not even close. Thankfully the teeny tiny burger bites we're yummy. What a bummer.

11.09.2017 Jarrod

Incredible staff and atmosphere, but with that being said, the food was not anywhere near as good as expected. Ultimately flavorless and small portioned. With some changes to the food, I can see this becoming a great place to eat!

Restaurant «The Crown & Goose» (6 min)

123 S Central St, Knoxville, TN 37902

Reviews

14.12.2017 Pam

Really good food and drink. The special when we were there was half price fish and chips.

21.11.2017 Alice

All I can say is this place had amazing brunch! Nice atmosphere and some cool eclectic options as well as some comforting classics. 10/10 would return!

16.10.2017 Megan

Finally made it here this past weekend, and it was awesome! For dinner I had the lamb sliders - phenomenal! I was so impressed I want back the morning after and had the English Breakfast - still phenomenal! The service was fabulous! I can't believe I hadn't come here sooner. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

27.09.2017 Martha

Had an incredible time at at The Crown & Goose Sat. night for our Phi Sig 1970's Reunion! Great staff and atmosphere. The Fish and Chips were terrific. Thanks!

22.09.2017 Michael

New beer launch...awesome. I tried the smoked salmon... perfect. Fish and chips here are also DELICIOUS!!!!! Cubes that are lightly beaded (not battered)...crispy on the outside while succulent on the inside. I'd stay away during trivia night unless you're participating...the questions are broadcast everywhere...including the bathrooms.
