Wonderful stay in every respect. Clean room and facility, very helpful and courteous staff!

Heavy smell of bug spray, front desk girl seemed inconvenienced by my checking in, and the room stayed 76 degrees, though I had it set to 70 to try to cool it off. This was not my first stay here, but will be trying a different hotel on my next trip into Killeen.

Very friendly, beds were uncomfortable but I believe that is all hotels, was able to buy breakfast and it was good.

The hotel was very nice, but I like to have coffee in the morning and I like to have regular and decaf mixed. They didn’t have any decaf so I had to go ask the people at the counter for decaf and they were very resistant to give it to me. I did not find that to be very customer service orientated. My mom likes hot water for tea and that seem to be a problem too.

While I room has a window, when we opened the curtains, our view was a brick wall. We could hear every single door closing in the hallway and the people walking upstairs

The rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, the walk in shower was very nice. The only thing I did not like was they only had two luggage carts and other customers had taken them to there rooms and did not return them. When I was checking out I was unable to use one for my luggage made it difficult to walk with a cane and carry my luggage to the car.

Again, always a pleasure staying at this hotel great place great price. Great staff overall greatness whenever you’re staying here.

What can I say, Great place to stay with great staffing always welcoming, clean and very affordable best place in town. Highly recommend five star.

The room was perfect condition. Nice neat clean a lot of amenities soap clean towels. Bed was made tight staff member were very kind and helpful and can’t complain about the complementary breakfast is always on point. Stop by if you can if you’re in an area if you need a place to stay

Overall, everything that stood out to me was the great service staff cleanness of the hotel, complementary breakfast and the great price

Its a budget friedly place to be, and it was ok. I don't like hotels with doors facing outside. however, it was easy to book.

I was saddened because I thought I was booking the Shiloh Inn which I know very well but this place pleasantly surprised me. Very clean, very attentive staff on Christmas Day, great place.

Decent amenities for the rate. Front desk gentleman was accommodating and even kindly returned my deposit after we needed a later checkout (an hour later 🙄) Grateful for the always available bellhop. Immaculately clean with all necessary creature comforts. Easy check in and check out with excellent communication from the owner's. We will definitely be staying again if available. Thank you.

This hotel had better reviews than some others in that neighborhood. I am still uncomfortable with being charged a deposit for so called "accidentals". This is an illegal procedure and yet it's offensive to the customer. Just looking at you, they assume you will damage their property. That sucks.

Had everything. Unless you need hdmi compatible TVs. Very nice weekly rates too.

Clean the rooms smell great and the mattresses are comfortable . Nice people that helped me out on the price when I had to stay another night he only charged me half price.

Rennie is a great manager and he strives to make the guests comfortable. Free breakfast and great parking. I value the hotel atmosphere and location.

We were treated very kindly by the staff and felt welcome. I reserved an accessible room, but discovered upon entering the room that is was a standard room; however, I decided to keep the room without mentioning it to the desk clerk. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom showed some age, but everything worked properly. I will stay here again.

Very clean rooms, many channels to choose from on tv, good breakfast and a large enough parking area to park my big truck. Also a small but nice fitness center with treadmills and dumbbells.

After the reviews I was a little worried and the hotel has smoking rooms. Never smelled cigarettes or any other type is smoking in the building. Had signs about minimal upgrades in process. Booked a non-smoking king room. Upon entering the hotel the lobby was clean and updated. Elevator is a little older and slow. The workout has a treadmill and bike. Has outdoor pool that was closed for the season...

Very clean. The bed was very comfortable and hubby and I rested well. I appreciated the plentiful lighting and plugs for charging. There was some significant wear on the room, but otherwise a great value. Breakfast was average in selection. Real scrambled eggs and pork sausage. Cereals, pre-purchased cinnamon rolls. Not much else.

Very old and outdated hotel and rooms. Bathrooms were outdated with some moldy areas. Beds were clean, but nothing special. Breakfast was not very good. Surprised that they are able to maintain the brand affiliation. 3-stars is being VERY generous.

We love Hampton Inns but this one needs work. Most of the times the ice machines didn’t work, on any floor and you had to go to the kitchen to get ice. That machine doesn’t serve the ice through a slot, but is a real ice machine. Most of the time there was nothing to dip out the ice with. The front desk just acknowledged this and said they didn’t know where the scoop was either. The beds were comfortable...

