A lot of parking for free.

Hotel is currently under remodel, so lots of areas closed off. Room was very clean, but they forgot to include toilet paper. Had to run downstairs to get a roll. I was very disappointed that room did not have coffee maker. TV was not connected to internet or cable, so could not use. Check in area was not welcoming. Small closed off space, kind of prison like. No lobby to speak of. Must say though, that clerk was very personable.

Treated unfairly, bordered on discrimination and just plain bad business practices.

the manager is far from professional, fake, and a liar. she clearly encourages this behavior from employees as well.

Roaches, old appliances, and rusty bathroom doors that make loud noises when you open and shut them.
Bad plumbing toilet get stopped easily.

Doesn’t worth the money! Room is terrible! Carpet ripped off on the floor! Bed dirty! Smell so bad!!

Amazing!!
Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Tina is amazing she is doing very good job managing her hotel. Definitely recommend staying here. It is always a pleasure staying here. Dont think I would rent another hotel in Killeen other than woodspring suites.
