The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. Bacon was paper thin compared to our stay at a different hotel on a different night. The bathroom door in our room sounded like a dinosaur/clicker zombie. The shower was also clogged and water faucet was hard to open.

Beds weren’t as comfortable either and front staff could have been nicer upon check in. But it was the holidays so I guess I wouldn’t want to be working either.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the freeway and shops and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Staff are PROUD to work there. Every single person was doing their job and happy to do it. Never seen this before, even overseas travel. Hot chocolate in the lobby with whipped cream, loved it. Even the Breakfast Lady recognized me a day later and with eyes twinkling and easy comment. Every hotel should be run this eloquently. Customer service was not just a “slogan”, it was a consistent, lovely, genuine feeling. Amazing.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Every area of the hotel was taken care of. But above the cleanliness was the staff. They were kind, courteous and went out of their way to welcome me, help me and make sure my two night stay was exceptional. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel and confortable beds. Got in around midnight and by 8:30 am the cleaning staff was vacuuming rooms near mine. They were noisy and loud, disrespectful to your guests. Coffee is not an option after the dinning closes, it's a disappointment.

Breakfast was great. The door on room 215 sticks and hard to open.

Usually places I stay have some bottle water in the room, i had to go pay for bottle water. The lamp in the corner had no light bulb.