Needed a quick stop for the night, and they took care of my family and I. Clean room, average breakfast. Overall would stop here again.

My husband and I just wanted to get away from home. I really enjoyed ourselves. The owners we're wonderful, nice and very respectful. Service was one bathroom could've been cleaned around the shower. Location was great. Only problem was the bottom backroom was to much traffic. Other that it was great.

They are pretty clean looking rooms & they smell good. I just need to find out if they have hand towels. Day two of not having any. If that is my biggest complaint well then I should tell you I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel itself was dated. Got off elevator in my floor and it smelled like old food. Opened door to room and smelled musty. Carpets in hall and room were dirty. Did not feel Like a Marriott

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. We enjoyed the breakfast (especially the cold brew coffee!), our room was comfortable, the Internet was fast, but it is everyone we interacted with that will have us staying here next time we're in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! I had to take an exam for school and they provided accommodation for that and I’m very grateful. When we arrived, they were serving pasta for guests for dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The problems were equipment: the electronic key system was old and it took multiple tries to get door unlocked, or the door itself got stuck. This happened in the 3rd floor laundry. Also, the carafe for the coffee maker in the kitchenette in room 307 did not fit the pot so the water never entered the carafe but overflowed from the machine.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Is it really a Residence Inn? Caulking around the showers, baseboard needs replaced. Paint on interior door had mold or something else on it. Some mold in shower. Dishwasher handle broken and old. Refrigerator noisy. AC loud. Carpet torn. Refrigerator looks like it was in a battle. No need to stay here again.

Price and location to driving everywhere I needed to go.

It was very quiet and everyone was friendly. Also, the pool area was nice & clean.

It was very clean & the staff very friendly my only complaint you had to go by the service desk to get coffee & wait till 6 am I’m an early riser so it would b nice to have ur own coffee pot in ur room

None of the vending machines worked, had to keep asking front desk for help when we wanted a drink. Not an issue just inconvenient for me and front desk.

Always my go to hotel when I’m in the city. Clean! Friendly staff ! Love the shower and the fact that housekeeping do a great job! Thin walls are the only issue but everything else still worth a 5 star review 👌

Hotel is currently under remodel, so lots of areas closed off. Room was very clean, but they forgot to include toilet paper. Had to run downstairs to get a roll. I was very disappointed that room did not have coffee maker. TV was not connected to internet or cable, so could not use. Check in area was not welcoming. Small closed off space, kind of prison like. No lobby to speak of. Must say though...

Amazing!! Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Tina is amazing she is doing very good job managing her hotel. Definitely recommend staying here. It is always a pleasure staying here. Dont think I would rent another hotel in Killeen other than woodspring suites.

I got in late. I had purchased the room online. That made checking easy and smooth. The room was clean, but the bed was not what I was expecting. Felt like a fold out. I guess that's good for travelers. Not a lot of folks walking around or hanging out. It is right off the access road which is convenient. I was able to sleep comfortably when all was said and done.

The new manager is amazing! He was very patient with me as my arrival time changed twice and he even took the time to get me the best rate for my room. Overall the room and hotel are a good value for the money but the new general manager is the reason I gave this place 5 stars. I will absolutely come back if he is still here. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Service was great and friendly. Rooms were as advertised, just some minor cosmetic cracks on the ceiling and bathroom shower tile that we saw. Otherwise our stay was great, would recommend.

The room was wonderful! Loved the kitchenette area, the spacious closet with storage areas. The bathroom was great also. We will stay again!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. Facility and room is clean, breakfast is always great with many options, and always friendly staff. Room is spacious with a convenient kitchenette, comfortable bed and seating area. We continue to stay at this location each time we are visiting Fort Hood. Location is excellent. Close to base, restaurants, and shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was prepared for dirty, loud and dangerous being in Killeen but the room was clean and the area was quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I have to.

Kitchen is smaller and less breakfast options than the residence in by Marriot but service is OUTSTANDING and gym wasnt too bad. . Laundry room was worn out but wasnt bad it got the job done still takes quarters which is awesome . . Area is nice your seconds away from Heb

This review is based on a 4 night stay. Town place suites Killeen was a surprise in disguise. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Beds and pillows good. Housekeeping was good and very accommodating. Breakfast was good and enjoyed it. Only one complaint, I like to unpack but no dresser 😕. 2 Sliding shelves in small closet instead. Small matter for such a relaxing stay. Oh yeah pool was open and well maintained
