We love Hampton Inns but this one needs work. Most of the times the ice machines didn’t work, on any floor and you had to go to the kitchen to get ice. That machine doesn’t serve the ice through a slot, but is a real ice machine. Most of the time there was nothing to dip out the ice with. The front desk just acknowledged this and said they didn’t know where the scoop was either.

The beds were comfortable. On the third floor we had no issue with noise. The bathroom tub was moldy at the caulk line. We had no wash clothes in our room which I got from the housekeeper the next morning.

The AC blew very cold but didn’t work from the wall panel, only on the machine itself.

On a side note we had to extend our stay for a family emergency and they were able to extend us in the same room so we didn’t have to move around. I would stay there again as it is convenient to visit our family.
